Very unpleasant moment honestly, why would decision be made and one will have to wait for another donkey year.

I understand you honestly, this waiting period is the worst time of my life. My hubby and i did bio on the 1st july, he received nsf mail on the 20th july to proof relationship which we did immediately. I received collection mail on the 28th july but we are still expecting his mail. We send paid mail on the 1st august and we received this below response.infact i am drained.

Someone should advice me please, my wife did biometrics since July 1st as my dependant, I sent paid mail on her behalf July 18th, I got a reply same day that decision has been made that we should wait for 10 working days.

After the 10 working days I had to follow up with another email, they replied that it has been escalated that we should wait another 15 working days.

Please has anyone experienced this as a dependent and what the exact time one should receive collection mail after decision has been made?

Biometrics done July 1st, paid mail sent July 20th. Got a reply same day that decision has been made but till now no collection mail.

yes i sent them a mail on Monday and got a reply that a decision has been made
but on my tracker application has not been transferred to VAC
i sent another mail today and they said a decision has been made that was the reply i got again

My candid advise to as many that want to pay tuition fee using E Form A is run away from using GTBANK....

I thank God my money was debited yesterday and I got my Telex as well after 3 weeks of waiting, calling and sending series of emails. My school has blocked me from accessing the school portal and even threatening to report me to the home office if my money is not seen latest 19th of this month. I wasted over 20k recharging my phone to be calling customer care and my stupid account officer.

I thank God it was a success now.
So run away from Gtbank is you don't have anyone there directly who can help you.

I did my biometrics January 27

Moved to DMC same day

Received at DMC January 28

Got the almighty NSF mail February 10, I was like yeeeeee Owo ti fe wogbo (money about entering bush)

They requested for my study/employment evidence. Note, I had 6 years study gaps. So I sent all my employment letters, promotion letters, a reference letter from my previous work, all my school certificates and nysc certificate.

Sent paid mail on February 15, I got a reply to wait till February 17 when my application will 15 working days. I sent another mail on February 18 (without payment). I got a reply that decision have been made that I should wait till they get back to me within 10 working days. Hmmmm

That same day, I tracked my application and it moved to VAC, around afternoon it was received at VAC. Same day I received collection mail twice 18/02/2022

Wawuuuu, I got my Visa today.

Wow! I got NSF on 10th of February to provide study/employment evidence which I provided same day.

My application moved to VAC today and I got collection mail today as well.

You can try to send it and if it bounces, use a pdf resizer online to make it smaller. You can also use a pdf merger so all documents are on one sheet.
You should get an acknowledgment mail if it goes successfully.

Good day all, please I got NSF mail this afternoon to provide study/work evidence from 2016. Have scanned my certificates, employment letters, promotion letters and reference letter from my previous work place.

My doc. is about 5mb.

Please what's the total size mb their mail can accommodate?

It depends on how you can bargain and the person handling your admission. My brother was to pay 5k deposit but mailed them and explain situation of things. So he was allowed to pay 1k and pay balance in installments.
