The problem is that the Constitution doesn’t specify that you need to provide all your certificates. Any certificate from Pry.Sch. to degree is acceptable. INEC has accepted and maybe verified the certificates presented by the 2 contestants. Those looking for anything more are wasting their time.

Even the FIRST EVER Ibo language celluloid film entitled "AMADI" which was screened in Lagos State with Justice Adefarasin (the then Lagos State Chief Judge and biological father of Pastor Adefarasin) in attendance was produced in 1975 by the veteran movie maker, Dr. Ola Balogun who was born in Aba (now in Abia State) to Yoruba parents with his father being a lawyer. Dr. Ola Balogun spoke Ibo as his first language as a child hence his interest in doing a celluloid film in that language.

The condescending title called "Nollywood" which infers that the Nigerian movie industry is a caricature or "Hollywood wannabe" was ONLY invented or coined by an American journalist in 2003 long after the Nigerian movie industry had been in existence for many decades based on the celluloid cinema format and home video formats. This is why the Indians HATE being called "Bollywood" and have expunged it. It's ONLY uninformed Nigerians with self-esteem issues in the media and elsewhere who continue to use that irresponsible terminology called "Nollywood." The "Nigerian movie industry" is simply the term that I use to describe the entire movie industry in Nigeria [consisting of the English, Yoruba, Hausa, Edo, Ibibio, Igala, and other languistic movie sectors] just like India uses the term "Indian movie industry."

The Indian movie industry ALSO currently operates profitably based on a multiplex cinema format in major Indian cities just like the United States and NOT based on home video formats hence effectively curbing piracy of videos and loss of income.

It's very important to ALWAYS keep historical records of events and unknown to some young people and older folks from the East like Francis Duru, the Yoruba folks have their history well documented [They pioneered the celluloid film industry with Professor 'Wole Soyinka's movie adaptation of "Kongi's Harvest" which was FIRST screened in 1969 at a cinema in Lagos State. The FIRST commercial Yoruba language home video "Soso Ekun" too was subtitled in English language in 1988]. The rise of the Internet and social media is what has led to the spread of fake news and disinformation especially in the last 26 years by young Ibos online who were born in the 1980s and 1990s so they have NO full recollection of events that we the adults witnessed back then [some younger Yorubas and non-Yorubas too do NOT read about historical events, hence inadvertently spreading disinformation about the Nigerian movie industry] so they pushed the highly misleading beer parlor fables that home video films began in 1992/93 via Kenneth Nnebue, meanwhile it started in 1988 with the Yoruba home video film "Soso Ekun." Kenneth Nnebue himself was very CLEAR and NEVER claimed in that 1998 "ThisDay" newspaper interview that he started home video films production in Nigeria.

Last but NOT least, in order to put history into a proper perspective and STOP this constant recycling of fake news on the origins of the Nigerian movie industry, [I would like to in the near future release to the mass media and reputable museums such as the Onikan, Lagos-based "J.K. Randle Yoruba Cultural Center Museum" and the National Theatre which is now the "Wole Soyinka Center for Arts and Culture" in Iganmu, Lagos"] the scanned copies of that 1998 "ThisDay" newspaper interview where Kenneth Nnebue personally affirmed that the Yoruba language sector of the Nigerian movie industry started the home video industry in the 1980s (4 years before he did his own home video in 1992/1993) and he gave credit to the Yoruba and Indian movie industries for inspiring him. However, the FIRST EVER "music home video" was produced in the early 1980s in Lagos State for the iconic pop star, Chris Okotie, who is now a pastor.
