thelastPope: You mean he cant tackle Tinubu and Buhari? Because they are obviously the backers of Boko Haram as they are the ones asking for amnesty and compensation for them. They are the once speaking up for BH. No wonder BH nominated Buhari as spokesman. So yes, they can solve it in 1 month since they are the sponsors. We definitely know that. lets even assume for argument sake both Tinubu and Buahri are evil Boko sponsors as against my belief that the Killer party (PDP) = Evil Boko, then what is the retardeen waiting for? why are these men still walking free? have they even been questioned at all let alone arrested? these men are in this country and walking free and retardeen still hasnt done anything about it. is it until the whole of Ndigbo is completely wiped off from the north before he acts as C-In-C? these are more than enough reasons why the retardeen out to be stoned to death if he refuses to leave that seat because he has shown himself to be one incompetent murrafuccker. |

hugafella: I find it disturbing that a Nigerian will call his president a RETARDEEN. Dont u know foreigners are also watching this forum? We should learn to show more tact innaddressing our elders, no matter how much we hate them. Wether u like it or not, he is the president and theres nothing you can do about it. Live with it and respect it. Never you call our president a retardeen again. It shows what u call your father at home cos u seem to have a problem with constituted authority. Grow up and learn. Lets assume a word is enough for you. i know ur not a RETARDEEN (or whatever u call it). i dont hate the retardeen, he is most likely a wonderful father, Husband, teacher etc however as regards governance, i simply hate the cluelessness and stupidity he brings into it. Thats where my hatred lies. of cos the retardeen is my president till whenever courtesy those that voted him and not PDP, i have no issues with that lastly, retardeen is just like any other leader of ours that are being called names right here on nairaland repeatedly. leaders like late Ojukwu, Buhari, Tinubu, Aregbesola, Rochas etc am yet to see ur criticism about that? what makes that of the retardeen so special? ho many heads does he have that these ones dont? infact some of these leaders have better and much more effective heads than retardeen and yet being called names. I think u are a hypocrite. As it is good for Buhari and co likewise it is for Retardeen and co. Live with that and stop whinning. lest i forget, ffuck the foreigners, dont give a damn about them and please dont bring ur fathers issue to this thread again, it may hunt u eventually. thanks. |

Maxymilliano: The retardeen sure give a damn Bro,
no he doesnt. he doesnt need u or me to remove it. retardeen will do hatever retardeen wants to do
fuel subsidy is a necessary evil that need to be done away with.
I agree. however the neccessary steps that needs to be taken before then must come first. u dont place the cart before the horse.
Deregulating the downstream is not as easy as you and I thought it to be bro. Former President Obasanjo made veil attempts as far back as 2002 but got confronted with the staggering reality, and fortunately or unfortunately, couldn't rein in the monster.
Late President Yar'dua caught a glimpse of the factors militating against full deregulation of the sector, he later proclaimed the existence of a cabal after fickle attempt.
The 'Retardeen' came in and rather than pandering to whims as dictated by the force in the sector, chose to work out a solution around the challenge.
The so called 'cabal' was never about individuals but institutionalized and systemic modus operandi that renders useless and frustrate any attempt to correct the status quo.
Again i state that it isnt easy simply because they are all looking for a fast route to deregulation. how much have we cut off the leakages? do we still know how much we consume? how much have we invested in refineries rather than waiting for some investors? are we self sufficient or highly dependent on importation in the midst of plenty etc all these needs to be sorted out vis a vis the purchasing power of most Nigerians. If these issues arent looked into, it will always be difficult and never easy.
I can only wish the 'Retardeen' the very best of luck in this voyage,
And the retardeen will always receive the same brickwall response from Nigerians if he continues to go by the same route we have always gone. Only a mad man will expect a different result doing the same thing.
and like I said to some folks earlier, Jonathan is not the problem of this country,
retardeen is compounding our problems. of recent, he pardoned a thief. Does that make sense to u?
there are few leaders that can do what he's doing, given the present circumstance.
Ur opinion. retardeen is doing just like he did in bayelsa. padi padi govt. |

TechyGuy: If that is end of discussion, then BH is opposition, cause if they are PDP they are suppose to intensify their mayhem to unsettle the people who threw them out of power. COMMON SENSE NAU! unfortunately, its not that dumb. Sponsors of evil Boko are known by the retardeen. he told us himself. he simply doesnt have the courage and balls to tackle the issue headlong because according to him they are his brothers and sisters. however when APC comes on board, they will be courageous enough to tackle the issue and thus end the menace. Retardeen is busy chasing footsoldiers, when APC comes on board they will go after the sponsors and financial backers whom the retardeen dare not tackle now That is the strategy that can bring an end to evil boko menace. |

Gbawe.: My brother, you put things well. Yet some of us know ourselves enough to know what Rossikk is. Believe me when I say people like him are the failed diasporans in the UK who find it expedient to blame the white man, and never their own deficient mentality and outlook, for all their own self-inflicted failings. Professional, personal and societal failings is the fault of 'whitey'.
To these bitter and twisted souls, any successful black person who does not want to join them in the gutter of racism, or a malevolent fixation on the past, is an "Uncle Tom". Yet ask the losers, who all fancy themselves as Nkrumahs and Lumumba, what they are doing for Africa and the answer is a big fat zero !!!!
We are talking of today and a period the Nigerian is in control and should really be showing he can control his own fate, as he asked to do, for the advancement of the biggest black nation on earth. Instead some loser is telling us to ask Britain to account for money looted from Africa in 1852 !!! Let us dwell on the past then and make that fixation 'carte blanche' for African leaders doing the most horrible things to those they lead in 2013 and beyond. Love ur post, especially the last paragraph. That's the koko. |

mayoroflag: The judge is ignorant.
The "State" refers to an intangible entity that has the legal monopoly of use of violence/force. In secondary school subject of government, a state has four features: a government, a defined territory, a people and a constitution.(Hence the Federal govt, the state governments, and the local government even EU are each a trust for its state in their own rights respectively). So the state encompasses all these 4 parties but the government is the legitimate entity which acts on the state's behalf.
The government acts on behalf of the state within the limits defined by the constitution.
Matters usually taken to courts are usually between 2 parties. However, when a crime is committed, it is against the state, no matter who the crime victim is, and the government as the legitimate trust for the state prosecutes the offender.
Our constitution recognises the distinctiveness of each state. Sometimes the word state is used to describe a territory. And sometimes the word Lagos State can be interchangeably used as the State of Lagos.
This judge has only succeeded in bringing ridicule to the Lagos Judiciary which is supposed to be the most sophisticated of all the judiciaries within the second-tier (state) governments. I agree completely especially the colored. There is q need to test this case in an higher court. The judge surely erred imo. |

Even the ignorant one with eyes will look at the sky and claim its black and not blue.
That you see nothing wrong in ' the state of osun' doesn't mean it is correct.
i agree and vice versa also. The law also makes provision for such and that explains the reason why they can appeal against the judgement. I advocates for this and i hope its done. Lets test it properly within our laws.
