When herdsmen with AK47 straddled on their shoulders dey stroll all the way from futa Jallon, Guinea, Mali, and Niger down to your doorstep for Ekiti without NIN, BVN, or voters card?

Even the bandits are mopping up your worthless Naira and converting it to their CFAS as we speak...siddon there.
Dey play, you hear....
Let me know after you succeed spending your CFA in a Nigerian market OK?
Send dollar to Benin and convert it CFA. We are waiting for you to come spend that current in Nigeria. Thanks.

Implement this, and if I were abroad, your eye do clear.

No more remittances of my hard earned fx to Nigeria, and you'd be choked.

I go send my family go Benin Republic to go collect CfA or the currency equivalent and trek back into Nigeria.

Do you think they haven't thought about this?

Nigeria and the Naira will be worse off...
Except you're spending the money in Benin Republic, it won't make any difference.
At the end of the day, this is what the CBN will fall back to.

in only 8 months Nigerian surfer more than the 8 years of buhari.
Did anybody force him to promise 35k for workers?
In only 8 months we Lost more 5 multi billion international companies.
In only 8 months 130 millions Nigerians are on poverty.
In only 8 months dollar is 1400
Truly things are hard, but do you think borrowing to finance subsidy is the best thing for the country?
If you're an economist, you'll know this shouldn't be a surprise.
You heard about the mismanagement of our forex by the immediate past leadership of the CBN, oil marketers inflating oil import volumes while diverting a larger percentage of it for sale in other countries in higher price. At a time, the government is paying more a trillion naira on subsidy in a quarter and the product was still scarce. And government borrowed the money being used to finance the subsidy, while those that are supposed to enjoy the subsidy can only buy from the black market at double the official price.
If you're not a marketer, you should not be complaining of subsidy removal because it doesn't favor you in anyway.
You said the last 8 months have been worse than the last 8 years. So you want Tinubu to continue in the habit of borrowing to pay subsidy and to give our currency a fake value? Or haven't you checked our debt profile for the 8 years of Buhari's disastrous regime?
This is the true situation of the country right now. Let's not deceive ourselves, we are not productive as a nation and we are hugely dependent on others countries for our basic needs. Or why do you think dollar is affecting our local price even though we don't spend dollar here? A wise man once said "a nation that can not feed herself will always remain subservient to others". That's Nigeria for you.
Politics / Re: NBA Sues Kenny Ogungbe, Hannatu Musawa, Culture Minister Over NYSC Certificate by DeOTR: 9:12pm On Jan 29
Wallade:

Who files your document with NYSC? Is it yourself or your tertiary institution?

So if you agree that the person to file is your Alma mater, why would the school not file within a period of 1year upon your graduation when you were less than 30years old?

Why would your school file your documents with NYSC several years after you and your mates graduated? Didn't your Alma mater file your documents with NYSC when you actually graduated?

If they did and for some reasons you didn't go for service, what happened to the previous filing? Can someone be filed for NYSC service twice?

There is a lot of issues with your position if you must argue in favor of it.

You have a lot of questions to answer to defend your argument above.

Don't worry, the matter is in court already so let us wait for the outcome.
Nothing concerns NYSC with the year your school decides to mobilize you. They're only interested in the age you filled in your JAMB and date of graduation. Check the age you filled for JAMB and the exact date of your graduation (for my Alma mater, graduation date is always written on the certificate) and judge it yourself.
Some schools that have backlogs of students to mobilize always have the problem of mobilizing some students after one or two years after graduation. They're still qualified to serve based on their graduation date, not the year they were mobilized.
I was mobilized two months after graduation. But I had to differ to travel after the 3 weeks camp.

Foreign trained guys who turned in for NYSC years after graduation are eligible. The key determinant is the age at graduation, not the current age.

I am also talking to you from my experience point of view too. I got an exemption from NYSC service because I was above 30 years of age when my Alma mater filed our documents.

That act was not very explicit on the age matter hence the reason a few, in connivance with NYSC exploit it to their advantage.

I believe that is the reason the lawyers (SANs) are filing the case in court to have the court establish clarity on that age and eligibility confusion.

