Jokanem:
What Is the purpose of Life?

The question of the purpose of life may be asked in many ways, such as Why are we here?
or
Does my life have a meaning?

The Bible shows that our purpose in life is to build a friendship with God.

Consider some of these fundamental truths that the Bible reveals.

God is our Creator. The Bible says: “It is [God] that has made us, and not we ourselves.”—Psalm 100:3; Revelation 4:11.

God has a purpose for everything he creates, including us.—Isaiah 45:18.

God created us with a “spiritual need,” which includes the desire to find meaning in life. (Matthew 5:3) He wants us to satisfy that desire.—Psalm 145:16.

We fill our spiritual need by building a friendship with God.

Although the idea of being God’s friend might seem far-fetched to some, the Bible gives us this encouragement: “Draw close to God, and he will draw close to you.”—James 4:8; 2:23.

To become God’s friend, we must live in harmony with his purpose for us.

The Bible states this purpose at Ecclesiastes 12:13: “Have reverence for God, and obey his commands, because this is all that we were created for.”—Good News Translation.

In the future, we can experience in full God’s original purpose for us when he eliminates suffering and grants everlasting life to his friends, those who worship him.—Psalm 37:10, 11.

the purpose of life is to do the work of God here on earth

This is a question I'll like to get answers to, what really makes prayers work,is it our righteousness, the intensity of the prayers, the duration or the state of mind

it is our righteousness.

What should I do now...not that I believed.. Advice me on what to do ..am ready to take the advice

Kobojunkie:

Kobojunkie:
1. But where is it written that if Adam disobeyed God, Adam would lose dominion which God gave to Adam? Where does this doctrine that Adam lost dominion come from?

stop asking me stupid question

I have received alots of things from God just believe the word of God. I work on my faith.

It is work and faith not prayers and faith. If you like pray from now till tomorrow, if you don't put your faith to work you will not see the acts of faith. Faith without work is dead. That is what the Bible says

Hier:
There is a difference between ownership and occupancy

An owner has the original documents. Satan collected the original documents from Adam, which is the right over this world, except we use our authority in Christ, we can't enjoy that ownership right. But just being an occupant.

And if not that Adam disobeyed God and sinned, we would still have that right today. That is my point

The miracle of salvation. That is the Lord Jesus Christ dying on the cross in the flesh and rising from the dead in the flesh. With that one acted, millions of people have saved and went to heaven.

Hier:
God appointed man by giving man the dominion over everything God created, That right solely belonged to Adam (gods) see Psalms 82:6
Psalms 82:6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.

Adam fell and Satan collected the right from Adam

that right belong to every child that came through Adam. That you and I.

BigDawsNet:
Hm.. I think he appointed himself..

We can't have two boss in heaven so he was casted out...

He begin his own movement by making people commit sins and trad dia souls so he can hav his own follower and rule dem

Even after he was casted to earth, he wasn't the boss. Man wàs the boss. It was when man sinned and disobeyed God, that was when man lost the rulership of the world. Until the Lord Jesus Christ came and gave back to those who believe in him

Ezedon:
As an Arc Angel, every other demons are under him

Please I need to know. Are we not using the bvas machine again.

afrodoc2:
Based on the totality of this season, yes. Defending is more than just sliding all over the place like a champion skier. Additionally RBs are important in terms of the attacking aspect of the game as well. I prefer Dalot as a RB.

Well I prefer awb to dalot. That match against barca, we need to be at our best defensively.

afrodoc2:
He would start him if he was fully fit and back to form. Before Dalot's recurrent injury he was the preferred RB and it was so bad that AWB almost never played and Dalot was playing 90mins back to back to back. He started against Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, Man City this season.

A fully fit Dalot is preferable to a fully fit AWB. Dalot is better in terms of positional awareness, defending the back post and even aerially. Dalot is also better in possession and against the press. AWB is a better 1v1 defender and that is it. He is actually the one that often forgets he is a defender with the way he often sleeps on duty at the back post and loses track of runners.

AWB is likely to start because i don't think Dalot is really back to his pre-injury form but if he is back to that sharpness ETH will start him.

So want to tell me that as a man UTD fan, defensively you prefer dalot to awb

afrodoc2:
That is what i prefer. You are free to put your own.

like you said it is what you prefer. But I don't see eth starting dalot against barca

afrodoc2:
I won't mind this formation for the Barca game.

.......Dalot..........Varane................Martinez...............Shaw......

..........................Casemiro.............Fred....................................

.........Bruno...................Sabitzer........................Rashford........

........................................Weghorst.........................................

Casemiro to sit as the CDM and Fred and Sabitzer to shadow and press FDJ and Busquets respectively. What we don't want is for Busquets and FDJ to seize that midfield and monopolize possession at Old Trafford.

Sancho, McTominay, Garnacho, Malacia, AWB et al on the bench, though an option if ETH wants to be ultra-attacking is Sancho at 10 for Sabitzer but Sancho might not be able to do the pressing needed in that role.

Why will you play dalot against a team like barca. Dalot that sometimes forget he is a defender. Remove dalot

Kobojunkie:
A Jesus Christ instead said, His followers are those who live their lives in continuous submission and obedience to His teachings and commandments - John 8 vs 31 - 36 - not those of you who submit to and obey the doctrines and traditions of men(and their churches), lies, which you hide behind the name of Jesus Christ- Matthew 15 vs 1 - 14 & Mark 7 vs 1 - 13.

And I told I obey the doctrines and traditions of men.

That is why you couldn't answer that question about bringing out the verse in Exodus. You just be jumping up and down with evil doctrines and believes

Kajibona:
So now Christians, this is a big cumbersome question. 'ARE YOU FOLLOWERS OF CHRIST?'

Yes I am

Kajibona:
Christianity! Hmmm! Please, my christian brothrens, l am not out to condemn anybody but to reason with you. I am a Muslim and according to the book of Isaiah:' Come let us reason together said the Lord' . Honestly, no one can guide aright except Allah. I pray that Allah will guide you all (Aamin). Is Christianity a religion? Was Jesus a Christian? These are crucial questions that all Christians cannot Substantiate in the Bible. Please, i want a Christian who is conversant with his
Or her bible to answer. Tell me where Jesus said he brought a religion called christianity. Was Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses etc CHRISTIAN? Who was paul the concoctor of Christianity? Answer me first and i will reveal to you who this impostor was- using your bible as evidences and you will realise what you have not heard nor seen before in the Bible.THE HIDDEN TRUTH. THE HIDDEN KNOWLEDGE.

Christianity is not a religion, it is a way of life. It is the way we live as the Lord Jesus Christ lived here on earth. That is why our as a Christian must be patterned after Christ. Christianity means Christ like. The people of Antioch saw the disciples living like Christ. So the Lord Jesus Christ was never a Christian, he is the originator of Christianity
