when a tailor(not even their leader) died in my neighbourhood, all tailor shops were closed down. This is just normal. R.I.p mama. Now I see Habibat Tinubu was given her name. |
jmoore: Death penalty for burning a koran and jail sentence for burning the bible. smhThis has nothing to do with christianity but everything to do with the law of their land. It simply means that all religions are held in high esteem and respected. It also means that there should be no noise making when a non Muslim is made to face the wrath of the same law. |
NL member: But the koran asks muslims to take the prophet as a guide and role model. Muslims should also take him as a guide when it comes to marrying six year old girlsYou didnt come here for a discussion. Your mind was made up. keep it up. |
BetaThings: I disagree. He is entitled to one look.very funny. abeg stop helping him to think what he wasnt thinking |
NL member: I brought up a non issue?I mean there is no reason to give your 9yr old in marriage because the prophet did it. she can marry at an older age and she would still be a good Muslim. If you want to talk about the health implication of early marriage, I'll join you at it.You can discuss it without necessarily bringing the prophet into the discussion. |
wat is dz one saying :|
what can't you understand? |
when the same Muslim nation jails a non muslim for the same offence, I hope you will all see it as a part of their law and not criticise blindly. |
ayobase: It simply means that Christianity is having its way finally! It means that Muslims are practising Islam. |
who knows whether that made God tear his government apart like Nebucadnezzar's!!
You are not even sure he did it . smh |
NL member: So please explain to me why they cannot follow the prophet in the form of marrying a six year old girl.I made that list so you can realise that No one has to marry at that age. You spoke about the need to follow the prophet's footsteps and I showed you that marrying a minor isnt the only sunnah out there. You can marry a grown up and still be practising sunnah. So in essence, Nl member, the issue you bring forth is not an issue at all. People will not marry their 9yr olds for many reasons ranging from health to culture and to stage of physical and mental maturity. |
Emmysteve: some pple still no dey satisfy o. imagine!I was satisfied. c'mon! you didnt understand my comment. |
Muslims can follow the prophet in any of these forms- * he married an elderly woman- 15 yrs older than him *he married widows to put them under his roof and take care of their children * he married a divorced woman * he married a slave woman, thereby granting her freedom. *he married a virgin girl, whose smartness helped us in learning our religion unyil tjis moment. A Father is not compelled to give his little daughter out in marriage. |
X = black consciousness and a non-conformist against the Eurocentric status quo. Being black is a state-of-mind and not about the name. I guess I'm blacker than you since you're more arab-centric than black. ![]() The woman(Mrs. Ajimobi) is beautiful but I can't say nothing about a married woman, Ibadan girl. Anyway, do you like
Your black consciousness without Islam is nothing and you know it.I didnt ask that you lust after Mr.s Ajimobi. I cited her dress sense, to take the arab from your mind at least, as an example. I eat Sikin and I thnk wat we av where i live is cusin sia. ![]() |
siddiq202: I thought I saw you faa. Why you no come?how could you have known me. stop seeing things jor ![]() BetaThings: Don't complainabio..lol. he keeps seeing people. |
You don't understand what spirituality is all about, tbh. I told you that "I'm a black man" - and with that alone; you should be able to discern the hidden language.
You think attaching an X to ur name makes you any blacker than others? phew
But all the Arab women in burkas that I meet do smell funny even after rubbing themselves with curry and incense. Perhaps, they are not muslims - who knows? ![]() Burkas can't really hide a massive batty. So if the batty is twerking, I'll definitely lust after her. ![]() Damn!! And most of them are promiscuous.
You seem to have a big problem with arabs. that is affecting your judgement. Now I am talking generally about Muslim women and there is no doubt that a woman dreased, even like Mr.s Ajimobi below is less likely to be probed by your eyes as you would the average woman out there.
I'm polite. So their sweat don't smell, no? The cleanliness and purity you're referring to has to do with their souls. Let's talk about the cleanliness and purity of the physical body.
both. I was talking of both.Any Muslim who follows the Islamic principle on cleanliness won't smell. Now,answer my questions pls *would you lust after a woman covered like that? |
