I feel you bro.......true talk grin

Ezegozie: lol, please no fight oooo.

just asking because its very confusing to me.

I dont even know why most Girls (Nigerian girls especially) see sex as a very big gift to their boyfriend.

the man you take as boyfriend loses his money to take you out
the man you take as boyfriend loses his money to buy you some gifts and recharge cards
he calls you almost everyday and yet when it comes to that special thing they need from you (which you even enjoy), you start giving excuses.
If you dont love him, why not tell him, so that he will look for somebody else, instead of defrauding him

A last longing association, should be symbiotic

so my innocent question still remains.

"WHAT IS THAT SYMBIOSIS IN A SEXLESS RELATIONSHIP"
CultureHow Do You Salute One Another In Ur Dialect? by dejavski(op): 12:42pm On Sep 23, 2014
I am really enthused about how other tribes/ethnic groups salute themselves when they spot one another at a particular location or when they are in a group meeting.

Well I am from the Ilaje region of Yoruba and when I spot a fellow ilaje man/woman I sa (ko se gha) which means how are you. And when you see an ilaje gathering you will always observe the (Ayemafuge de de ilaje) salutation which gets a reply (Awaye).

I would like to know how you salute one another in your dialect.

Christianity EtcT.B Joshua Releases Official Statement About Building Collapse by dejavski(op): 7:50am On Sep 19, 2014
Prophet T.B Joshua’s Synagogue, Church Of All Nations has released their official statement in respect of the Friday, September 12 2014 building collapse incident that killed over 70 people.

This photograph was taken by Mr Shadrack Mamzini, a visitor to The SCOAN from South Africa, on Friday September 12th 2014. The church says it shows in more detail the strange aircraft that flew multiple times over a building in The SCOAN before it tragically collapsed.

According to the statement, the church views this tragedy as part of an attack on SCOAN and in particular, Prophet T.B. Joshua. And that they believe in due course, God will reveal the perpetrators of this unfortunate tragedy.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM THE SYNAGOGUE, CHURCH OF ALL NATIONS IN RESPECT OF THE FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2014 INCIDENT.
“Emmanuel – God is with us.

“The pain of one is the pain of all. It is indeed a sad and painful moment for the families and friends who have lost loved ones. It is equally so for us in The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (The SCOAN), under the leadership of Prophet T.B. Joshua.

“On Friday, September 12, 2014, at about 12:44pm, one of the buildings on The SCOAN property unexpectedly collapsed, tragically resulting in death and injury. Nigerians and citizens of other nations were affected. This incident was preceded by the appearance of a strange aircraft which flew very low over the building four times and then disappeared.

“Since the day of this incident, The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations, its members and partners, have worked in collaboration with the Nigerian, South African and other nations’ authorities to ensure that survivors are rescued, attended to with the best medical treatment, cared for in the most humane and hospitable manner and reunited with their families, while those who passed on – martyrs of the Kingdom of God – are retrieved, identified and treated respectfully.

Amongst those we are working hand-in-hand with, are: The Federal Government of Nigeria, the Government of the Republic of South Africa, Lagos State Government, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), the Lagos State Ministry of Health – doctors and nurses, the Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON), the Red Cross, the Nigeria Police Force and various Non-governmental and humanitarian organisations and construction and engineering corporations.

“It is very sad that inaccurate reports are coming from some quarters that we are not cooperating with the rescue teams and other agencies in collating information and providing assistance on the incident. Contrary to this, we want to categorically state that the church has provided assistance when and where required and continues to do so – good Christians are good citizens.

“We emphasise our commitment to cooperate with all relevant authorities in establishing the cause of the collapse of the building.

The church views this tragedy as part of an attack on The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations and in particular, Prophet T.B. Joshua. In due course, God will reveal the perpetrators of this unfortunate tragedy.

“We wish to express our gratitude to all who continue to work tirelessly, show their solidarity and share their condolences in this grievous time, particularly all Government and non-Governmental bodies mentioned above, Diplomatic Missions, National and International media houses, society groups, traditional rulers, all concerned citizens and the residents of our local community, Ikotun-Egbe. We equally appreciate all members and partners of The SCOAN and Emmanuel TV, along with Christians and clergy worldwide for their prayers and support.

