i am sure you were in nigeria when the former finance minister stated that marketers were defrauding the government? i am sure you are aware that noi set up committee to verify marketers' claim early this year which forced marketers to hoarde the product and created fuel scarcity that some of you still blamed jonathan? i am sure you saw the sharp decrease of subsidy payment between 2011 and 2014. well. i am very sure that you are aware that there was no fuel scarcity in 2013 and 2014.

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation has announced that the Port Harcourt and Warri refineries have been successfully re-streamed after a nine-month rehabilitation exercise conducted by its in-house engineers and technicians.

The national oil firm said the phased rehabilitation programme, which started in October 2014 after the required funding stream was established, created a 70 per cent reduction in costs which helped largely in mitigating the financing challenges of refinery rehabilitation.

i think the aim of rehabilitating any ssytem is to make it work.... thank GEJ for starting it

Naija People sef....How can u give credit to a man who never built a single Power plant, Lay pipeline to power those plants, or carry out any Reform in the Power sector in the past 1.5 month. ??..Many people think shouting "Sai whatever" or the fear of Pa Bubu will bring the power sector to work, forgeting that 80% of the power sector belong to private sector and the credit goes to GEJ....Michael Faraday go don laugh in his grave what has fear of Buhari got to do with building power infrastructure
