I have a feeling that you are in your late 20's or early 30's.. I might be wrong, but I strongly sense so because you exuade so much energy and ambition with your write up.

While it is not a bad thing, you need to simmer down.

In corporate settings, there are always structured reporting lines, and you are his direct report!, Except you want to become his competition, which is what him 'stealing your shine' implies.

No matter how intelligent or smart you think you are on the job, never make the mistake of outsining your master (in this case, your boss).

Northern Nigeria need urgent depopulation, in fact, Nigeria as whole need depopulation to reduce the number to mostly reasonable people, that's only how things can change for good in Nigeria.

The poor man will see every chances of viewing flashy cars on roll as entertainment. Ordinary Nigerian man who does menial job for 1000naira for a day will jump at carrying placard and posters for 2000naira. For doing nothing but shouting and standing. Don't let the crowd fool you.
