[s] theoctopus: Amaechi only created the project to steal money from Rivers state. That is why he is using the House of Assembly to pass budget inside government house. APC e-warriors are trying so hard to defend him because they dont want you to no the fraud and corruption involved. The whole project on the ground in not even worth 5 billion. Thats a fact! Amaechi never intended to build a real project. He just followed Fashola's lead and embarked on white elephant projects to steal money [/s] Baseless thrash. U don't even know the true cost of the monorail project in question. |
Politics › Re: Why Not Fashola? by Demdem(m): 2:18pm On Oct 14, 2014 |
mikeansy: what Nigeria need is strong institutions and not strong men (who in actual sense are very weak) Only strong men can put in place strong institutions. Jonaadaft is obviously weak and that explains years after being president, virtually all institutions around him are weak. Nothing suggest that that General is weak. |

Kinkale: For those goons who dosn't see beyond APC-PDP politics, ask about akpajo road.. D holdup there compares to lagos holdup. The road connects onne port with ph and is one of the most used road in ph. A quarter of that money would have saved people the time spent there. If you wanna go from eleme junction to aba, the road there speaks for it self. I must say Ameachi did a good job during his tenures, but its quite obvious that this monorial was a total waste of income. Whats the gain begining a project you can't finish? Its an obvious fact that the next government won't continue this project. Abeg call a spade a spade Ur predicament as regards Akpajo road and the entire axis over there should not be put on Amaechi's doorstep. Those roads are core FG roads. Direct ur claims to jonadaaft. So many fg roads amaechi has reconstructed and jonaadaft has deemed it fit not to pay back, so why should he do more. Anytime shepopo comes to town, remind her. |

mikeson12: How many months does he have left dt will warrrant d borrowing of 1bn? Even if it's a day, the next governor will pay up as soon as fg releases the allocation they are withholding for no just cause. When he became governor, he also have to pay up the debts his predecessors accrued. Govt is continum and not any personal business. |

major466: They want to set him up in debts huh? Fayose should use his position and freeze all financial activities in the state. What position? Our constitution doesn't recognise governor-elect. Let him remain patient till he becomes the governor. He currently has no such powers. |
Politics › Re: Fayose Raises Alarm Over Fayemi's Fresh N1bn Loan, Blasts Soyinka by Demdem(m): 8:56am On Oct 14, 2014 |
Fayemi remains a governor till the last day he hands over. The new government can go ahead to probe and interrogate him if any of his actions as governor leaves much to be desired. Afterall, he won't have any immunity by then.
