PoliticsRe: GEJ Should Be Impeached - LA Times Joel Brinkley by Demdem(m): 11:19pm On Mar 27, 2013
The next question we should ask ourselves is what specific steps has the retardeen being the president And c-in-C taken towards acheiving true federalism structural wise? In my opinion, NONE. What was close to it in my opinion was his tenure elongation which fell flat on his face.
This simply suggest a selfish man ok with the current structure. Speaks volume from an ND man.
Nonsense. Who is deceiving who?
PoliticsRe: GEJ Should Be Impeached - LA Times Joel Brinkley by Demdem(m): 11:07pm On Mar 27, 2013
Dalover with his pointless views. He just don't want to wake to present reality. Even the retardeen in his daft state will always tell u that that oil belongs to Nigeria. Who are u to tell us otherwise?
Until him and his cohorts enacts laws that will make the federating states/regions much more responsible to themselves and being able to control their resources, that ffucking oil will be suck dry by all and sundry.
Channel ur energy to the retardeen who has the powers to do wonders with it now because when an Aboki becomes President soon (and surely they will) I personally will call u dalover an hypocrite if I hear resource control calls from u.
Now is the time for the retardeen to make sure that oil strictly belongs to ND.

PoliticsRe: Massive Construction Going On In Ogun State (Pictures) by Demdem(m): 3:51pm On Mar 27, 2013
Paentera: Quite untrue. I passed through all 20 LGAs of the state in Dec 2012 and can confirm that massive road construction projects are also on-going in Ijebu Ode, Sagamu and Ado-Odo/Ota - areas the government considers key for urban development as well as for enhancing movement of goods for the state manufacturing base - Ado-Odo/Ota.

So its not only Abeokuta receiving attention. The state has it in plan to also open a road from Agbara through Ado-Odo/Ota linking the state with a ring road to avoid congestion for Abeokuta. There's more development coming.
Thanks for ur response. U are the 4th responding to my inquiry. Amosun isn't doing badly.
PoliticsRe: Massive Construction Going On In Ogun State (Pictures) by Demdem(m): 3:46pm On Mar 27, 2013
Dede1: Please hold onto your twisted thoughts. Truth must be told regardless who is twisted out of human form because of it. I had been to places such as Abeokuta, Ijebu Ode, Shagamu and Ota as far back as 1978, yet some malnourished jester tried to tell me unfounded crap about these places in a previous thread. I had no intentions to twist a simple truth.
1978 u said right? Do u expect these places to remain the way they were more than 30yrs ago?
PoliticsRe: Massive Construction Going On In Ogun State (Pictures) by Demdem(m): 8:42am On Mar 27, 2013
Good news I am hearing about amosun. However there are reports that he concentrates more in abeokuta the capital city and environs. Will residents or op kindly confirm or deny this.

PoliticsRe: GEJ Should Be Impeached - LA Times Joel Brinkley by Demdem(m): 8:04am On Mar 27, 2013
seunajia: Touché. I am not a fan of the centralist system too. It encourages laziness, backwardness, loopsidedness and over derivation of some resources.

People just want to go to Abuja every month to collect allocation rather than generate revenue. So many resources left unexploited.

Touché again!
It's unfortunate they go to Abuja for allocation but its simply not their fault. The laws of the land states such and it will even be criminal for any governor not to go. he is in no place to determine he won't go, its the people's constitutional right to get funds from the central govt that will be affected. Our present structure promotes and encourages this.
For example, no state have the right to explore any natural resources of theirs without recourse to the fg.
Enugu can't sell its coal outside to generate funds without fg sanctioning it and even at that all funds go straight first to the central pocket before disbursements.
The problem is the structure and not the people perse.
Let's go back to regional system of govt. The central is to big and utterly useless especially to the yearnings of the people and unfortunately has the biggest allocation.

seunajia: Oh C'mon! how old are you again? Is anyone claiming to "own" those minerals aside the FGN?

Even if one is to allow you revel in your tomfoolery; Who is responsible for prospecting/issuing licenses? Who's duty is it to provide development and social amenities all-over the country? How much is the monthly allocation to Bayelsa vis-a-vis that of, say, Ekiti? What of CSR? NDDC?

The oil in the ND belongs to Nigeria, just like other resources spread all over the country.
This is the unfortunate reality i have told dalover several times and he has refused to accept it. Its an arrangement i simply dont like but what the present structure requires. all i expect the retardeen to do is to begin the process of true federalism where each region will have overwhelming control over their resources. If the Otuoke man doesnt do it now, is it a mallam that will do it when he becomes the next leader?
If dalover cant ask his fellow tribesman to wake up and do the needful, then he should stop disturbing us on NL about this issue.
The retardeen is the leader of the killer party, the party that has overwhelming and majority number in the NASS. he should cajole, admonish and even blackmail them to enact laws that will ensure that true federalism is at play. That is a more proactive way than the lamentations of dalover online.
The question now is, IS HE READY TO DO SUCH?
PhonesRe: Airtel's Unlimited Access To Whatsapp For N100/Month by Demdem(m): 7:24am On Mar 27, 2013
Blazinraj01: Truly, whatsapp is free. I have been using it for over 2years and when its time for the app to expire, it automatically renews. But you can't chat on whatsapp without airtime on your phone or mb. It makes use of both. If its not sapping your airtime, it using your mb.
Did u pay anything to whatsapp before it automatically renewed itself. u said u have used it for over 2yrs now right?

ITbomb: But you are paying for mb. Try using whatsapp when u have no mb and u will see ur credit flow
Read the post i qouted and understand perfectly what i am trying to say.
Am not disputing the fact that i dont pay for MB. i only want to dispute the fact that one will need to pay for whatsapp services after free usage of one year. I use glo and constantly pay for MB.

Been using Whatsapp for close to 2yrs now, haven't paid a dime.

Did u say kill? Abegi substantiate this. If u mean criticise, well even before they did Nigerians themselves have already cried against the decision. We don't need US to tell us what is right or wrong.

Wanted to buy then. I later changed my mind when watching AIT then, I suddenly saw a large palm (hand) on my TV screen. That was a blunder on their part. That made me change my mind and thank goodness, no regret.

Am no marketer but a user. A proud one for more than a decade now. U can't be using Benz and still be talking about other cars.
If I have my way, all cars on the road that aren't Benz should be crushed and scrapped. I may allow BMW for public transport though. cool

PoliticsRe: Let's Have Your Complaints, Suggestions & Enquiries Here by Demdem(m): 5:32pm On Mar 24, 2013
OAM4J: Haven gone through the links supplied by our 2 senior members Dede1 and Dayokanu, I wish to still plead that we refer to Nigeria South Easterners as Igbo and South Westerners as Yoruba only.

But we will no longer hide or ban those who refer to Yoruba as Yoruba and Yooba, and Igbo as Ibo, Ebo, Iboe, Eboe, Eboans and Heebo

Other variation outside these proven ones will be removed and might warrant a ban if convinced its not a typographical error but a deliberate attempt at ethnic slur.

Unless Of course our oga at the top says another thing otherwise.

That's all

Thank you.
Oga, u still don't get it sir. Dayo's reference stated etc. There is no limit or constraint to what one can come up with as long as it rhymes with igbo.
My solution is you should allow free for all. Yoraba, ibo, Igbo, yooba, Igbo etc should all be allowed. There can't be peace if this isn't done Afam started this malady, now he is nowhere to be found..
