Carcass would cost between 20 - 25m. Going by the current market condition.

Finishing would be to your taste.

More updates on the first floor works
Colum and Lintel formation as well as their respective concrete works with carpentry form work

We are already at the first floor lintel now and set to do the Colums and beam concrete works.

We finally did the first decking concrete slab pouring today with 2 machines and 60 persons on ground.

It was indeed a site to behold with all these men. Weather forecast wasn't too good in the morning but later things shaped up and the weather was better as we proceeded.

Note: The delay we had in the decking construction both iron and carpentry was as a result of steady 7 Days of non stop rain between last two weeks in Lagos...
