The charging current on the BMS was set at 40A or so, well above what my solar array can deliver. I replaced the Powmr with Fangpusun and never saw 30V again.

Same here I stopped using the CC.
I notices if the battery is low, it charges normally but once it's full it starts going over.
I actually planned to get another cc to test but this confirms it.

It does. Mine worked fine for some weeks before it began doing anyhow.

I get what you mean about the calibration but that isn't what is at play here. The CC maintains the set 27.6V for some time but "losses" the setting later and begins to output over 30V. It wasn't like that initially and when I noticed it, I also thought it might be due to voltage drop along the battery cable but after several checks and attempts to calibrate what I realised was that the CC was actually "forgetting" the set voltage. Feat didn't allow me to use the CC since then.

There's a 0.4v - 0.5v difference between true voltage and the displayed voltage. So you need to do a -0.4 to -0.5v adjustment to calibrate the CC.

I have a powmr 60A that behaves the same way.I set lithium charge profile and set both bulk and float charging to 27.6V but I see the CC putting out 30V.

I have nothing to complain about regarding them.
One of them for hit by lightning and died, I have taken it to the the distributor and waiting for feedback.

The number I gave you belongs to someone at AEMEM office at Alaba, they sell AEMEM bldc fans and I have once bought a bldc fan board from them. It was 5k or so and that was about 18 months ago.

There seems to be about 3 different form factors for the fans and I am asking you to verify that what he is offering you is compatible with your fan in case you won't physically go to Alaba to buy.

How did you determine the AC current draw ?

The ammeter you are using very likely is unable to accurately measure the inductive current drawn by the freezer and is underestimating the current.

The AC current drawn by the resistive load while be a pure since wave while the current drawn by an inductive load will contain harmonics and therefore be distorted, most common meters won't be able to accurately measure such current.

Me I am now confused. OK this is my situation. I have a freezer that draws 0.78amps and a heater that draws 0.77amps both at 230v

My battery remains at 12.5v when it's just the freezer that is turned on but it drops to 12.3v when I put in the heater alone.

. Another scenario is that when I put on the freezer with other appliances that are not resistive that draw a sum of 2.3amps at 230v my batteries remains around 12. 4 to 12.3v but when I turn on just a small oven that draws about 2.45amps at 230v the batteries rapidly drops to 12.1v

A resistive load doesn't draw more current than an inductive load of the same rating, it's the other way round.
A resistive load of 2300W connected to a 230V AC source will draw 10A, an inductive load of same 2300W and power factor of 0.5 will draw a current that is twice what the resistive load draws.

Famicare really suprised me,as their 3.5kva 24v my bro bought has an idle consumption of 18 watts! Which is even better than my axpert 3kva. Also its power factor is about 0.95 (yea we measured) an impressive feat considering most Indian low freq inveter are pf 0.8.
