If however Seun decides to conduct a physical papers based voting for new Moderators in his office. And you claimed you won a position as a moderator because you had access to the final voting results as transmitted to a forum post on Seuns Nairaland server.

However Seuns says he did not transmit anything to any server. But you insist.

So olodo like u ..sorry i mean IT expert should know that if the respondents dont counter some of the Evidence that they can lose the case...do you know that there is techncal report about the server in court, and that the IT was only subpoenaed becuse of the report , and that Data analysis of 11 contested state favour ATiku.... You are a big head olodo. I'm an IT expert not a lawyer but I read so wide to understand what a no case submission is. Admission of evidence doesn't mean you can't file a no case submission. Read wide, you don't need to be a lawyer to understand court processes.

The lawyer also said, while the petitioners conceded defeat in Katsina State, the witness in his report of analysis of the results gave victory to the petitioners.

Gbenga, an Industrial Chemistry graduate from the University of Ilorin, who described himself as a Database Analyst and Designer, appeared before the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja at the instance of the Peoples Democratic Party and its candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.

Both Atiku and the PDP are in their joint petition challenging President Muhammadu Buhari’s victory at the February 23, 2019 presidential election.

Under cross-examination by the respondents’ lawyers, Gbenga said he was engaged by the petitioners to analyse the results of the presidential poll in 11 out of the 36 states of the federation.

Fielding questions from Buhari’s lawyer, Olanipekun, the witness said he was not aware the petitioners conceded defeat in eight out of the 11 states which their presidential election results he analysed in his report.

Asked, the witness said he was unmindful of who won or lost in the 11 states, in order to be able to do a professional and unbiased job.

He said he had not gone through the pleadings contained in the petitioners’ petition.

Olanipekun also asked, “But are you aware that you have given them a margin of win in 11 states that is more than what they are claiming in the 36 states excluding the FCT?”



Responding, the witness said, “I am not aware. I worked on documents provided for me.”

Asked, again, he said he was not aware that the petitioners conceded defeat in Katsina State.

“But by your analysis you gave them victory,” Buhari’s lawyer said.

Asked, the witness said he had been receiving trainings in data analysis but had not been certified.

He however said he had previously been engaged by the World Health Organisations, among other organisations.

He confirmed that he was engaged to do analysis of results of the election in Yobe State.

He said the Yobe State job was the first he ever took up in respect of elections before his engagement for the presidential election.

Fielding questions from the All Progressives Congress’ lawyer, Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), the witness said the job he did was not something any literate person could do as suggested by the lawyer.

The witness also said he was aware that hacking of websites was a global phenomenon.

Well. i am not a Lawyer and i guess u are not one too....If the 3000CTC prove the irregularities in the announced results, the 11 states can be cancelled, the countered videos is only a clipt part of the submitted 48 VCD...If it prove widespread rigging at polling unit then the results of the PU or Ward can be cancelled.... The 11 state in question account for around 11million votes

You really do not understand court proceedings and how judgments are given.

Any case of irregularities or rigging must have been argued by both parties and proven in the OPEN court by the petitioner.

Judgments are not based on unproven ''evidences".

'Evidence'' is from the point of view of the presenter,not that of the judge or respondents.

Admitted evidence does not necessarily imply proven evidence.

Example: the admitted video evidence for PDP in respect of use of server,was openly countered in court by APC's video.

Any admitted evidence must be proven!

Well, u can not prove non compliance with only 400 witnesses, but you can prove that with the quality of the evidence provided. 11 state are contested by atiku with over 30000 CTC admitted in evidence, 48 VCD admitted in evidence, you dont know what they contain...Even the announced result of the Presidential election announced by INEC was also admitted in evidence . If the results dont tally or in the Videos there evidence of rigging then APC has a problem...Wait for the final submission of both parties

This is not about convicting a man on a one count charge. Atiku’s team did not prove partial non compliance not to talk of substantial non compliance nationwide.

Good submission... employment for laywers, experts , statiscians, ordinary workers helping to move the files around... the list is long eventually ensuring INEC wakes up to its responsiblities.

Oga,submitting documents means nothing except they use it to connect to testimonies which they have failed to do.the judges will never go through those documents for atiku until his lawyers explain how it relates to the case and they have failed to.up buhari