To all those who lost family members and loved ones, please accept our heart-felt commiserations.

No one knows by the present sign or situation what the future holds. We must therefore live each day as if it were our last and leave tomorrow’s trouble for the One who bore our troubles on the cross. We thank God for the martyrs and we pray for the family members and loved ones left behind.”

Nairaland GeneralErosion Washes Away Albino’s House In Abia by dejavski(op): 12:36pm On Sep 09, 2014
An albino woman, Grace Dike, from Amaekpu Ohafia in the Ohafia Local Government Area of Abia State has been rendered homeless as her house has been washed away by erosion following a downpour in the area.

The erosion, which occurred on Saturday, also destroyed many economic trees worth millions of naira although no lives were lost.

Chairman of the council, Udensi Ekea, who visited the site expressed shock at the magnitude of the damage.

He called on the Federal Government to take steps to fix the erosion site through the ecological fund.

The council boss made a cash donation of N50,000 to the victim and assured her of government’s assistance through the National Emergency Management Agency.

Ekea advised the victim to use the money judiciously to procure minor relief materials, adding that the council would come to the aid of people who were affected by natural disasters.

The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in the council, Kingsley Imaga, urged the Federal Government to declare a state of emergency in all the erosion sites in Abia State.

Last year, the Uturu-Ohafia-Arochukwu Highway was cut into two by erosion at Isuikwuato.

Nairaland GeneralMan Allegedly Admits To Putting Semen In Co-worker’s Coffee by dejavski(op): 7:43pm On Sep 07, 2014
A Minnesota man has allegedly admitted to ejaculating into a female co-worker’s coffee and onto her desk a number of times.

John Robert Lind, 34, of Blaine, was charged via summons on Thursday, with fifth-degree criminal s*xual conduct and fifth-degree attempted criminal s*xual conduct.

Investigators say Lind has admitted to entering the victim’s office and depositing his semen into her coffee and onto “her desk or other items.”

According to documents filed in Ramsey County District Court, New Brighton police were summoned to Beisswengers hardware store on Aug. 26 to investigate a complaint by a female employee. The woman, who has not been identified, told police she suspected Lind of “leaving bodily fluids” in her office.

The woman told police she had caught Lind behaving strangely at her desk that afternoon. She said he was standing at it when she walked in and had his hands near his private parts. She told police he looked like a “deer in headlights” when he noticed her and quickly left the room.

Curious as to what had occurred, the woman told police she inspected her desk and noted a strong odor, which she thought resembled urine. She then smelled her coffee and noticed the same odor. She said her initial reaction was to attribute the smell to spoiled milk, something she said she had a lot of trouble with in recent months.

The victim told police she then saw “a large amount of clear liquid on top of her desk” and noticed her hair scrunchie had “absorbed a large amount of the liquid.”

Lind’s behavior, the victim alleged, had been an ongoing problem. She said he would often approach her with his zipper down, prompting her to threaten to report him.

Authorities met with Lind on August 28, to question him about the allegations.

“Lind said that he likes [the victim] and is attracted to her,” the court documents state. “Lind admitted that he ejaculated on [the victim's] desk and in her coffee on August 26, 2014.”

When investigators pressed Lind further, he allegedly admitted to ejaculating into the victim’s coffee twice, within the last six months. He also allegedly admitted to four separate incidents where he ejaculated onto her desk or other items, police said.

“When asked why he did this, Lind said he thought it was a way to get [the victim] to notice him,” the court documents state. “He denied that it was a s*xual compulsion that he could not control.”

Lind, who is not currently in police custody, was summoned to appear in court on Sept. 29. If convicted, he faces six months to one year in jail and $4,500 in fines.

Calls for comment from HuffPost were not returned by Lind on Friday.

When told of Lind’s alleged admissions, the victim, according to court documents, replied:

“I knew it. I have drank his semen. I just thought it was spoiled cream.”

The victim also told police she did not believe that Lind had only ejaculated on or near her desk four times. She said her coffee had tasted odd on “numerous occasions,” the court documents state.

