Major-General Buhari who was the GOC of different Nigerian Army Commands at different times is the equivalent of a university VC.

Buhari attained that level when Prof Osibanjo was in secondary school yet Prof. Osibanjo never got to become a VC before his election. So you are ignorant to suggest that a Major General who has fought wars, including defeating seccesionists during Nigeria civil war and led different military commands is below a Professor.

Ṣebi you 'Andrew Liver Salt' mob have started insulting again like you did in 2023 and ended up in disgrace. You will still be disgraced at the polls again and Nigerians will reject the mediocre politician you support.
GOC is equivalent to a university VC as how na? Education, research, lecturing? How did a br@inless buhari who didn't even finish secondary school equal to a VC? A product of an unfortunate quota system is who you're comparing with vice chancellors? Do you know what it takes to be a VC at all?

In which election did Obi get 7m voteshuh
The last time I checked, Atiku the runner-up didn't even get up to that, or is it that you guys just love to numbers from sun doesn't shine?

Is it before or after their lives have been taken by the 'special rod' that builds trauma?
I am talking about minors. This is why Nigeria has become such a high-pressure state; if you look closely, the majority of Nigerians do not live freely—they live in fear. This fear isn't a motivator; it is a proactive, growing heart attack waiting to explode.
A prime example is a poorly groomed minor being forced to be the financial head of a household of five. It rarely ends well. We see so many 'heavenly upright' young adults who are secretly suicidal; this is simply their way of expressing how terrifying adulthood is. Bad parenting is the result of being badly raised themselves, and so the cycle continues."
If you want me to agree with you know the stats, we are no long in the past brother.
I wonder why analysis indicated that 50% of reported suicides were among people under 34. The adult hood of delusional moral uprights of your stupid child abuse.
We are not saying you should beat your child to death. Correct them if they go wrong. Use words where necessary, use a rod in extreme cases. If you raise your children well, you won't have problems with them at their rebellion stage. I can't remember going through rebellion when I turned 17 and above because my parents already removed that madness earlier on. It's badly raised children that sees going away from home as passport to try new bad stuffs. My parents are deceased, but they're certain things I'll not do because I'd disappointed them.
Minors taking shouldering financial responsibilities is part of the parental failure we're talking about. Our society is fast degrading and going lower every day.
Where I come from, it's very inappropriate to look up to your children when you can still work. You're expected to question them if they started spending beyond their means. That's the moral we're raised with.
We have a Yoruba proverb that translates as: "a Father would be so unfortunate to say 'it's up to their child in heaven'". Which invariably means, it's only unfortunate parents that look up to their minors.

Nigeria seriously has a dire revenue need deficit. Policy makers should find ways to improve income generation. Is this how you'll be giving excuses for ineptitude if we give Obi a chance? I hope you know the leader we need at this time is someone we can improve income by 500% so we can be bouyant enough to take care of some of our fiscal needs?

No, we're not saying the same thing. Moniepoint is a fintech so any mention of QA should tell you it's software QA, not factory worker or hairdresser. Nobody goes to the university to become product owner/manager but we have them in the industry earning as much as software engineers.

CareerRe: Is This What Moniepoint Pays As Salary? by DeOTR: 8:06pm On May 07
casualobserver:
The salary may be commensurate with the role. The problem here is he did not list the functions of the role. QA can mean anything just like “consultant” can mean receptionist, hairdresser or sales boy/girl. Quality assurance is generally not a role for graduates. Generally abroad it would be a job for school leavers. However If it is software QA, I am 100% sure they would never offer such a salary.

Did you go to university thinking you would be applying for a quality assurance role?
In software engineering world, no school leaver can land a QA job. You can't even apply if you can't write automation scripts. You need to have some level of competency to be a QA engineer. These are the people that verify work done by software engineers. It's not rice and beans.
Where I work, common client experience earn at least 500k monthly. We have more staff strength than moniepoint and we serve a global client, but don't find it difficult to fill any role.

This is not true, nevertheless, the organization is not paying its Nigerian staff global standard salary, so he doesn't have the moral right to request for global level input. I mean, who in their right mind will apply for a role at moniepoint when you can work for Turin and earn $3k upwards monthly?
The problem is, he's not paying enough to attract the right talents in Nigeria. We software engineers know how much most companies pay, so forget that rubbish.

So there is nothing special about sincerity and honesty? If you need to know, that is the starting point of good success, of ending well. Can you bring anything to berth without honesty? You can't even successfully do a PhD without honesty. A honest person can make mistakes but will not voluntarily choose the wrong thing to do as might do someone that is not honest. A honest person can fail but it will be sincere failure that they can't be blamed for. Honesty is most important and President Yaradua ranks number one of all of them
I can't assume someone who spent 2 years in office (he was sick terminally sick more than half the time) is an honest man. You would have been singing a different song if he had spent 8 years, same way we would have thought buhari would have made a great president if he didn't win in 2015. Alh. Musa Yar'adua is a great person, but he didn't do anything spectacular in office.
