Those who are of the opinion that those people who rejected their appointment are corrupt may be wrong. However, I feel the main reason this Professor rejected is appointment is that, he feels the money he makes as a Professor in the US is far higher than the 'legitimate' money he would get in the office he was appointed to head by Buhari.

the cbn doesnt need to follow paper trails, it isnt an investigative institution, it is a bank, the account belongs to the nsa and he signed and confirmed that the money should be given to dopkesi. The disbursing protocols were followed. But it isnt d work of cbn to check d legality of d contract. Infact d cbn guy simply absolved the cbn from crime. He is clearly telling us that dokpesi received arms money from d nsa, that point has been established. The testimony only helps d case.