The residents fled to Fotokol for fear of attack by the Islamists, despite being told they were only after security personnel and local vigilantes.

“They are now killing people like chickens,” said Sidi Kyarimi, a Gamboru resident who fled to Fotokol on Friday. “They started by selective killings and later went on a killing spree.”

Among those killed included the town’s highest Muslim cleric and the head of its traders’ union, he said.

“They threaten to kill anybody who refuses to leave the town. They say we don’t belong,” he added.

The insurgents were roaming the streets of the town carrying guns and machetes, shooting and hacking to death residents, said Yusuf Sanda, who also fled to Fotokol.

“They have been breaking into homes and shops and looting them,” he said.

“Initially they said we were free to stay or leave but now they are saying all residents should leave the town because it is now an Islamic Caliphate.”

Sanda said he escaped to Fotokol by wading through the shallow river on the border because it was too dangerous to walk the streets with the insurgents on the prowl.

Boko Haram has in recent weeks seized territory in northern Borno state near the border with Cameroon in an apparent move to carve out a state for themselves.

In a video obtained by AFP last weekend, Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau declared the town of Gwoza, which his men captured earlier this month, as part of an Islamic caliphate.

Boko Haram now controls at least three districts in Borno state and at least one each in Yobe and Adamawa states.

The military has maintained that Nigeria’s sovereignty is intact and denied reports that soldiers fled the Boko Haram assault in Gamboru Ngala into Cameroon.

Borno, Yobe and Adamawa have been under a state of emergency since May last year but despite some initial gains, the military has been unable to stem increasing violence, particularly in remote regions.

Madagali, a predominantly Christian town in the north of Adamawa state, was the latest to fall in the hands of Boko Haram after they chased out troops.

Scores of Christians were killed in the town and many Christian women were allegedly forced to convert to Islam and marry insurgents, according to the spokesman for the Roman Catholic diocese of Maiduguri.

“Christian men were caught and beheaded, the women were forced to become Muslim and were taken as wives to the terrorists,” Father Gideon Obasogie alleged.

“The houses of Christians that have fled are now occupied by the Haramists. Their cars are used by the terrorists. Strict Sharia law had been promulgated”, he added in an emailed statement.

There was no independent confirmation of Obasogie’s claims due to poor phone networks in the remote region and the mass exodus of residents.

PoliticsHold Jonathan Responsible If Ebola Spreads Further – APC by dejavski(op): 7:58pm On Aug 31, 2014
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has said Nigerians must hold President Goodluck Jonathan personally responsible if the Ebola Virus Disease spreads more than it has done in the country.

The opposition party said this following Jonathan’s failure to stop a rally by Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria (TAN), aimed at supporting his re-election bid, in Port Harcourt on Saturday, despite warning from individuals and groups.

“As we said in our statement of Aug. 28th 2014 calling on President Jonathan to halt the TAN rallies, especially the one in Port Harcourt, could anyone guarantee that none of those who have had contact with the medical doctor who died of the disease will attend the rally? That is why we are calling on Nigerians to hold the President responsible if Ebola spreads more than it has in the country,” APC said.

The party said shortly after it made the call for a halt to the TAN rallies, others, including the NBA and Prof. Itse Sagay, in a clearly patriotic duty, issued similar calls.

“In fact, the APC in Rivers described such a rally most appropriately as a ‘firing squad against the people’. But because he will rather be re-elected than give a damn over the safety of the same people who voted him into office, because he will rather transmogrify than transform, President Jonathan ignored all the calls and allowed the rally to hold. This is an unprecedented act of political
desperation,” it said.

APC said for those who might try to spin the issue by saying the President has no control over the organizers of the rally, they should be asked who the rallies will benefit, whose top officials, including Secretary to the Government Anyim Pius Anyim, have been attending the rallies and what is the source of the funding of the gatherings.

“The TAN rallies are government-sanctioned. The TAN rallies are the Jonathan Administration’s cunning way of beating the INEC ban on campaigns for next year’s general elections. The TAN rallies highlight the impunity of the Jonathan Administration. President Jonathan is the sole beneficiary. He can stop the rallies today, if only he wants to put the nation’s interest above his own personal interest,” the party said.

