South Africa does have the economy to support 1M+ immigrants, infact the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) estimates there are over 1.5 M Zimbabweans in SA.

SA per capita income is over $12,000 while Nigeria's is under $5,000, so why wouldn't there be 800K Nigerians in SA?

So that makes the amount of senators in Nigeria 109 senators

SW/SE=70

You didnt do your maths well. You need two third majority vote, or 67%, to pass a vote on referendum

If the NW and and NE have 39 then that means they have almost 40% of the vote

It would be a waste of time to move a motion on referendum since it has no chance of passing

SW =6×3=18 senators
