No need for blackmail. Once, some people hear the name, Peter Obi, they swear to be on the opposite side. Wheher what he posits is good or not. I weak for the mentality of some Nigerians. And these people are in the majority. God have mercy!. The country is being seriously terrorized. Infact, the country is in shambles and in total disarray. Nigeria and its military might have shown vivid incapacity to contain this aberration. A country (US or another is immaterial here) wants to help the country annihilate the menace and some people are talking gibberish. This is the height of the lack of exposure and immaturity bedeviling Nigeria. Any entity that can help contain this monster that wants to tear the country apart and bring it to a total halt is welcome by sane Nigerians. |
I know why the obsession. Someone has not reached the clime/realm of another. So he believes that by shouting the name (Peter Obi up&down and being critical of him) it then looks like they are mates or they are equals on the same pedestal. Frankly speaking this is the main obnoxious reason of these senseless and irritating attacks. On what scale can these two individuals measure please?. They ain't mates. Hence, the other wants to surreptitiously usurp a clime he belongs not. |
Please stop all these misinformation and pure blackmail. Ineptitude and sabotage should be called their names and not be skewed. Leonardobiageli: |
You are very correct. Apt! Dana Air was among the list of cheap airlines then. Kindly update your list. davodyguy: |

asiwaju60:Why do you want to thwart the obvious?. He did obey the agreement to the letter. It was the other group that started the disobedience and subservience that broke down the fabrics of the agreement. |
Nawaa o. It's a pitiable state. |
This is great. I didn't know Obi did as much as this when he held sway as the governor of Anambra state. He never rushed to the media to blow his trumpet knowing that it is government money that did the job and not from personal pocket. Such an efficacious personality!. |
This is the truth. There is a need which is scarcity of potable water and a private individual took it upon himself to bring reprieve. And what some uninformed would do is to deride this wonderful gesture. The infrastructure for the water project may not be very conspicuous and luscious but it has solved a problem. Gigantic water project infrastructure DO NOT LAST. They are never efficient and not maintenance-friendly. That is the reason many gigantic water infrastructure are not functional in Nigeria today. Check your environment to know whether this postulation is true or not. Peter Obi provided for the down-trodden what can serve them as well as what they can maintain and It is efficacious - providing the required result. The trolling we have come to witness is just in bad faith and out of fear of the man's popularity soaring. Who builds skyscraper in the amazon forest?. Remember, PO provides the funds while the concerned constituents provide the infrastructure that best suits their need and situation. Let us cheer the one who has had mercy on the needy at this occasion. It shall be well! |
This is just to dish out "reverse psychology". Masses are suffering, country is in chaos - the economic fabric of the nation is in shambles. Country's leadership is totally in comatose and bereft of any forward-going idea. In fact, the country has been shattered. These all happened as a result of usurpation of power by an ill-fated group. However, in all these things, your mind only thought, "what can I dish out as to disparage a better alternative". So you did! |

Is it on every tenure / new government that this national assembly complex must be renovated. Approximately every 4/6 years, huge sums of money is budgeted for 'national assembly renovation'. Who does that?. Can the legislators (especially the Principal Officers who are the master-mind) confirm that they renovate their personal houses (which are even lagging in quality than the national assembly complex) at this frequency. Any way every tenure must embezzle their own. But the big question is, "is there no limit to human financial quest/acquisition". Must they continue to embezzle funds till eternity?. |
NUC just woke up from sleep because of the deep investigative journalism of the Daily Nigerian reporter on certificate racketeering by neighbouring countries. |
This is unnecessary. You and your cohorts like Ola9ja23 have made Nairaland an infantry den. You achieve self satisfaction in causing ethnic discordance in this forum and it's inordinate. Unfortunately, the people superintending upon this forum care less to moderate and penalize. The consequence being that mature minds and contributions have left the space. There are no intellectual discourse or engagement any longer but unnecessary childish expressions always. These simpleton attitude by a group of you pisses a greater percentage of sane and mature minds off. It's unnecessary and infantile and just to derail a thread with ethnic nausance. Cosmetics have battery limit- Almost all cosmetics products have 'best before' dates as they expire. Just a few building material that expire (like cement) while others appreciate as time goes on. Building material business is better off for me. |
