Op, dont be involving your family much in your marital life, it is always bound to create animosity. If you must consult family members on certain issues do so discreetly and dont mention this to your spouse. And try as much as you can to reconcile her to your family because you unwittingly created that mindset in her at the onset of the relationship be tactful about it she has come into your life there is nothing you can do to reverse it just try to change her mindset tell her she is the owner of the home, she is your caretaker and no one can take her place. How the hell do i know that christianity is the right religion when there are about 20 different religion on earth? How do i know i am in hell when my body that feels is rotted? Does the soul feels? That may not be a Nigerian lady, in some African states, rat is eaten as a delicassy. In parts of China, lizard is the best meat so you don't condemn people choice of meat outrightly without verification. |

Hello people on this thread, i want to bring to your attention the terrible things that scammers are doing on this platform. One Ajibola Aina (don't if it is his real name)with E-mail address: robowriter@yahoomail.com. Posted an information some weeks ago that he needed writers to brainstorm on a topic he was to provide and come up with a suitable table of content with subheadings. I indicated interest since writing is my calling immediately, he replied and gave me a topic to work on. With assurance of payment N3000 or N4000 as soon as i come up with a table of content. In two days time, after nights of research and sleeplessness, i gave him 4headings each carrying 4-5 subheading. For more than a week i didn't get any response from Ajibola, after ceaseless messages just to know if my work was okay or not. I don't understand why people would want to play on a person's intelligence. Please let us be ware of these scammers trolling the social media looking for who to prey on. Especially writers. Don't reveal your work to anyone on the social media. |

At least the reading culture is not yet dead as widely believed.....but my dear readers i want to use this medium to appeal to us all to learn to encourage and promote our local writers, let's read theirbooks and criticize constructively. Nigeriahas good writers but they are not being promoted. So while we talk about John Grisham, Dean koontz, Dan Brown, and others lets include our local authors. |

why are the Igbos bashing him? He spoke the truth. Biafra was dead on arrival, trying to ressurrect it will be detrimental. The Igbos have ended up pushing thier position from 3rd class citizen to 4th class in the country, because i don't see any tribe that will take an Igbo man seriously in politics, business, or position of authority. Nigeria is an indivisible country. |