Otherwise, why do some falsify their age to qualify for NYSC service?
Emphasis on when they filed your documents. Your graduation date is what NYSC will use to determine your age. That's the difference.

Sunday2021:
unfortunate for you I am from the north central. I can proudly tell you that the movement of FAAN and some part of CBN will damage Tinubu seriously. The national assembly leadership also hurt the north central. The killing in plateau will destroy him completely, kidnapping in Abuja is another factor. The removal of subsidy and increase of school fees is another factor. Lastly the military who are supposed to be his backbone are beet treated like shiit. Ordinary 35k that he promised the military he refused to implement it. Take your time to visit some barracks in this country you hear what they are saying about him. Drugs we use to by 5k is now 80k.
Aside from religion and tribe please tell me what will make you to vote for Tinubu or mention one policy that Tinubu bring to reduce the surfering of the poor Nigerians. Mention only one.
If you're from the NC, then speak for your state alone. I've not seen any groups from the NC lamenting about this office movement stuff.
You're talking about the killings on the Plateau. If you're not in your teen or early 20s, you'd know that didn't start last year, but of course, it's easier to blame Tinubu and absolve 4 Presidents before him.
I support his removal of fuel subsidy, and yes, if you want a quality education, you have to pay for it. Education is not cheap anywhere in the world, go figure.
You can want functional refineries and still want the government to be subsiding the product for you. It doesn't work that way. You'll spend an average of $100k to get trained as a commercial pilot in the US, but it's 1/10th of that in Nigeria, and you seriously want a more quality product?

We all know we have a lot of challenges that have been bedevilling the country for as long as we can remember. It's largely unfair to start dumping the blame on a government that's just 8 months old. The fact is, Nigeria is broke and it's not profitable to keep the subsidy regime if we want any reasonable development. Allow the man to use his mandate the best way he sees it fit. His first 4 years will determine if he's done well or not.
No reasonable human will run his personal business the way Nigeria had been run, make una let the man breathe. At least they know what you don't know about the state of things.

No! What you are entitled to get is an exemption from NYSC service.

Simple!
That's for people that graduated after 30 years.
I went to Finland after my first degree. I came back to serve when I was 32, so I'm talking to you as someone who went through the same process. Except of course if they've changed the law since that time, which I doubt.

That is not true. Once you are above the admissible age at filing for call-up, you are expected to get an exemption from NYSC service.
That's true. You can still serve several years later provided you graduated before you turned 30.

What is the difference between North Korea and Nigeria? Tinubu controls both houses of Parliament, he controls every arm bearing unit in Nigeria. He orders the supreme court on what to do. You have only one vote, remember? And yes, Tinubu will only some of the votes he got from the NE and NE in 2027 (stopping lumping NC with your North.).
No one has ever sat on that seat by winning massively in the core Northern states alone. That was why Buhari failed 3 times, so you can give a larger percentage of your vote to whoever you want in 2027 like you did in the last election. He'll still win the popular vote.

666: A Day Is Coming When Money Alone Won't Be Able To Buy You Food

Yes, a day is coming when you would need to have a mark on your forehead or right hands to be able to buy and sell anything, including food.

Revelation 13:16-18 (KJV)

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

It is called the mark or number of the beast, 666.

God bless.
This message itself is a part of the grand deception of satan to shift people's attention away from the real issue.
Mr. Man the mark is not a physical mark, it's spiritual and the person you pay allegiance to determines whose mark you'll carry. I hope you know certain people also carry the seal of God on their forehead too?
As it is, almost all the world has been set up to receive the mark. And sorry, nothing suggests that anybody will be forced to take it according to the Bible. "Deceived" is the word.

wao! So now now you guys has forgotten.
Google the region that gives Tinubu the highest votes.
Time to remind you is coming.
He won in only 3 of the core Northern states, Zamfara being the state that gave him the highest percentage (59). I'm hoping you're lumping the North Central with your definition of North? It might interest you that I'm from Kwara state. Each of us has only one vote, and Tinubu is going to win or lose based on his performance, not some few misguided people who think of running a progressive country than the man that has the people's mandates to do so.
Of all the issues bedevilling the country and the North in particular, if relocation of some departments of government agency from Abuja (not Kano or Kaduna) has a higher priority, then I don't think you can be taken seriously.
