Obviously, I'd rather walk around naked, than walk around sweaty and smelly like a ninja - in the MENA(middle east and North Africa) hot sun. grin That's supreme consciousness and the ability to overstand/understand that my body needs exchange of air with the atmosphere.

Err. You don't believe in "old souls" yet you exalt Muhammed(SAW), no? You need stop thinking out of your ar.se and liberate your mind. grin
You can be polite at it, you know.

and they don't get smelly. The act of cleanliness and purity is not better ingrained than it is in Islam.

Many of the people here agree that being unclothed represents being uncivilised. But these people(female) dress almost nude or encourage their female family and friends to do same.

You all better act civilised and start covering up.

Jarus: Can we appoint people to collect 'donations in kind' in various parts of Lagos?

I have got a couple of requests of people wanting to donate materials, not sure of what to tell them yet.
I think it is a good idea. I also see that socks are not included. Getting donations to include other things would make things better.

Islam › Re: A Church Converted To A Mosque by deols(f): 12:26am On Jun 17, 2013
It happened in Nigeria as well. Churches have become mosques when the adherents accept Islam.

Juell: What's de big deal if an old church is sold to Muslims? U always look for avenues to dis credit de Christians. It clearly shows ur level of ignorance, u didn't even take ur time to read de full details. U only rushed to create a topic to show ur shallow way of thinking.
The big deal suggests that many of the Churches are no more useful since their people no longer attend. With the growing Muslim population, such a place is spacious enough to take in the Muslim congregation.
Islam › Re: Islamic States Rejects UN Resolution Condemning Violence Against Women by deols(f): 12:23am On Jun 17, 2013
I really don't care about what some Muslim countries or their representatives agreed on. Many of them are guided by not only religious laws but cultural practices too. I am going to state my own thoughts in relation to each post.
The rejections include the paragraph, which gives women "the right to control matters concerning their sexual lives as well as their reproductive health without coercion, discrimination or violence."
I believe this is in relation with married women. Is she supposed to make these decisions/ have control without involving her spouse? I would not support such a law either.
They also rejected the paragraph that allows performing judicial proceedings in cases of molestation within marriage
I disagree that there is anything called molestation in a marriage.

by marrying him to his victim as well as subduing victims of intimate violence to prosecution for moral crimes or slander.
marrying him to his victim without her consent would be haram. with her consent, she would have forgiven him undecided

If not, he deserves the death treatment. Subduing her would be totally wrong. Rape should require a capital treatment IMO.

The Islamic countries also frowned on the paragraph that urges abortion in the context of the provision of health care services To Molest victims, molestation avoidance and other forms of violence against women and girls.
abortion is allowed in Islam when the health of the mother is at stake. I wonder what countries these 'Islamic nations' are and whether their religious leaders or political ones are involved in the rejection of the resolutions.

siddiq202: ^I was at the event but my phone messed up big time. I couldn't even take the pics of Dr Naik at a very close range before he entered the car because my phone decided to switched off.

After Dr Naik delivered the lecture, he entertained questions. A confused sister that was once a Muslim before she coverted to christianity took the Shahada again. A christian brother (an Igbo from his name) also took the Shahada.
ma sha Allah. Thank God for them.

I didnt attend embarassed

shymexx: He reminds me of the saying that goes thus: "Face of an angel and heart of the devil." The more he lies and act pretentious; the more he gets exposed as being worse than Bush. He sold the world a dream with his skin and teleprompter-enabled speeches. I still regret buying his books and, living "Dreams of my Father" with the "Audacity of Hope."

But hey, they're all frauds. The charismatic and eloquent ones among them are the most dangerous - like Tony Blair, like Obama. grin The former is now a living joke in human flesh and every time he opens his mouth; he's no different from someone who has lost touch with reality. Obama will end up like him as well. tongue

NSA's Utah based PRISM may be extracting my posts from the unsecured NL servers somewhere in America. But the original black man doesn't give two fvcks. I'm from the motherland and I've been to hell and back undecided

Happy Sunday! cool
I really feel gull** when I remember believing in the false hope. It is the worst form of fraud I have been exposed to sad

But hey, have you really been to hell?

I dont think a man is supposed to go and marry a woman that is richer than him.

But if it happens after marriage by him losing his job, etc then, she has to be a good woman

Lmao Chairman Mao telling president Nixon to use of the cars in China during his visit to China. Chairman Mao was a G - respect!! grin

All this is so unnecessary. But hey, that's what you get when you go about disturbing the peace of humanity and the planet. Obama definitely has more enemies than Bush had during his tenure. He has been exposed as a fraud - and his "audacity of hope" is just a ruse. However, God bless America and Africa!!!
he promised false hope. I wonder he is able to sleep without pills.

Your judgment is really poor and slow

What of my own threads?
I hid one of them. it was about the 72 virgins. Being explicit about sexuality and backing it up with pictures is not a Muslim thing and can not be encouraged on this section.

On the other one, you created profiles for the wives of the prophet in search of suitors? how more offensive can that be. can you even convince me that your aim was not to offend?