AgricultureIndustrial Revolution Plan Boosting Agriculture, Banking And Textile Sectors by dejavski(op): 6:15pm On Aug 21, 2014
The Federal Government has intensified the implementation of the Nigeria Industrial Revolution Plan. The plan was launched by President Goodluck Jonathan at the beginning of his administration to help stimulate growth in the industries.

The Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment Olusegun Aganga said in Abuja yesterday that five new policies would soon be unveiled for the steel, textile and garments, palm and vegetable oil, cocoa processing and petro-chemical sectors. A pilot programme was commenced to help farmers borrow up to 75 per cent of the value of their commodities in the custody of the Abuja Securities and Commodity Exchange.

“We have a pilot programme which is mainly to support the agriculture Transformation Agenda. This is primarily to support our farmers in five commodities. Our farmers can now bring their products to a warehouse, where once they have been accepted, the farmers are able to borrow 75 per cent of the value of what they deposited in the warehouse. This will transform how those commodities are sold and solve a number of problems, thus making it easier for farmers to access loans to produce these commodities," said the minister.

Aganga explained the Federal Government was working with Stanbic IBTC Bank to support farmers in the scheme, adding the move would enable them to produce more products. The minister also said that the code of corporate governance had been harmonised, noting that unlike before when it only regulated the conduct of private sector businesses, the public sector would now be governed by the new code.

Meanwile, the Bank of Industry has disbursed N51bn to the textile sector under the Cotton, Textile and Garment Development Scheme. The bank had been able to create and retain over 300,000 jobs in that sector of the economy.

President Jonathan continues his efforts to move Nigeria forward.

EducationNASU Vows To Clampdown On Operators Of Private Universities by dejavski(op): 11:20am On Aug 20, 2014
The Non-Academic Staff Union of Universities (NASU), has threatened to engage operators of
private universities across the country for denying workers the right to unionise.

Already, the union has lined up a number of industrial actions against management of privately owned universities, part of which is to file a suit at the National Industrial Court (NIC).

Though the labour ministry is aware of this development but lacked the will to confront the management of these institutions because they are owned by highly placed individuals in the society.

General Secretary of the union, Comrade Peters Adeyemi, who confirmed this development, decried the attempt by private and public employers to “suffocate and kill unions” stressing that the Constitution of the country provide workers the freedom to organise.

He said the refusal to allow the existence of unions is not peculiar to private universities alone stating that management of Akwa Ibom State University and Federal University, Oye-Ekiti have equally denied workers the right to associate freely.

“Akwa Ibom State Univeristy workers are not unionised. We have to take them through the NIC for them to agree that NASU should exist. As I am talking to you now, at the federal University, Oye-Ekiti, we have declared an industrial dispute with the vice chancellor.

“The case is already with the ministry of labour. That is a federal university. I am giving you these examples for you to know that the problem is not only with private university. Going to the private universities, we have done all that we needed to do to get the workers unionised but the management have refused,” he said.

He said the union has assembled several letters from the management of the private universities in which it was stated clearly that they do not want union to exist.

According to him, there is this erroneous believe that if they allow union to exist, they will make trouble and disrupt academic calendar.

He claimed that some of these universities have gone to the level of inserting in the letter of appointment of employees that they will not be members of any union stressing that the workers have accepted the conditions because of their desperation for jobs.

“It has gone to a ridiculous level that a university that obtained license from the federal government of a country where the constitution provides freedom of association is denying workers the right to unionise. We are going to challenge that in court,” he said.

He added: “The owners of these institutions are very powerful and they can do anything. The private universities are owned by former presidents, former vice presidents and former Attorney General. These are individuals who know the law yet they choose to break it with impunity. These are individuals who had the opportunity of running this country at the highest level but when they establish private universities, they no longer have respect for the Constitution of this country.

