CelebritiesRe: Court Orders Ndlea To Pay N25m Compensation To Baba Suwe by Delible(m): 4:28pm On Mar 02, 2012
The NDLEA argued that it cannot afford such exorbitant compensation. Please, my question is that what happens to NDLEA if it defaults and refuses to pay within the stipulated 21 day period? Will NDLEA be compulsorily folded up? Will the directors and heads be sacked? Who takes responsibility for the inability to pay baba Suwe, NDLEA or FG? Will the Nigerian judiciary be compelled to reconsider its verdict? Help please!!!
It simple. SInce NDLEA is a govt parastatal, the complainant will sue the two parties. But am sure NDLEA will not let it get to that level becuase then heads will have to roll.
PoliticsRe: Ibori Will Still Be Tried In Nigeria,’ Efcc Says by Delible(m): 8:02pm On Feb 29, 2012
Foolish EFCC. Ibori was discharged and acquitted in Nigeria becuase the Case could not be substantiated by EFCC. The cas file was practically empty but for things put there by efcc. It still boils down to the fact that the anti curruption body lacks the inteligencce and skill to carry out investigations.

Dont sack the big mumu Stephen Keshi yet. Let him fail galantly. I prefer him taking the whole qualifiers so that we dont have to share the blame like his counterpart failure Siasia.

Please take this simple rule in Nigeria presently."One man , One matchet". protect urself. Watch your back. No wait for govt or police or even army wey don dey kidnap about now" embarassed.

BusinessRe: CBN Imposes Limits, Penalty On Cash Transactions, Again! by Delible(m): 7:00pm On Apr 29, 2011
All this CBN fire approach to issues.

No doubt the aim of this sanction is fantastic to reduce cash trasaction .However this will generate other side effect as customers will now open a lot of separate account to allow them draw more based on cummulative drawing from all the accounts.

Another option is that customers will simply keep thier cash will them and in effcet keep more cash in the system which is exactly what CBN is trying to avoid.

The should have probably intoduced incentives for tranfers and other channels rathar than this sanction.

Who go wan dey use all this online payments that is not working perfectly.Na embarasment be that.

How many times should I say it? We have reached that point in our nationhood when we all should go out there to steal as much money as you can lay your hands on. This entity is so stupendously rich that no matter what you steal, the ocean shall not notice.

This much, the likes of Bode George discovered a long time ago. Obasanjo made a mistake as a soldier, and came back as a civilian to correct it. Now, no generation of his family shal ever go hungry like you nairalanders.

Go out and steal! That way, we all shall become rich. And perhaps,
