1.What exactly constitutes preaching? What qualifies one to be a preacher?

2.What is ''derogatory language towards another religion'' (The term is so loosely defined. For example...If a preacher of religion X says that religion X is the only true religion....that could be considered abusing other religions ....since the comment can be taken to implying religion Y and Z are false.

The bill is very clear even to the lay man: preaching can odinarily be define as talking about God, be it Allah or Jesus. your second question will not matter much because no sane preacher no matter how radical will dare mention other religion in public. the law should be there though incase it does happen. but i will be more than happy to see ALL religion eradicated.

Kudos to El-Rufai, but i'll sugest religion be BAN outrightly all over Nigeria!! thats a step in the right direction i hope other enlighten governors follow suit. am dead tired of muslims and christians hypocrisy.
