Processing time for student permit request for NIgeria is now 14 weeks. i feel itwonr be out of place to mail CIC.

Study permit- Nigeria - 14 week(s)
Does not include transit time between the VAC and IRCC office.

Did you request that your documents be sent to you or you would personally go to ikate to collect your documents? If the later is the case, you may need to go to ikate roundabout with your passport page. I also had my documents with them for 16weeks without getting any notification that my documents had be dispatched. Lo and behold I got there and found out that my documents where with them over a month ago (16th september). When I asked why I didn't get a notification all I got for a reply was "a bulk message was sent to everyone". Maybe my network provider didn't deliver it. In the end I was denied study permit for pgd. Reason being my funds where not enough(knowing fully well I had 7million in my sponsors account).I don't think am going to reapply again sha

I ve already been to ikate and was told that my documents is still at Ghana.and I should send a mail to the Ghana office which I have done twice and yet no reasonable response but I know it will end in praise.
