Congratulations man. Just wondering why you accepted 42 installments! It's too much in my own opinion. The beauty of big sales is to get your money once and use it for something tangible. In this scenario now, you would be receiving like 100 bucks monthly. But it's okay if you're comfortable with it anyways. More blessings.

Honestly, it was too good to be real. I was expecting him to run away because of my asking price but he was happy to buy it for that amount. He didn't even reply me, he just went and click BUY NOW straight.

That alone has even given me liver to be listing my GEO domains for 1k, $1,200 etc.

Short story about the Hire//VAs sale
I picked the domain name from ED few months ago. I submitted it to SquadHelp but it was rejected. I now listed it on Dan for 900 bucks. Just recently, I decided to even check the related business that might be interested in taking the domain name. So I got few companies and I did the outreach. The first reply was negative and the second company asked for the price. Before I could reply the second company, a lot of thoughts were already on my mind. One mind was telling me to give him blank check, one was telling me to tell him 10k, another was telling me 5k and the last thought 1k, I know that was from the poverty mentality. So I summoned courage and told him 5k and he bought it that same day.

After that sale, I discovered that some companies are using Virtual Employees so I registered Hire//VEs and I did the outbound but nobody replied. I later pitched it to the previous man and he lectured me that VEs is not a powerful keyword unlike VAs, but he said he would take it for 100 bucks and he did just that.

Although I'm still a newbie here, but let's try and be giving our domains better prices like our colleagues in tier 1 countries. If it's a very powerful domain, good number of these end users would be happy to buy.

With every sense of humility, I would say, I was smart enough to get it sold for that $1k. When I was outbounding the domain name, I was getting a lot of positive replies. So one end user told me he would be happy to buy it for $500 and I accepted immediately, so I set the price to $500 on Dan. He later sent another offer of $300 and I rejected it with annoyance and I increased the price to $1000 because I already had like 5 interested end users. So later in the same night, I just got Simon's mail that the domain name has been sold for $1k.

Thanks. And how do you determines what sells and what doesn't since you are 'omniscient' . Can you tell us why a 59 letters domain sold and 8 letters still smiling with the seller? Or when has it become a crime to flush what you don't want?

Exactly my thoughts oh. But I'm surprised these days, when newbie would just come and start registering names anyhow and if someone should caution such person, he/she would take offence. Also the "%95 grace crew members" are not helping matter at all. Seriously hardwork pays alot. I think we need discipline here again. During my own time, after taking oga Iykes class, I read about 2000 pages here within 2 months, I was reading the thread everyday and I'm glad I did because it's really paying off now. Glory be to God Almighty.

In a nutshell, I would strongly advise we don't give shortcut to anybody again, rather, encourage them to start from page 1 and read up to page 1000 at least. It's achievable within one month.

To avoid story that touches, you better read. E get why o. So that you won't come here and be saying people are selfish for not answering your questions. The first 1000 pages of this thread is a goldmine. I read up to 2000 pages when I was learning and I'm glad I did because it's paying off.
