fatwallet: exactly. if i don't like my pointed nose i have the right to seek improvement.it doesnt mean i am rebelling against God.
It seems to me that democracy and libertarianism is not good for Nigerians ,I think they like autocracy to keep their animal behaviours in check.
God does not belong to PDP nor APC.....he was not voted in to be God nor was he the son of a local chief and wen the father died he took over to be God

if you like use man's standard to feel rational in your thinking....

the bible is the manual for life.......not wat you think or feel is right

Getting started in investing in the stock market is a tricky business skill one has to learn. The stock market is a market filled with good deals one can use to grow incomes.

For those of you who have being bitten and swore never to return i am really sorry but i think you will need to search yourself to know if truly you will love to stand aside while juicy deals knock on your door and walk away.

For the newbies you may want to learn this things but where will you source this rare information. Our parents did have some loose funds while we were growing up but most of them only knew two things either to build a house in the village so that they too like their fathers will be known to have achieved a rare deed or the beat they knew of was the option the bank gave them, which is fixed deposit.

We as the new offspring of this poor men have come to see that the advice they gave to us from their ant infested wisdom really does not work in this world of information overload.

The first thing the stock market gives us is leverage. When you have a job the leverage you have is 1:1 meaning that as long as you can work you get paid. The day you call in sick or retire is the day your leverage goes back to zero, but with the stock market your leverage increase to 1:2 or more depending on your ability to use your financial IQ.

Now the real deal about investing is not the money you have, neither is it the hot news you have about a new stock or business that's hitting the news tabs but your ability to understand investment terms/words.

The words you hear them speak to you need to be made you.The Holy book said and the word became flesh ( John 1:1). How often we drive our fancy car to a brokers office to hand over our funds to a stranger because we assume he knows much more better because he spoke words that we did not allow to become flesh in us.

We look at the fancy ties, the sexy looking girls placed in the office to greet you as you walk into their company. The articulate speech they have been trained to use.

Investing is not for sissy but for people who will go all out to find words and what they truly mean to them. Its a world of the unknown where the poor can be made super rich and the rich super poor by just one simple phrase " And the word became flesh and dwelled among them."

safarigirl: If you're doing it as a health benefit i.e to prevent cardiac problems and extend life expectancy(liposuction-removal of excess body fat) or to correct a scar as in the case of Stephanie Okereke who was severely burnt after an accident, I see no wrong in it. But if you're one of those plastic bimbos on Dr.90210 who get a kick out of correcting something that was never wrong, then I doubt God would approve.
so correct sweet heart............super correct

the bible is our manual for life.....if you want to know wat God will do or say today....look at wat he did and say in the past

the real question is WHO TOLD YOU THAT YOU ARE NAKED?

all people doing it have a complex....they feel if they can just take this fat away .....this nose shaped like dis......dis eyes lined like dis......maybe i will be beautiful for him or her..........its a complex thing...........but God said we should think high of ourselves but not more highly than we ought to think.....

so they are in deep thoughts that they dont look good enuff angry angry angry angry angry

Gombs: I don't think its a sin...God is interested in your spirit...

On that day your flesh won't be there, neither would there be any modification on your spirit.

If you change your body or gender or anything about you in surgery, God won't love you any less than he loved Jesus. He would still love you as if you d only one on the earth.
who cares about wat you think........or feel.....

its about what does God's word say

the question God asked Adam in the garden

WHO TOLD YOU THAT YOU ARE NAKED.................simple

fatwallet: you are just a hypocrite. every single human who ever lived has masturbated,I have and you too,all humans are imperfect and evil.no one is good.
you can act like you are holy but you are fooling yourself.
Judge no one,we are all the same. I am the same as Hitler and Pope john paul.
dont judge gays or armed robbers,we are all armed robbers and gays,we are all one,its like seeing a trait you dont like in yourself and you try to purge yourself .understanding is a great virtue.
No human is good period! i dont care if you go to church or mosque 100 times a week, give to the poor, pray 5 times a day, present a good image.no one is good period.I love gays, prostitutes and arm robbers more than hypocrites.
wow i can see you are drowning in sin and dont see the life line Jesus gives us.....i am not a sinner....i am not like those men....i am not obama....i am not hitler.....i am not Pope john paul.....i am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.

i am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus....i am of God....meaning my DNA is divine....i don't sin not becos i cant but becos sin has no dominion over me.....so if u want to speak a gospel i am alien to continue.....its not those words dat form me.....

i hear a different gospel which says we are fearfully and wonderfully made....

if you like be gay.....be wateva u want......dats the new age teachings for politics you love to hear

the word of God says WHO TOLD YOU THAT YOU ARE NAKED? deal with dat word not me tongue tongue tongue tongue tongue

fatwallet: No theres nothing wrong with it as well as showering, combing hair, mowing your lawn, cleaning your house, painting etc.though its vanity in the grand scheme of things, its only human nature to try to improve and beautify our bodies and environment, but dont over do it if not you'll ruin your face. the only thing that matters to God is your interaction with fellow human, how you loved them etc every other thing in this life is minor .
God doesnt care if you masturbate, those are minor inevitable imperfection in this world which everyone including Pope,Obama, you and I have done ......usually you would get cancer if you smoke thats non of God's business, his business is :when you were walking on that street smoking cigarrete and you saw a dying man,did you help? cigarette is unimportant, all he care about his your encounter with that guy. cigarette would be important if lets say you live with roommates and disturb them with smoke.
God only cares about human interactions, killing someone, cheating someone etc. other stuff such as betting and gambling are minor personal sins which you will eventually learn after losing everything, gambling would matter if you deprive your family and gamble with the money.those events are there as a trial and lesson, embrace everything, its good for you.the end of all is good.
the life of this world is extremely inferior, this life is not real its a punishment, its the worst possible form of existence and the greatest wish and anticipation of everyone in this world should be to die from this hell. thats why its short within 100 yrs, nothing in this world matters my friend.we already dead .time has passed ,It has all been.you are a perfect spirit and you will never die.be happy for anyone who dies from this world.
wow i never knew God was on nairaland...... angry angry angry angry......how can you speak as God.....well they bible says in the last days men will have itching ears......they will want to say and hear wat sounds good......forgetting he has said you are fearfully and wonderfully made...