Jokes EtcTeenager Rapes Chicken To Death In Ondo (READ) by dejavski(op): 11:11am On Aug 20, 2014
A 19-year-old boy has reportedly confessed to having sexual intercourse with a chicken, till it gave up the ghost. He confessed that he carried out the act with the chicken at about 11.20pm yesterday, 19 August in Akure, Ondo state.
The teenager was said to have been forced out of his home town after committing the same offence with a goat, which resulted in his relocation to Akure to live with his brother.
The boy however, blamed it on an evil spirit which made him carry out the act. He said, “I was already sleeping when a spirit just came upon me and directed me to go to the back of the building. I did not know what I was doing again until when I discovered that I had slept with the hen.”
The owner of the dead chicken, Mrs Stella Akintola, confirmed that the teenager indeed make love to her chicken.
Akintola said she went to bed early only to be awoken by the noise of the chickens, which suggested that someone or something was disturbing them.
This prompted her to go out to check what was happening. But after finding the door open, she said, “I shouted to know who was still at the backyard only for him to appear from the corner of the house, saying he went to the toilet because he had a running stomach.”
Akintola said she then went to where the chickens were but found nothing amiss. “It was when I visited the toilet that I found one of the them stone dead with its feathers littering the floor,” she said.
Sensing that he was responsible for the chicken’s death, she proceeded to raise an alarm only for him to confess that he was responsible for the death of the fowl.
Meanwhile, the Police Public relation officer, Wole Ogodo, said he could not comment on the matter, since it was not reported to the police. He said, “it is what members of the public bring to our notice that we investigate. This is a strange occurrence if what you are telling me is the truth.”

BusinessBrazil Tops Buyers Of Nigeria Crude Oil (SEE FULL LIST) by dejavski(op): 8:12am On Aug 20, 2014
Brazil has overtaken India as the largest buyer of Nigeria’s crude oil, spending $990.09 million, about N158.414 billion on the purchase of crude oil from Nigeria.
Data from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, on activities in the oil and gas sector for March 2014, disclosed that Brazil purchased 9.442 million barrels of crude oil from Nigeria in the month under review.
Brazil’s increased demand for Nigeria’s crude, according to analysts, may be as a result of the football World Cup, which the South American nation hosted between June and July.
As at March, three months to the tournament, preparations were in top gear in Brazil, to ensure a successful hosting.
The analysts are of the view that Brazil will very likely remain? the highest importer for Nigeria’s crude for May, June and July, when data for the periods are released by the NNPC.
India, on the other hand, purchased 8.56 million barrels of crude oil from Nigeria, estimated at $897.71 million, about N143.633 billion, using a crude price of $104.86 per barrel.
The Netherlands spent $825.56 million, about N7.873 billion on the purchase of 7.873 million barrels of crude oil from Nigeria; followed by Spain with the purchase of 6.638 million barrels of crude oil, estimated at $696.061 million, about N111.37 billion.
France purchased 4.015 million barrels of Nigeria’s crude; United Stated of America imported 3.892 million barrels, while Indonesia purchased 3.89 million barrels of crude oil from Nigeria.
Others are: South Africa 2.897 million barrels of crude oil, Germany 1.985 million barrels, and Cote D’Ivoire, which imported 1.62 million barrels of crude oil from Nigeria.
In general, the NNPC document revealed that Nigeria earned $6.561 billion, about N1.05 trillion from the export of 62.566 million barrels of crude oil in the month of March.
Nigeria’s crude export in March is a 4.77 per cent decline from the previous month’s crude export of 65.7 million barrels, estimated at $6.889 billion, about N1.102 trillion.
Specifically, Europe was the highest buyer of Nigeria’s crude, with the importation of 26.57 million barrels.
Asia and the Far East followed with the purchase of 15.3 million barrels of Nigeria’s crude oil, while South America imported 10.39 million barrels of crude oil from Nigeria.
Other African countries purchased 4.454 million barrels of crude from Nigeria; North America and Oceania/Pacific countries purchased 3.89 million barrels and 961,105 barrels respectively of Nigeria’s crude.
Continuing, the NNPC said, “Total crude oil and condensates lifting for both domestic and export were about 64.60 million barrels. Oil companies lifted about 35.59 million barrels, representing 55.09 per cent, while NNPC lifted 29.01 million barrels, representing 44.91 per cent of the total.
“Lifting by fiscal regime shows 33.61, 28.22, and 2.77 million barrels for JVC, PSC/SC, and Others respectively. Out of NNPC’s lifting, 24.29 million barrels was for Federation Account, while 4.72 million barrels was for domestic use.”
In the month of February, three countries – India, the Netherlands, and Brazil, spent $2.97 billion, about N475.08 billion in the purchase of crude oil from Nigeria.
Specifically, the three countries accounted for more than a third of Nigeria’s crude export in February, purchasing 26.75 million barrels of oil.
Specifically, India purchased 10.44 million barrels of crude oil from Nigeria in the month under review, followed by the Netherlands, with 9.385 million barrels, and Brazil 6.922 million barrels.
This is a slight difference from export figures in January, which revealed that India, Netherlands and Spain, were the highest buyers of Nigeria’s crude oil, accounting for 45.01 per cent of Nigeria’s total crude export in January.

