Iykopee: ^^^^ foolish post. If u are sound upstairs u shudn't have argued a bit that amaechi neva owed salaries before leaving office without proper investigation from civil servants in Rivers state. And in my brothers case it was 3 months. Premiumtimes took that junk info from amaechi and his coterie of lying goons. Fool, u are fast sounding daft no doubt. i never for once claimed such, go back and check my past posts. U and ur shameless brothers are the ones exaggerating the number of months Amaechi owned. It doesnt make it true. Again, not only premium times carried the news, other dailies also carried it. Receive sense fool. |

Politics › Re: Tribunal Strikes Out Wike's Petition Against APC by Demdem(m): 3:04pm On Aug 17, 2015 |
NgeneUkwenu: Wike, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had requested that the election petition tribunal to dismiss the petition filed by the APC and its governorship candidate, Dakuku Peterside on the grounds of “technicality” and for failing to comply with customary procedures by not paying N100 “filing fee” for pre-hearing notice. In an application which Emmanuel Ukala, counsel to Wike, filed last Friday, he argued that the failure to pay the N100 filing fee was a breach of the electoral act and prayed that the petition be given a “befitting burial”. However, Akin Olujimi (SAN), counsel to the petitioners, urged the court to strike out the application by the respondents for lacking merit. He argued that it was not prescribed anywhere in the electoral act that fees should be paid for such an action. The tribunal upheld his argument, stating that the application of the petitioners cannot be thrown out on the grounds of minor legal fees. It subsequently urged both counsels to present their cases for hearing. Demdem: Good. enough of Wike hiding behind technicalities. Let the matter begin in earnest. Let the tribunal ascertain if indeed elections took place or not. |

if only u are sound upstairs, u would have realised that premium times didnt manufacture the report, they only reported what Amaechi publicly told the public. other dailies carried the same story.
with reality on ground.
What reality? the lie u shared out for all to consume?
My own brother got no salary for 3 months untill wike came.
Any goon can come out to claim otherwise. already, someone else has said the opposite. The truth of the matter is during these period, NLC rivers was about to go on strike but they didnt because the RVSG went ahead in fulfilling her promise of paying March salaries. for those in Rivers who have no short memories, this actually transpired. By the time Amaechi was leaving, some workers were receiving April salaries. Ur brother lied to u simply because he doesnt want ur jobless kind to shorten his ration from his salary. Thats a fact. |

Yes, Buhari's prudence in contrast to jonah-daft mis-governance made Wike see much more allocations than what Amaechi received for close to a year. that is a fact. even with this, the thug still went ahead to borrow 30 Billion within 30 days
Wen will u stop wailing on this
Goon, that isnt wailing but stating the facts till it sticks to u fools head.
Wike cleared 3 months salaries...
Goon, it wasnt 3 months salaries but 1 month. By the time Amaechi was leaving, April payment was ongoing
Was Amaechi not given 3 months allocation and what of the igr
The ones he paid, was it from his pocket?
He's received low allocation but could squander 5bn on 1 month chairmen Trash

Iykopee: Amaechi didn't pay 3 months salary as governor of Rivers state till the day he left. Every civil servant in Rivers state had to resort to self help to make ends meet. Wike came onboard and cleared Amaechi's backlog of salaries. Again Wike has embarked on massive road construction, rehabilitation and maintenance and, the Rivers state judiciary is back on duty. There's no chaos anywhere in the state and we are living peacefully. I neva voted for Wike previously but now, i wont hesitate to give him my vote in the event that may 28 election, in Rivers state, was annulled. Shikena. LIAR !!!!!
On the salaries of civil servants, Mr. Amaechi stated that they received their March salaries while payment for April salaries had commenced by the time his administration was winding down.
http://www.premiumtimesng.com/regional/south-south-regional/185593-how-i-delivered-good-governance-to-rivers-state-amaechi.html
why wont wike pay up? the last allocation Amaechi received was 8Billion and he was receiving close to that since last year. Wike on the other hand first allocation due to Buharis prudence in the month of june was 12Billion. In july, Wike received 25Billion. All these huge sums despite low oil prices. The thug also borrowed 30Billion within 30 days. so u see, Wike had no financial constraints. he had no choice but to pay up. |

I could remember during the election of jonah-daft in 2011. I was among the few against it simply because the fool failed miserably as a governor and nothing more. His antecedents in an executive position was pathetic and i was unapologetic about it. was never optimistic about his government and surely the fool didn't prove me wrong.
The same applies to Wike, why on earth should i be optimistic about the thug. I pray he proves me wrong afterall if Port harcourt gets transformed i will also be better for it but i doubt if he has what it takes to do such. He has been oppurtuned to be in at least two executive positions and he both sucked in both. Firstly as Obia-Akpor Chair where he worked for just few months and stole for the rest of his tenure while promoting thuggery, extortion and insecurity. i personally felt his misgovernance on my projects in Obia- akpor, so i know what i am talking about and not because someone said. secondly as Minister of education where no good legacy can be attributed to him. Instead what he failed in for almost a year, a new minister came in and sorted it out in less than 24hrs.
Anyone is allowed to be optimistic about the thug but for Demdem am aint not because of anything personal but for his pathetic antecedents.
What i see so far is initial gra gra, even at it, the thievery has already started.
June Allocation: 12 Billion July Allocation: 25 Billion All thanks to Buhari's prudence Loan: 30 Billion within 30 days
Towards the tail end of Amaechis tenure, he was receiving 7-8 Billion naira monthly from Jonah-daft. The difference is clear.
All these when oil price is low and yet this is what wike has to showcase. Already, zero pothole project has started to fail after just few rain drops.
By the way, the eleme, akpajo, onne axis u guys are talking about isnt just the states initiative, the private companies within this axis are also taking a huge responsibility financially on this road also. |

As we're taught, it's better there be no financial report than publish a misleading one- prof F Izedonmi(Uniben 2013) There is nothing incorrect in what they presented instead what they presented is based on facts presented to them as at then which they knew wasn't complete. They stated that their observations needs to be updated as soon as these facts are available. They are on -line and they never went against any accounting/finance ethic |

They did in the interim report they earlier submitted before the final report yet the FG still didnt cooperate with them. |

How are u sure the PWC won't want to save face by toeing the earlier already established line in the NNPC missing money probe in order to show that they were right and wasn't compromised? Ok. They said they were carried out the last audit in a political environment. Ethically, are they not supposed to stop the audit and quit instead of giving out false, inaccurate and incomplete reports? Nothing is wrong with PWC. they stated their constraints in the report and it was far beyond their control. Their employers simply didnt cooperate with them and that was it. It wasnt their fault. |
