Regular passport is very different from diplomatic passport.

It is to prevent them from travelling with it and claiming diplomatic immunity which would mean they can not be extradited.

Truth be told, the Ijaws are not the only occupant in ND. You have the Isekes, Uhrobos, Ilajes, Arogbos, Calabari , Ikwerre and so on. Let there be equity and fairness so that the struggle will not crack. A crooked govt can sponsor an aggrieved group amongst the freedom fighters just to criminalize the struggle.