SportsT Feels Like A Dream’: Marcos Rojo Tells The World His Move To Man United Is Sea by dejavski(op): 1:05pm On Aug 19, 2014
SPORTING LISBON DEFENDER Marcos Rojo confirmed he will be joining Manchester United in a “dream” move… and Juan Sebastian Veron had a part to play.

Rojo’s future has been the centre of much speculation after United expressed an interest in the Argentina international following his exploits at the World Cup in Brazil last month.

United’s attempts to sign Rojo hit a snag when Sporting and the Doyen agency, who own 75% of the 24-year-old’s rights, were embroiled in a public row over a potential transfer fee.

Rojo also missed training last week to force through a move to the Premier League, though he was later disciplined by the Portuguese club.

However, Rojo now finally appears set to link up with Louis van Gaal’s side after speaking to Radio Continental in Argentina (How’s your Spanish? You can listen to that audio here).

“It feels like a dream, to be a Manchester United player. Leaving Sporting wasn’t easy,” said Rojo, who missed Sporting’s opening Primeira Liga.

“He [Juan Veron] told me about them when we played for Estudiantes.”

Reports suggest Rojo will sign a four-year deal for a fee of £16million, with out-of-favour winger Nani to return to Sporting on loan.

PoliticsAPC Slams DSS For Linking Party With Boko Haram, To Sue Ogar by dejavski(op): 11:04pm On Aug 16, 2014
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has condemned the thinly-veiled attempt by the Directorate of Security Service (DSS) to link the party with the insurgent group Boko Haram, without providing a shred of evidence to that effect, and called on the agency’s spokesperson Marilyn Ogar to resign or be fired.

In a statement issued in Ilorin on Saturday by its National Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the party also said it has decided to sue Ogar for attempting to blame the APC for the series of bomb blasts in the country, to give her the opportunity to present whatever evidence she may have of the APC ‘s complicity in a court of law.

It said the DSS threw caution to the wind and exhibited its crass partisanship when the agency’s spokesperson, Ogar, said on national television that anytime the APC wins an election, there is no bomb
blast, but that whenever other parties win, there is always a bomb blast.

”That this incredulous accusation could be made by the spokesperson of a security agency, without providing a scintilla of evidence to support such claim, has confirmed our fears that the nation’s security agencies have now constituted themselves into the enforcement arm of the PDP.

”For the DSS Spokesperson to echo the same capricious statement that has been made in the past by the spokesman of the PDP shows that the agency has dropped its toga of non-partisanship and has descended into the political fray. If the DSS has any professional ethics, if DSS is not an arm of the PDP, then the agency must publicly dissociate itself from the irresponsible and unfounded allegation by Ogar and disengage her from the service.

”Doing that will be the first step in restoring the credibility, or whatever is left of it, of the DSS. In the alternative, we challenge the DSS to present to Nigerians any evidence it may have linking our party to the spate of bomb blasts in the country. After all, it is trite that he who alleges must prove,” APC said.

The party said since the APC won the election in Osun, Ogar has been struggling hard to discredit the party and its victory, including making a spurious allegation that the party offered the DSS 14 million naira as a bribe and also trying to make a joke of the arrest of the party’s spokesman, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, for no other reason than that he belongs to the opposition.

