You should start dating again soon, but becareful not to be alone in secluded places or spend the night with him. I'm sure 7 out of 10 guys will understand your situation, and if you talk to them about doing the right thing as regards your faith (waiting till your wedding night) they will wait. But getting the 1 out of them is your task now.

I've never been billed for sms notifications before. Even when it was deactivated and i asked them to reactivate it not a dime was billed me for notifications. I know they stated they would deduct N10 per sms but i don't truly think they do that. I see my transactions statement at the end of every month, i get some interests on my balance instead.

I have an American mandate to a buyer of BLCO. This is what they want:

- Freshly loaded vessel (preferred)
- Verification of allocation/lifting rights, nomination of vessel and LAYCAN.
- CIF & 2% PB
- Seller will SWIFT bond first before buyer places any instrument (POF or BG or BCL)
- Seller's assurance should be in the form of D/LC when bond is issued

If this is okay with Seller then vessel will be taken over in a TTO format.

Countries that have 'better' civic laws are even more barbaric. Why should a law ever pass death sentence on smugglers of cocaine? Is cocaine a substance of mass destruction or is the smuggling an act of terrorism? Why should there be laws making it legal for individuals to own guns? Do the individuals hang signs on their gates or doorposts saying, "beware of guns" or they actually kill (even innocent) burglars? A man caught after the act of terrorism is killed and so much noise is being made condemning the act. I don't like it when people choose which acts to discriminate and which ones to play dumb to.
