I went further to say that in relation to his peers who received similar allocations but little to show for it, Amaechi is spotless. Does that suggest I see Amaechi has blameless or faultless?

Public Schools were suppose to resume yesterday but they couldnt because wike is owning security guards who locked the schools up.
WIke so far has received close to 130Billion as allocation + Loan + Reserves + Money at bank + NLNG profit + IGR these past few months yet what we can boast of is just open gutter road. Wike is fast becoming a curse like his god jonah-daft.

Besides, it's a constitutional requirements enshrined in the 1999 Constitution that subsequent govts refused to implement so ur effort in trying to attribute it's imitative to Jonah-daft is plain silly. Buhari is just trying to enforce the law of the land that his predecessors has previously ignored.

Though Section 80 (1) of the 1999 Constitution as amended states “All revenues, or other moneys raised or received by the Federation (not being revenues or other moneys payable under this Constitution or any Act of the National Assembly into any other public fund of the Federation established for a specific purpose) shall be paid into and form one Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Federation”; successive governments have continued to operate multiple accounts for the collection and spending of government revenue in flagrant disregard to the provision of the constitution which requires that all government revenues be remitted into a single account.

This was after the foreign reserves increased from $28.5b on May 29 to $31.5b under President Buhari. It's a natural reaction to our delisting by JP Morgan and the appointment of an economic team in a few days will stem the tide.

JP Morgan can go ffuck themselves. The cons of listening to them and doing what they want outweighs the pros. I expect more stability as soon as the cabinet is constituted.