He asked Adam who told you that you are naked?
same question he is asking all those doing one form of plastic surgery or the other....

WHO TOLD YOU THAT YOU ARE NOT PERFECT THE WAY I MADE YOU ?

dont be fooled .........people that do such things are people who have given their ears to a different kind of gospel
Politics › Re: Nigerians, Others To Close Businesses In Zimbabwe By January 2014 by deflover(m): 8:13am On Nov 24, 2013
In as much as Nigerians will say this is bad for business i think its good....sentiments apart this govt cant create jobs and are looking for ways to make their people engaged one way or the other....

the law there states that retail business should be left for the locals to do......but the foreigners should handle the bigger things and if the must go into small scale then they should sell 51% stake to the locals..

Now alot will say FDI will run from this economy but the real deal here is if its a country good for profitable bizness....if you go to rome behave like a roman....if the law says this why do otherwise and cry the roof down.

straneur: Bloomberg bro. base on your analysis I will like to add the fact that Transcorp share might be at a break-even point, considering the various investment and acquisition Tony is venturing into.

So even if investors want to sell it will be wise to wait, don't trade against the trend.
yes i went there but didnt see the chart the way he posted it......i want the real website or link ............look its not about if tony wants to poo or take a new wife.........lol

its about words and what they mean to you..........are you willing to take the risk to hold on and if it falls how long can you take this fall.....for me it will fall.......why do i say that.....the market is closing for the year............and we may need to revist that 2 naira resistance it broken out from to see if its a valid resistance turned support....thats how to trade sir wink wink wink wink wink wink

Now will i ever buy transcorp.......yes some day but not today......why ? i will wait for dem to invest more in the power sector.....soak up all the debts dey can soak.......let the P:E ratio drain dem......i.e take d stock lower......then wen i knw its time for them to start taking in some cashflow from the consumers.....i will enter......and gradually milk my pre 2007 money back with new profits grin grin grin grin wink wink wink wink

this is how to trade this stock wink wink wink wink wink wink
Investment › Re: How Tony Elumelu Made $123 Million In 3 Weeks (Transcorp Shares) by deflover(m):
my sweet Jesus.......this stock is being pumped.... shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked..buyers beware... shocked shocked shocked..lets take a look from the numbers i see.....high is 5.89 naira.... wink wink wink wink..from a low of 0.802 kobo..... wink wink wink wink.kool......now the real deal......market cap: meaning how much money has pushed this stock up 227.29 billion naira..... shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked.....volume traded......324217696 units.......now this is some heavy pumping....... shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked return on investment ROI .......540.75%.....even a monkey knows the home run is over........

now why i see a good fall soon......P/E 141.892

remember i said P/E ratio means debt/equity ratio showing that this company is into a lot of debt that its assets cant hold........and why is this becos it bought into the power sector which is capital intensive.....

will it go up again ......my answer is yes its possible cos of greed dat will suck in dumb money from newbies or brokers who just want a piece of the action but will it go down very possible cos tony and co will cash in soon since dey have made a kill....and investors who knows it may fall and due to fear will begin to offload it.......

meaning fear and greed moves the market not supply and demand grin grin grin grin grin grin

my take is dont buy it.......it will steady go down to its original market prize........around 2 naira which is the bullish break out point?/ resistance 1 or R1..... then its safe to buy and define what you mean by long term which may mean 1 week or 1 month depending on your style of investing

my 2 cents

deenee: Herd mentality at work again. Meanwhile smart investors like Tony and Co probably snatched up Transcorp shares when it was trading at 50kobo. (I have about 10million units of transcorp all bought when it was trading at 50 kobo). Funny thing though is that a lot of people actually saw this coming but were not quick to act. I can recall that it has been in the news for at least a year that Transcorp and Forte Oil were amongst the preferred bidders for some of the PHCN assets. Transcorp is also a strategic partnership Hilton Worldwide to build about five hotels around the country. Total outstanding shares available for sale is about 40billion. This frenzy was actually started by foreign investors who sat on the fence all through the privatization process and are rushing to take early positions in some of this coys at all cost given the successful completion of phase one of the privatization process.

Currently the share is trading within the over bought region and over priced but I guess we can never tell how far man's greed and avarice can take him so therefore people will continue to demand for transcorp shares no matter the cost.

Well I have started off loading my own shares in tranches to take an early profit.

My best advice is this: the best way to make quick money in the Nigeria stock market is to BET against it (buy when everyone is selling and sell when every one is buying)
like i said we are not discussing if how he made it.......but the technicalities of how he made it......you used over bought/over priced region here which i have alighted ........ tongue tongue tongue tongue tongue tongue

how many people with their money know this language of investors........making good calls in the market is nothing............even a monkey if trained can buy and sell a stock........
please lets celebrate wins but do not think everyone is like you.......people are lost to words like this becos dey cant tell in their heads wat you mean by over bought and over priced.........like we say in trading......a good surfer knows how to wait for his own wave to come...... tongue tongue tongue tongue tongue

if dey know the things you know then they can make sound decisions wink wink wink wink

ordinary share they sell to you and i so if the company goes under we will loose all our money tongue tongue tongue tongue tongue

but they have access to preferred share so wen the company fails they sell the properties of the company and pay themselves back so who is the fool here grin grin grin grin grin grin
