I have no idea of the refrigerant pressure as I don't have a gauge, the car has a history of leakage though so it is possible that it's out of gas.

That sensor terminals are facing downwards, special tools will be needed to probe further.

My 06 Rio AC was working fine until one day that the compressor kept cutting off intermittently, I stopped using the AC afterwards.
Sometime later, I realized that the clutch no longer engages when I put on the AC.

I did some troubleshooting and I realized that the clutch, fuses and relays were okay, the ECU was just refusing to provide a ground(negative) supply to the AC relay.

This leads me to believe that it's either the ECU is faulty or the ECU is intentionally not turning on the relay because of an input from a sensor.

I got a service manual and the manual showed that there is an AC pressure transducer that converts the pressure on the high pressure line to a voltage signal. I want to measure the signal but the instruction in the manual isn't clear enough to me.

I have attached the relevant page from the manual, please help me interpret it.

Is the HA01 battery balancer nearly as good as the fangpusun 24V balancer (Looks exactly like the Victron 24V balancer). I see that the price of the fangpusun on Aliexpress is double that of the HA01.

It simply means the batteries were not very far apart in SoC (good news) or one battery is already toast since the voltage fell so sharply in such a short time (bad news)

If you bought the HA02 balancer it can move up to 10A of current between the batteries - that is sufficient charge into a weaker battery to make the voltages appear to converge.

Two tests I do -#1 - with the balancer attached, allow the batteries to drain to 12v each and then slightly beyond e g 11.8v each. If they all stay in sync as per voltage when drained so far, then they are all pretty well matched in capacity and your balancer saved the lesser charged battery from dieing prematurely.

Test #2 - with the balancer attached, measure voltage of each battery when the inverter or CC is in ABSORB - they will likely not stay at perfect sync but it is okay to see .03v of deviation - if you have one battery at 14.8v during absorb and another at 14.1v or less then one of the batteries is out of spec and needs to be identified.

I can't see from your picture whether the longer leg connects to the inner or outer terminal.

The outer terminal is negative and the inner terminal is positive. So if the outer terminal is the one that connects to the longer leg then the longer leg is the negative and vice versa.

I came home one day about two years ago to see an error code and blinking red led on my 1kva ipowerplus inverter. I checked the manual and the error code translated to "fan locked while inverter running" however, I noticed that the fan runs when the load gets to a certain threshold. I have been using the inverter like that since without any problems.

A friend's 2005 Sienna would flare while trying to shift from gear 2 to 3 and would actually skip 3 and go to 4.

A scan indicated defective shift solenoids(I can't remember the actual code). His kazeem changed the valve body and the car seemed to be okay for about 2 weeks.

Presently, the car won't move when put in drive until the engine is revved for about 10 minutes. After it begins to move, it drives well and shifts normally.

Reverse works normally.

The float switch is in series with the contactor coil and will energize the contactor.

This saves the float switch from having to make and break the pump(motor current) therefore preserving the float switch contacts.

Most 12v power inverters are rated 9v to 15.5v (undervoltage cutoff/overvoltage cutoff). So a 16.8v max 4s 18650 config will not fit into that equation, except if it is to directly power the devices via DC.
