Please family, I am confused in my choice of first car. I want to buy either lexus RX330 2006 model or Rav 4 2009 model but I don't know the one to pick. I need the one with a lesser fuel consumption rate, easy to maintain, spacious and durable.

RAV4 available at both i4 plugs and V6 engines; rx330 only available with V6 engines.

Personally I would go for RAV4 because 2009 is recent than 2006.

All fingers point to him because he has been evasive about it since November 2020 and even he told me in December that whenever the funds is returned, he will make a refund. Now the money has been returned to senders' account since April 2021 and all I get is silence from Mayskit4luv.

Yes, the recipient was left with no choice than to inform her bank because a) the narration was clearly inappropriate raising a red-flag, the original narration was blurred by Mayskit4luv. b) I contacted Mayskit4luv to provide the refund details and he failed for over 2weeks instead Mayskit4luv sent a forged ID card. c). Thank goodness she did the denouncement because few weeks after, the funds owner, a company (not an individual as claimed by Mayskit4luv) reported to their bank their accounts were hacked into and funds running into thousands of dollars were stolen from them.

Do note that if my contact had not denounced the funds, she would have been in a serious mess now.

Yes, PayPal is more notorious for chargeback and PayPal will only close the PayPal account without informing the bank.
However, the consequence/implications of an illicit zelle/CashApp fund is more catastrophic because the bank will close the bank account as well and even go further to report to govt agencies.

How far with the illicit $1300 you hacked and sent to my contact, where is the refund.

Different because you surreptitiously tampered the incriminating information as sent by Zelle (see image attached NOTE)

The complete info is in image 2 showing "AK56672D57J worst nightmare, I\u2019II report it".

No sane recipient will get such a narration and keep quiet.

She informed me and I communicated to you and we agreed you provide the zelle details of the senders so she can refund the money. You promised to do that but didn't note for weeks and she had no choice than to proactively inform her bank she got some funds she doesn't know the source especially after you sent a forged ID card of the sender (see attached) and said the $1k sent was from Jonathan Pond whereas it was from a Company Account!

Fastforward April 2021, the original owners of the accounts and funds contacted the bank that their zelle was hacked and the $1300 were stolen alongside other funds.

Thank goodness the lady already notified her bank about the $1000 and $300, and was on suspense with the bank, so she was exonerated from the fraud, and the $1000 and $300 were refunded to the owners. She could've been roped into something she knew nothing about and made to refund, and also her zelle and bank account closed and barred from using zelle again.

Now to the main issue:

a) were you Mayskit4luv paid for the funds?
b) were you informed about the noted irregularities and asked to provide zelle details to make refund?
c) did you provide the zelle details of senders to make the refund?
d) now that the $1000 and $300 have been rightly returned to owners, have you Mayskit4luv refunded the owners money?
e) does it make any difference if it was a chargeback or fund returned by recipient, or are you proud to be associated with a fraud?

Just so you remember if you have forgotten, a fraud, hacking into a financial institution database is involved here and you are still trying to justify a position. The forged documents aside.

As can be deduced by all, Mayskit4luv has decided to be true to his scam and even wants to run escrow , he is reading and online as at 1:08 pm few minutes ago.

He claimed he was going to bring evidence of how a chargeback looks like as if that will exonerate him from the hacking into a financial institution database it is clear now that he apparently perpetrated and claiming he got from a fellow exchanger.
