There are no modalities or registration fee of any sort. We want to keep it fun and exciting.

So, we ask people to visit the site. Make decision to participate in the pushup challenge.

Do a few push ups and post their push up here on this page. You dont need to do 55 but just a few. You can post it on your own page and then nominate your friends and family to do the same.

Then the final step is to make a donation . Any amount is good enough. It can be N50 naira.

We don't want anybody to over task himself.

There is an account opened at ECO BANK (info is on our website: http://www.push55.org/#!donate/c66t..... And for those that live abroad, they can pay via paypal online by using their credit card.

There is a link our website.......IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT EVERY DIME/PENNY CONTRIBUTED WILL BE LISTED AND ACCOUNTED FOR PUBLICLY.

The bank will give us list which we promise to publish officially for people to know how much that was realized from this exercise.

WE ARE ALSO CONNECTING WITH BUHARI ADMIN TO MONITOR THIS PROGRAM.

Next week, I am going to publish a letter that we have sent to the presidency in a bid to show how transparent we want this to go.

WE WANT OUR PRESIDENT HIMSELF TO PARTICIPATE. We are waiting for his response.

We are also reaching out to state governors. We are not interested in politics but with their attention, we can go far.......

This is not a personal project but something for this nation....IT IS ONE WAY TO HELP STOP ARMED ROBBERY AND EVEN FIGHT TERRORISM.....If we all can add effort and make this work, one day we will be glad we did this today.

While I created this, I do not think it belongs to me.

God bless Nigeria.

In Nigeria today, there are over 11 million of these youths who either dropped out of school or have no parents to care for them.

Giving them a life of purpose is our primary goal.

PUSH-55 is on the way to make their dreams a reality.

This social mission to help communities is a core component of PUSH55 identity.

In association with Youth Bank International (Nig), and Olivia Children’s Foundation (Nig), Eternal Legacy Foundation/Napoleon Institute is therefore launching PUSH-55 as a fundraiser.

We want everyone to have fun and enjoy giving.

There are over 190 million people in Nigeria. Rather than wait for the government to materialize transformation in our society, everyone can add weight to lift Nigeria higher by being a proactive participant.

These forgotten and underserved children need our massive support. If 5 million Nigerians donate N1,500 (each person), we will raise over N7bn.

This is a realistic figure. Truth is, ‘no amount is too small, and no amount is too big to save a life’.

The children are our responsibilities. If we continue to neglect them, they may grow up to become public nuisance, armed robbers or worse still, join terrorists groups against us, for abandoning them. Terror groups are looking for vulnerable youths to recruit.

PUSH-55 challenge is set to kick-off in Nigeria and around the world on January 10, 2016.

Who We Are and What We Do:

The number, 55 represent the number of years since Nigeria’s independence in 1960.

The key objective of this campaign is #giving.

Our conscious spirit is underscored by our commitment to non-profit catering to causes such as homeless and underprivileged/disabled children and deprived widows.

It's been particularly difficult throughout the country and the government is doing its best to lay new foundations.

PUSH-55 is an independent program created to support government efforts.

And By donating toward this cause, you are helping to alleviate the hardships faced by these children, young adults and widows in remote and rural areas of Nigeria.

More importantly those affected by the Menace of Boko Haram in North East and those in IDPs will benefit from this project.

About PUSH-55 Challenge:

The Push-55 Challenge (“P-55”) is a voluntary activity undertaken to accomplish the charitable purposes of Eternal Legacy Foundation(“Association”)
By raising awareness of and funds for the fight against abandoned Nigerian children and widows.

We are raising funds to build 6 Vocational Career Training Schools and to setup a N2 billion Micro-Enterprise Endowment Fund for the deprived and oppressed Nigerian widows.

PUSH 55 aims to raise N7bn (Approximately, $35m USD).

Which will be use

• To build six (6) vocational training centres for the underprivileged children and young adults across Nigeria.

The training centres will be located in each of the geo-political zones (SS, SW, SE, NC, NE, NW).

These centres will train the children on various technical and non-technical trades to prepare them for tomorrow’s life.

• 25% of the fund raised will be set aside to create small-scale loan programs for rural and deprived widows in the country.
Dr #Okey Napoleon Iwunwa noted that both underprivileged children and widows in Nigeria are under great abuse and neglect.

The current system in the country has no enforceable protection law for them, thus leaving them with teary eyes all through the seasons.

These two classes are vulnerable to #sicknesses and #diseases, including #HIV/AIDS due to #poverty, lack of protection and care.

Eternal Legacy is inviting every citizen, including corporations, media houses all over the world and in Nigeria, Nigerian celebrities and the youths to get involved in this campaign for donation.

Details on how to participate is on the website, www.push55.org.

Or You can reach Dr-Okey N Viewpoints
He is development researcher and a President of the Napoleon Institute for Policy Development and New Age Leadership.

His career spans media, academics, business and government, is an expert in institutional development and corporate strategy.

While I sympathize with your situation, I would advise you not to lose hope or give up. The Bible admonishes us to "against hope, believe in Hope"

Secondly, seeking help on Social Network may go a long way but may not take you all the way. Find something to do with your hands no matter how little or degrading it may seem. My mom always reminded me while growing up on the dignity in labor. God wants to help you but you have to take up a task and He will bless the work of your hands. Even if it means going to a building site to carry blocks and cement. Even if they don’t need any more laborers, tell them this same story you posted here, they will let you in.

Remember, the future of those kids is in your hands. You must take up the challenge with no excuse allowed from you or your wife.

Am already doing that. Doing menial job in day but not every day and security work at night which not stable.

My name is Mr Jerry a married man with 3 kids living in lagos. I quit my previous job April 2015 because I was really underpay. This issue of underpay made me to take another job which was an all night shift to sustained the welfare of my family and my aged mother.

And finally I decided to call it quit on the other job hoping to see a better offer somewhere else.

But am not that lucky because I stayed jobless not until I got another seriously underpay job again this time the transport alone collect 70% of the salary.

Meanwhile my wife had be living up with situation helping where she can with the little shop I open for her then but seriously the shop had been everything for the family and this had seriously reduce the stocks in shop.
