It's a myth. I served here and I never saw snakes more than once during my stay and the one time was on a path in the evening, which we all know could be the case anywhere in the country. Well, we are now in 2026, and from my honest observation, my service is actually getting worse from my own experience. When I moved to my current location 4 years ago, I could still work from home even though I might experience some hiccups once in a while. I'm a software engineer, and I'm working on a dev server located in the US, so it's usually very slow and requires strong signal. This is 2026 and it's practically impossible to work from home as I used to even though my data bill is more than 4x what I used to spend when I came here.
