Approximately 87 - 95 Bags
Your mix ratio has a role to play in the number of bags to be used too.

Around 3.8m was estimated to complete the decking. 2 Trips of Sand, 2 Trips of 25 Tons granite, 3 Tons of 12mm, 60 Pieces of 10mm, 80 pieces of 16mm, about 3 and half bags of nails, 320 pieces of 1x12x12, etc and 140 Bags of Cement... Then labour for the welding, carpentry, electrician, plumber casting people..

nice one. What happens when a hose is completed and there is a leakage or breakage in the pipes embedded in the decking/concrete as on your pictures above?

This is a very good question that is raised.

If you notice you will see the pipes are raised slightly above the irons. Meaning after the decking it can be visible. The plan is during tiling, or before tiling, leakage test will be done should incase during block work or Plastering that someone got it broken, by doing this any leakage spotted would be taken care of and replaced before final tiling that will cover them up is done.

Moreover, thick pipes are what we used in all our construction work. Not saying they can't break. But when they do, we do as much to spot it and take care of it.

Please what exactly is the total floor area of the slab?
Information on the number of iron rods will also be helpful.

The area is about 220sqm
And the number rod irons used here is not determined by the area but by the structural design.

So I would prefer you follow your own structural design for that information because the design of your slab and this one may not be the same.

We have successfully completed the first floor decking of this project. We used 55 Tons of Granite.
2 Trips of 25 Tons Sharp sand. 132 Bags of Cement.