Lol. Insofar as the other camp has legal backing even if they are only 2 in number, they are the authentic HoA members recognized in the eyes of the law. You guys will be in your assembly hall meeting while the governor will be presenting bills to the 4 members legally recognized and they pass them seamlessly. Again, by decamping to another party, you compounded your woes. You go explain tire, mr man. |
Fallacy. Mind you, in this fight Fubara is never on the offence nor defense. He is just there while the actors reel out their scripts. |
They thought their master will crush SIM mercilessly. As the table has turned, they throw in the towel. This is great news as SIM will for the first time choose his team himself. Eureka! |
That's scoring an own goal. Whom the gods want to kill, they first of all are made mad!. With Sim demolishing the State HOA complex, he has made sure that he dictates/provides the venue for the legislators' meeting, puts good "access control" and hence secures the lawmakers loyal to him. Indeed, the pen is mightier than the sword. |
This is what you get when a country is docile. UK has been over run by Islam. Immigrant muslims have gradually infiltrated the population of the UK. I think it's up to a ratio of 40:60 (muslim:UK imdigens). It's very unbelievable. In the next 20 years, UK will be controlled by majority Islam and may be like Turkey. NzogbuNzogbu: |
No in-depth release of his academic credentials were made as at now. Did you know of the issue of the SSN before?. Did you know of the WAEC/GCE 1970? Certainly, No!. Nobody, not even the SANs knew. It was only the transcript showing F gender that was in public domain in just past years. Hence, this was a huge expository; as never before. Bliss52: |
Those judgement na scrap. Then, these revelations have not come up. This is the first time in this life that his academic certificates are being made public. Prior to now, nobody new of the issues of SSN, FGC 1970, F gender etc that have come out now. So the judgements may have been based on technicalities or premised on limited evidence. |
Reno is still working hard to justify his "change-over" with all manner of write-ups. This guy is a true definition of a political jobber. Such a shameless entity. From tormentor, table shaker to a defender-in-chief. Truly, change is constant.
|
That's great. David Hundeyin is an inspiring Journalist. Reno dey there dey struggle hard to show working for payment received. What a shameful person.
|
Reno has been bought over and he has been disgracing himself since. What a shame!. He has left his known Master and ported to whom "nothing he cannot buy". All these 'write-ups' are merely to justify his payment viz "show working"!
|
There is nothing wrong with those elements. Shame may come to this detractor due to ignorance. |
Talks always about Obi. I'm not surprised though!. If something takes one's time or occupies one's mind always then, the thing inadvertently causes pain / fear / envy in the subconscious of the person. (If you like, believe this or not). When you just open threads, what you see is Obi this, Obi that. What the fuss! Imagine, some feeble minds attain happiness and satisfaction just to open a thread to talk down / malign Obi. Thus, these people are unrelenting in deploying a calculated attempt to bring OBI to disrepute. Why?. The man is even unbothered and aloof while the little minds continue to dance naked at the market square. Truly, I will not have time at my disposal and use it to only think of, and malign Obi. Now, I believe Obi is the envy of most people because it is only ripe mangoes that children throw stones at. |
I had said that his death was very unfortunate as well as avoidable. After the altercation he had with the "deadly gang', he wrote a petition to the police (addressed to the Ass. Inspector General of Police, FCID Lagos) complaining of threat to life and malicious damage to property yet the Police could not arise to their responsibility for over two months of him writing the petition. Police could not secure him neither did they take action to go after his assailants. No, they did nothing!. It's after his death that Police started forming committee to look into what killed him. Very shameful and regrettable!!. The Nigerian Police failed the poor soul. Had it been that the Police did one or two arrests, perhaps this boy would have been alive today. If it were to be in the developed climes, the Police hierarchy in that dept would have resigned or been sacked at the death of this boy. In fact, simply put, Police (negligence) is the major factor to his death.
