Stop confusing people, please. Labour party's gubernatorial candidate for Rivers state is a woman. She has not been changed. In fact, I watched as she was interviewed alongside fellow gubernatorial candidates of the APC and SDP yesterday night by Seun of Channels TV. So, stop carrying fake news as to confuse the uninformed.

Omokri is always rushing to type as to show 'woke'. What the people are saying is winning 19 states and having 1/4 (25%) in 2/3 of all Nigerian states. I don't know why he chooses to always play to the gallery.

Looking at the Obidient screenshot below one can see that 25% in 2/3 Nigerian states was clearly stated but Reno who is master-in-chief in blackmail & mischief would skew it to appear otherwise.

Wow. This is massive. So this is the reason I've seen much outcry that the results of the election in Rivers state is being manipulated. I now understand. Please, security agencies and INEC should ensure that this anomaly does not happen. Let the will of the people prevail.

Good. Why are some Nigerians heartless. I had warned initially that banks should stop this nefarious antics of with-holding cash sent to them for disbursement as to later sell in the black market. However, as their eyes are covered in greed, they never heed to advice. Now, it has gone out of hand. Whosoever brought termite infested wood should not be surprised at the visit of lizards.

You are very correct. People should embrace change. This is how it's being done in other climes, Nigeria's own won't be different. I don't know why people refuse to improve technologically. Imagine, if everybody accepts mobile money transfer then this chaos will be a thing of the past.

I'm currently in the most rural part of Kebbi state and every store accept transfer, I paid for a loaf kainuwa bread which is 350 naira with transfer this morning, using my Opay app.

Nigerians wailing about this are those that want to make it hard for themselves.

I haven't held more than 3k cash since this whole design issue, my card and transfer, accepted, kebbi and sokoto state.

So I wonder why those in the so called educated area's are finding it difficult to adjust.

I said it in the other thread that Bank Managers/Heads are sabotaging this Naira redesign exercise.
Either they refuse to load the ATMs with the new Naira notes or they divert the wads to private individuals or just load a paltry sum into the ATMs just to frustrate/sabotage the exercise. It is high time Government rose up to its feet and rectify this anomaly by a greedy, selfish, criminal-minded few privileged individuals hell-bent to sabotage its policy.

He said the truth. The problem we have now about this bank notes redesign is the Bank CEOs/Managers/Heads. They (mis)appropriate the money sent to them to top politicians while leaving the masses with meagre left-overs. This is where DSS have a lot of work to do. They should meet with the banks and demand transcript of cash receipts from CBN and breakdown of how the disbursement was made via ATM. That's the way to go. Ask yourself how did the bandit leader get hold of the wads of the new currency notes he was brandishing recently. Very unfortunate!

CBN mopping trillion of cash is inconsequential in this instance because most of the mopped currencies are never in circulation but stacked away by individuals (for inordinate reasons).. They only brought them to bank as not to loose their money.
Let commercial banks religiously release/disburse the N30Million being given to EVERY BANK BRANCH DAILY by the CBN and see if this chaos will not stop.
It is (hidden) knowledge that some "persons" intercept greater part of the 30Million released to some of the commercial banks in the states.

Chap, this 8s your greatest undoing! So your measure of "Suitability to Lead" is party loyalty or longevity in a political party. This is one of the reason why Nigeria is held down by rogues. The rogues enter a party, nurtures the party and stays put for a long time and then comes out to contest for a sensitive and critical leadership position. That is the bane of Nigeria's underdevelopment. Ability/capacity to lead is about Competence and Character and never about party loyalty or party membership status. Other African countries have left Nigeria behind on this.

Why is this Naira issue the problem of the senate (and house of reps) while the more critical fuel crises that really affect the common man is never their headache. If not that Africa is damn retrogressive, how can someone who is aged and mentally incongruous be considered for the Office of the President of a country - the most critical and decisive office in the land. How can someone who could not reason effectively, who mutters words be considered for presidency of a country. Everybody just maintains quietness because all wants to be "politically correct". The people around him are all happy as they believe they will assume the position or rule in proxy once he wins. - his age?
- primary school he attended?
- secondary school he attended?

Nigeria must rise up to condemn this charade. APC really needs a replacement before they put Nigeria into a mess.

Thank God that Kwankwaso is contesting for presidency as for people to know who he actually is viz-a-vis the type of obnoxious personality he has. A good question is: can a forward-looking firm/organisation hire such a person in this his current demented condition as their MD/CEO?. May conscience prick those who are bent on bringing this country to ridicule.
