You guys are always on Dangote's matter yet his cement is not the only available brand in the market. Did anybody force you to buy Dangote cement?

...always complaining about how Dangote killed competition. Tbh, this is one of the craziest things I have seen on the internet. If Dangote wants to kill Ibeto, Unicem, Lafarge and others, all he needs to do is crash the price of cement to N1000 per bag. He doesn't need to bribe anybody. This is simple economics. Make una dey use una head on this forum.

Dangote is wicked bla bla, yet his noodles, spaghetti and salt are some of the cheapest brands in the market.

Look at the images below and search for the brand with the best and cheapest offer.

As per the Zambian analogy from the OP, it's really not worth a response from me. I would leave that for primary school students to debate.

Nice one man! I was going to respond, then I saw this.

Bro, just let him be. Once they leave the shores of this country, every other Nigerian still living here will turn to poor man with poverty mentality.

My guy, the Islam practice in those countries is different from the one practice in Nigeria, even in Africa.
Check it out na.

Bro, if the Northern leaders had done their jobs by providing quality education and job opportunities for their people, there won't be Boko Haram.

Then again, I don't know why people want to drag the muslims because a church has performed the duty of an incompetent government.

Yes they are. I am not even in Nigeria, however, every news about Nigeria that I watch from my base, its always about Fulani Herdsmen and Boko haram. The question is, do we have the same issues in other Muslim Nations that you mentioned?? NO.

So, don't compare the Muslim nations you mentioned to Nigeria. Nigeria has its major problems which are peculiar to Her as a Nation.

Fulani Herdsmen and Boko Haram are not main threat to Nigeria's unity. Even before the advent if these groups, our democracy has been a fragile one.
In the early 2000s, we had the Niger Delta militants. The group destroyed and raped with total impunity.
Before them, there have been riots, civil unrest, massacre based on ethnic and religious sentiments.

When you watch the news from your base, I guess you also hear about internet fraudsters. A good number of these miscreants are from the southern part of the country.

Truth is, you can't single out a particular ethnic or religious group as the root cause of the problems in this country.

Like I said earlier, failed leadership is the major problem. It doesn't matter the ethnic or religious group.

You're still missing the point. We are talking about Nigeria here. Fulani herdsmen and Boko haram are one of the biggest threats to Nigerias Unity today. Do the maths.

No, they are not.

He said this country, which is Nigeria. He wasn't trying to compare.

Nigeria is not the only country with Muslim population.
So, if Islam is really the reason Nigeria is in a deplorable state, then other countries with muslim population would be in a similar condition. That would make his argument valid.

Wonder how this country will be without Christians..One religion is developing the country, the other religion is destroying it..

Countries like UAE, Qatar,Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia are predominantly muslim yet they are doing well.

The major problem is failed leadership since the Shagari administration.

If Bayern can easily win in top leagues in Europe how come they are not making the UCL finals yearly Remember Liverpool pumelled the same Bayern team last two season at their backyard , even Man City has beaten Bayern at Allianz Arena ,so what standard are you talking about
When was the last time a German team won the Europa meant for mid-table teams
Bundesliga is a farmers league just like Ligue 1, Bayern can loose six matches and still win the league at the end of the season, that's how bad it is.

OK

define farmers league pls

The commonly used phrase - "farmers league" loosely implies a league with low competition, poor player quality and generally substandard compared to rival leagues in Europe. At least, that's my understanding.

Your comment suggests that due to continued dominance by Bayern in the Bundesliga in recent history, the league may not be competitive. I beg to differ.

The Bundesliga is easily one of the best league in Europe.
Bundesliga teams since time immemorial has competed favourably with other top teams in Europe and has produced some of the best players in Europe. In fact, Bundesliga has produced some of the most successful teams in Europe.

The problem is not that the league is not competitive, but Bayern standards are so high that they can easily win in all the top leagues in Europe even the Premier League.

So to correct you, persistent dominance does not suggest poor competition, sometimes the bar is set very high.

What did he achieved that Klopp didn't
Aside the UCL all cups and league title in Germany are Bayern's birthright .

Klopp won the EPL in amazing style , FIFA World club cup and the UEFA Super club.

Voters chose Klopp because they know it's harder for Liverpool to win the EPL title in England than Bayern winning the Bundesliga in a farmers league.

Bayern Coach deserves it more. Bundesliga ain't no farmer's league.

I. Never argue with an emotional being especially women.
II. Never make an argument with an angry being during the heat moment especially men.

Those two actions are fruitless.

Never try to sound objective with both groups. It doesn't turn out well.
Crime / Re: EndSARS Protest: Protester Vs Thug (How To Identify Them) by DeFixer: 12:52pm On Oct 20, 2020
ceaser:
Which of them block the road to prevent citizens from commuting?

Both of 'em.

When you wage war, you take it to the doorsteps of the enemy. The enemy in this case is the government and the discord is between the government and Nigerians. But rather than ease life for other Nigerians in the same boat with them, what they resort to is shaking that boat so that it capsizes and everyone drowns. In all these, the elite will watch on and laught at the folly from their yatchs.

The protests would make more sense if they are taken to the doorsteps of the violators (politicians and political institutions) rather than disrupt the movement of every random Nigerian out there with the obstructions. The political institutions will include things like the government houses, senate houses, house of reps, the politicians money-spinning agencies like NDDC, NCC, NNPC, CBN etc. The protesters should rightly invade the airports, note the government officials and functionaries that approach the runway (there's hardly a day you won't find government officials or their families on the runway to pick a flight) and make sure the plane does not take off by lying, sitting or even cooking meals on the runway.

All these are a facilites and places that affect them directly the obstruction of which will drive 'em crazy enough to wanna find a fast solution.

For instance, news from home is that Káyòdé Fáyemí of Ekiti state went on from his state to neighbouring Ondo state airport to pick a flight just yesterday, on a private jet o (this is what he does several times a week using the state money), yet the yèyé protesters did not see it fit to obstruct his entourage and therefore his commute out of the state he is elected to govern, but they saw sense in blocking other trunk B and C alternative routes that citizens of the state use for their daily commute.
Did you even come out to protest at all?
You think you sound smart now.

Someone should also tell the coach that, passing from the goal mouth is not working!!

Arteta's Arsenal team has beaten Liverpool (x3), Man City, Chelsea, Man Utd, Wolves, Leicester and Sheffield.

Emery's team would have bottled this match.
