Business / Re: Folorunsho Alakija And Her Husband, Modupe Separate After 30 Years Of Marriage by delpee(f): 5:37am On Mar 11 |
Konquest: Thanks for this. I wonder where the false narrative came from. She comes from a wealthy background and was a banker in IMB before she ventured into fashion on a classy level....like Copperfield and Sofisticat of those days. Of course she sewed for the high and mighty. That's how she got to know Maryam. People forget that oil wells were mostly allocated to men who either sold or abandoned their licences. With her level of exposure, she rose to the occasion and succeeded. She deserves praise not humiliation by anyone. She has remained humble and generous. May God in his infinite mercy heal her. May He guide and strengthen her to weather the storms and live her life in peace. 1 Like 1 Share |

VeryWickedMan: What has he got to do with an accident caused by bad weather? Pa Wigwe is obviously weighed down by the loss of 3 members of his family all at once given that he lost his older son earlier. Very sad indeed. May God comfort and strengthen him. 1 Like |
Crime / Re: Kaduna: ‘Bandits Holding 287 Students’, Teacher Who Fled Captivity Speaks by delpee(f): 9:16am On Mar 08 |
When crimes go unpunished, it thrives more. How the government believes that terrorists who swear to be of good behaviour have turned a new leaf baffles me. |
Politics / Re: Over 400 Children Kidnapped And The Media Keep Mute by delpee(f): 11:18pm On Mar 07 |
The Borno Governor, Prof. Zulum said some women may have willingly returned to the bush. Some IDPs had threatened to do so. Perhaps others were kidnapped. The kidnap of Kaduna students was reported in today's news. |
Food / Re: See The Fish I Bought for ₦5,000 by delpee(f): 9:22pm On Mar 07 |
Abbeytoy: If it is original Mackerel aka Titus, it's a fair deal considering the size. The look alike known as Kampala is cheaper but not as sweet as the original. |

Politics / Re: Wale Edun: 8 Years Of Printing Money Without Productivity Caused Inflation by delpee(f): 11:15pm On Mar 06 |
Obaseki told us when they were printing money. Seems we didn't really think about the impact it will have. In any case, what could we have done? 1 Like |
Foreign Affairs / Re: Tuggar To Israel: 'Palestine Deserves To Exist As An Independent Nation' by delpee(f): 11:03pm On Mar 06 |
Well it seems the Palestinians don't want a two state solution. They've been offered that before the most recent being during the Clinton era. The extremists among the Palestinians want to wipe out Israel and take over Jerusalem which is unlikely to happen. I pray that they agree to a two state solution soonest. It's the only panacea for peace in the region |
Health / Re: How Much Does It Cost To Replace A Tooth In Nigeria (pix) by delpee(f): 10:56pm On Mar 06 |
It depends on where you are. Government hospitals and Military Hospitals are cheaper than private dental clinics. |

Politics / Re: I’m Not Desperate To Be President — Peter Obi Insists by delpee(f): 10:44pm On Mar 05 |
Funny enough I just read a report on Anambra Health Centres on Sahara news. It's embarrassing to say the least considering PO was once a governor there. Why didn't he make such a critical sector work for Anambra people? I admire his level of prudence as per old reports but the health sector is a major one for the people's welfare. 1 Like |

Amazing but it shows that the man didn't do enough research before getting married to her. Certainly, people from her place would have been able to say something about the "siblings" 1 Like |
Politics / Re: President Bola Tinubu Meets With The Emir Of Qatar. by delpee(f): 4:39pm On Mar 03 |
To build houses for Kaduna people? Hmmm! I think we should work harder towards creating a conducive environment, and then, encourage our many billionaires to invest more in Nigeria instead of looking for foreigners, whose primary interest is their profit taking. The reality us that no one will love us more than we love ourselves. |

Religion / Re: Budget Parts Of Your Offerings To Feed Poor, Unemployed– Kumuyi tells Christians by delpee(f): 8:00pm On Mar 02 |
Pastor Kumuyi is right. The Bible teaches us to always care for the poor, the fatherless, widows and orphans. It also teaches us to care for the sick and those in prison. Pastors should focus on this as much as they dwell on tithing. 101 Likes 4 Shares |

EreluRoz: Ask him to link up with Barrister Olumide who hosts a relationship program on 99.3fm every Saturday morning from 7am. He speaks a lot about abusive relationships and has intervened in many. He's on Instagram @gnosis_help. If he wants to stay alive, he needs to quit promptly. He can only be useful to the children if he's alive. 1 Like 1 Share |

Crime / Re: Printing Of Fake Currencies: Couple, Retired Colonel Arrested In Lagos by delpee(f): 11:33am On Mar 02 |
They should be dealt with in accordance with the law. No amnesty, no fines otherwise they'll be back in business shortly. Economic saboteurs |
Politics / Re: "Let Nations Die That Humanity May Live": Soyinka Advocates Decentralisation by delpee(f): 10:28am On Mar 01 |
We need to restructure this nation for faster progress and better unity. True federalism brings about greater development and less dependence on cap in hand beggar mentality of going to Abuja for money. The days of the Western Region were indeed glorious years even with the battle within. Perhaps we need to redevelop our farm settlements where they still exist and create more ( Oyo and Ekiti seem to be doing that). |

Politics / Re: Sa’id Alkali: Lagos Red Line Rail Will Boost Nigeria's Economy by delpee(f): 9:46am On Mar 01 |
wunmi590: Funny. All energy concentrated on Cargo airport in the midst of abject poverty. He could at least have improved the economy of the rural areas by supporting farming activities and providing the much needed infrastructure...good roads, schools, water and hospitals especially. The only Governor that came up with useless keke NAPEP ambulances for the ill equipped PHCs where they exist. He seems to have woken up lately. He's planning to work on the FG abandoned Lagos-Abeokuta expressway (to be tolled) and I think he mentioned that he plans to take the Red Line deeper into Ogun State. |

Nice one from Chike. Greater heights to him. He'll live to prosper and reap bountifully from his labor. Mohbad's voice stands out always.... May his soul rest in peace. |
