The bane of our political acrimony in Yoruba is dictatorship . It led to lost of many lives and properties in 1983 ,our leaders should learn how to carry their followers along with love . The division within APC fold in the west is becoming wider daily. Look at Ondo,Ekiti Osun & now Lagos . Tinubu should ask himself a very important question ,where did he get it wrong ? His men are no longer on same page with him .

There are 377 councilors in lagos state. All of them (including Ambode's division of Epe) are in attendance and you say there is confusion, which confusion?....you wish!

As the primary election draws near, it was gathered that Tinubu’s loyalist have started wooing Hamzat to step down for their candidate.

Hamzat is from the Lagos East like Ambode and some people in the senatorial district have kicked against Samwo-Olu’s candidature, saying he’s not from the zone.



To placate them, the Mandate Movement is said to have offered Hamzat the deputy governorship slot and nomination of some commisioners.

Simply put, Omisore is available to the highest bidder. Negotiations are still ongoing on all fronts and all options are on the table. No agreement reached yet with any party.

If I am Omisore though, I won't waste my time asking for any senatorial ticket or future appointments. I will simply ask for N2billion since the two parties are desperate for victory. N1.5billion cash upfront and N500million after the election. Tinubu can pay for APC while Saraki and Deji Adeleke can pay for PDP.

I actually thought this same argument canvassed by some lawyers and the PDP itself was just a propaganda tool and the party trying to blackmail the electoral empire.
But now that Iwu has clearly stated its antecedents and the only constitutional provisions it should apply,its clear that Adeleke should have been declared the winner.
Its a tricky situation now.
If PDP loses after participating in the re-run,it has shot itself in the foot,legally.
I feel PDP should heard to court to stop the rerun and compel INEC to declare Adeleke the winner of the election already.
