There was Vegfru many years ago in the North that produced quality tomato paste. Competition from the modified starch imports sent them packing. We need to do better since we have the raw material here.

It's a very sad situation. It appears that some of the girls are emotionally attached to their "husbands" who they have kids for. Some tomatoes species are naturally sweet. The company may also have added sweeteners in permissible quantity since NAFDAC has not spoken against the brand.

I rarely use tomato paste but I believe that the local brands use more of natural tomatoes and less fillers.

Since you're an Engineer, simply Google the details of the contract. I'm sure you'll understand better than I can explain since my profession is different. In simple English, I know that what was done had to do with joints and the structure. It was mentioned then that the contract did not cover resurfacing of the bridge.