”Institutions of state like the DSS must know that their responsibility is to the nation, not to any political party that may be having a transient hold on power, that their loyalty is to the nation, not to any individual. This way,the institutions will keep their integrity intact and also serve the nation properly. Irrespective of the government in power, institutions of state must stay above the fray, in line with best practices.

”This is a lesson that should not be hard for the fellows over there at the DSS to understand, going by the antecedents of their agency. However, where they choose to play politics with their professionalism
and integrity, they will soon realize there are working in an agency that is not worth its salt, one that has lost the respect of the citizenry,” it said.

APC called on the National Assembly to invite the Director-General of the DSS to explain if Ogar’s partisan stance represents the official position of the service on the spate of bomb blasts in the country; if indeed 14 billion Naira was offered as a bribe to the DSS and by who; and why the DSS has chosen to descend to the political fray at the expense of its professionalism and national loyalty.

SportsTransfer Balls: Manchester United And The Marcos Rojo Spies by dejavski(op): 10:36pm On Aug 16, 2014
that Doyen took part in the resulting meeting, namely by convincing the member of Sporting’s board of Directors that the person in question was as member of the visiting club and not in fact the CEO of Doyen. The situation was masked to such a degree that the person in question did not at any time speak in Portuguese, communicating at all times in the language used by the visiting club;
On 07/08/2014, Sporting informed Doyen via email that the club had sent the contracts involving the economic rights of the players agreed with that company to its legal department and noted that the club considered the interference and illegitimate pressure being applied by the CEO of Doyen, Mr. Nélio Lucas, as totally unacceptable;
In light of the seriousness of statements being made and falsities being communicated, we have been forced to reveal that at the beginning of the 13/14 season, that same CEO sent various abusive text messages to the president of Sporting, including one which stated in capital letters: “MARCOS ROJO IS GOING TO THE [FOREIGN CLUB]” and that “IF YOU DO NOT LET HIM HE WILL BEGIN TO CAUSE PROBLEMS IN THE ACADEMY”. While being further clear evidence of the interference that Doyen generates with those who it calls its partners, it became obvious that this is a reoccurring tactic, with only the name of the club being altered;
k) Prior to the Teresa Herrera tournament, various directors and the CFO of SAD spoke on various occasions with the CEO of Doyen, with it thereby being false the assertion that no contact was made between those parties. What really happened was that none of the mentioned representatives of SAD gave in to pressure and interference which was systematically being provoked by Doyen, namely with an insistence that they player would not play in the Tournament;
l) Sporting confirms that Doyen, as noted in that entity’s press release, knows nothing with regards to information issued by our club. However, the fact that Doyen is profoundly aware of proposals made to Sporting is another example of the interference practiced by that entity. It is due to that knowledge that the mentioned entity could affirm in its press release: “For Doyen, in light of the existing proposals and that which we offer to Sporting out of good will, the most lucrative (substantially so) scenario is one in which Sporting decides to keep the player on its professional register.”;
m) We are worried about a fund, which manages millions and various assets, and its inability to count. To that end, 25% of 30M would never be equal to 25% of 20M, especially considering that Spartak Moscow would receive 20% of the value above 5M. We are surprised by the arithmetic failings of Doyen, especially noting that its CEO, Mr. Nélio Lucas, was able to transform a proposal of 20M made to Sporting, on 24/05/2014, into the acquisition of the player Brahimi for 6.5M to another Portuguese club, as has been noted in the public domain;
In light of the above, and without prejudice to the invalidity of the contracts agreed with Doyen regarding the players Marcos Rojo and Zakaria Labyad, Sporting SAD hereby announces that it is proceeding with the termination by just cause of the respective contracts with Doyen.
They also claim that Doyen chief executive Nelio Lucas previously sent “abusive” text messages to Sporting president Bruno de Carvalho, threatening that Rojo would “start problems” if he wasn’t allowed to leave this summer.
The issue of third-party ownershiup is not rare. And it isn’t all that open. Don’t fans and media need to know who own which players so that fairness in all matches can be best guaranteed?
