Hi! As at now, anybody travelling into Canada is required to:
1. Get a negative covid19 test before leaving your country for Canada
2. Get a negative covid19 test upon entering Canada
3. Complete a 3 day quarantine in a government approved hotel in the city you fly into in Canada.
4. Complete a 14 day quarantine in any other premises in Canada
5. Get a negative covid19 test towards the end of your 14 day quarantine

All these steps are currently mandatory, regardless if you:
1. Have gotten covid in the past
2. Have gotten vaccinated for covid19

However, it would be a wise choice to get vaccinated here in Nigeria in my opinion. I say this because the travel policies are constantly changing. And it is possible that some of these current restrictions could be removed for those who have been vaccinated.
PS: I took my first shot of the vaccine last week

Please someone should help me, my sponsor, my aunty stays in US. She is a nurse, and have stayed more than 25 years over there. She is well established, and willing to help me. She said I should let her know all documents that will be needed from her as my sponsor, I know my case is not unique, those that used US sponsors successfully should also contribute and guide me properly. She should also do affidavit of support and have it stamped at the court ,You’d also state how you’re related in your own letter of sponsorship .She should also send scanned copy of her passport and birth certificate .If she’s not married yet or has children you can state this I don’t know if it helps tho but I did state it .Then proof of relationship if you have any pictures you took with her or anything to show you both communicate well .I hope this helps .I forgot to add bank statement or bank draft tho I used both .If she can provide it .The bank draft my aunt got was four months bank draft tho depends on the size so it won’t affect when you want to upload your documents

Please beware of a scam scholarship scheme called(International Vocational Center) IVC. They have been going around conducting exams for secondary, University and masters purpoted scholarship and will ask you to pay after the exams. And will never give u a dime.

MUN will request every documents be verified and sent by the issuing body.

The WAEC confirmation of result has to be couriered by the WAEC office at Yaba. Whilst, the IELTS will be sent by IELTS coordinator (office) from Nigeria to Canada. You need a minimum of 6.0 band to qualify for admission at MUN for an undergraduate degree. In all of this processes, you will pay for the processing fees for this organizations to send your documents to Canada as well as the courier fees will be incurred by you.

Hope you can see the stress and money that will be spent for common undergraduate admission at MUN which is also not certain that you will be admitted in the end.

At obalende you should see lekki ..or ask around for where you can find lekki .then drop at lekki phase one .you'd cross to the other side then walk to where there's one gate stuff ..all this small white bus that have specific place you show them the address so they'd show you the particular one you'd enter .so when you're dropped at the last bus stop .The place they drop you or find who to ask you'd enter another small bus #50 that would drop you indent of the vfs office

Good afternoon guys. I arrived Canada a few hours ago and still waiting for my connecting flight to Newfoundland.

The flight was lllloooonnngggg. Ethiopian airlines is so cheap and underrated. Please try it if you have time for the stopovers.

I know you can't generalize but the border officials and immigration personnels were super nice. The guy even came to the queue, took our documents (LOA, Tuition receipt, passport and the Declaration card we filled on the plane )and issued our permits without stress. When I went to check in my luggage, the attendants were so humble and attentive.

My guys don limme go Vancouver sha. Arriving St John's after midnight.

That's the same thing for me .Exactly the same I mean your faculty and all for Memorial .I just wrote in my SOP it's the foundation for my journey in being a pediatrician I focused more on my goals and why I want to be that then how I plan to go to medicine school and specialise .You'd have to narrow it down to the specific course you're doing and say how memorial is good for research programmes and how broad their faculty in the sciences is broad .That's what I did tho .I hope it helps

I remember also asking the admission team if I could pick a specified course and if I can remember I think it's until we want to register for our classes or so we'd be allowed to pick .Can't remember her exact words .

The course on my LOA says bachelor of science which is not a specific course and I cannot build on that in my SOP because it is too general; memorial only allows all science students to declare their major after 1 year of study. And the withdrawal was a success. If I want to reapply can I make some changes to the information that was initially submitted. THE APP WASN'T REJECTED IT WAS WITHDRAWN and besides the person was also rejected when he applied for usa study visa four years ago .Happy new month everyone

Hi ,since I couldn't get an earlier date before the initial February 8 I booked for upfront before getting medical request .I even called IOM but they said I can go ahead and submit my passport but I'd submit my passport the day I do the medicals or a day before .

Anyways ,I feel they already made their final decision but when they noticed we didn't do upfront medicals or they haven't sent medicals that's why they went ahead to send medical request the next day .Yeah because we have already received BVL ,PPR and even AIP that we can go ahead and start online classes .It's just the medicals that remain.Thanks for your thought and as you said this is the first time this is happening ,so it's fine
