Those shouting house rent in town are missing the point.

I am not against building mansion in the city. But my point is, before you spend #5m building in the city, make sure you have spent #500,000.00 in securing, even if a room apartment, in the village.

Many igbos in Lagos and north don't know their village and even their people. Why, because they failed to build in the village.

That money you will spend in buying luxury car to impress women, better use it in building a room apartment in the village.

Let your children know where you came from and your people. Except. of course, if you are spirit.

I have a testimony to give my young brothers here ,I used to think that building in the vallege is the best thing but until I fall a victim ,I made my first money 2001 then I traveled to village start my village house I spent 10 m to build the house as am typing to you now the house is still there no tenants ,I keep paying for NEPA bills not used I cut glasses every months .but in Abuja I pay 750 000 every year for rent ,my pain is this my friend who invested his 4 m in an estate in Abj latter build the house with 7m sold it 30m and he is doing well in his business while am still struggling. Why would a normal human being, who is not an armed robber, spend 10m in building a house in the village in 2001?

Bros. you made a mistake big time. In 2001, #3m would have given you a modest 4 bedroom bungalow and the rest can be invested.

It is better to have a thatched house, or even one room in the village before building anything in the city.

A word is enough for the wise.

I will advice the village.

It is very shameful for a married man not to have a place of his own to lay his head.

You and your family members will never visit village in 10 years or more if they have no where to stay.

Building a three room boys quarter in the village is better than having mansion in the town with no where to stay in the villa.

From your response, it is either medical microbiology has computed scores on the bases of class of degree or computations have been carried out for those that submitted certificate.

I submitted statement of result and my transcript has also been forwarded by the awarding institution.

so how come you have a number in decimal.

Though there's a score there but it's not the result just the calculation based on the class of degree. In some 20 and in others 17.65

1. Eligibility for the proposed course of study

Unilag Pg does not allow you to do some courses with your Bsc. If you have HND you are so limited to MBA and 2 other courses. you need to find out if your course is eligible, so you dont get disqualified as I know a lot of people who scored above the cut-off point in last exams but were disqualified.

E,g Bsc Accounting is not allow to read Msc Finance, likewise, Finance has its restrictions. You need to know and be informed adequately so you dont make a mistake.

A lady called me today and asked if she could apply for an engineering msc with her pgd from another school?

I told her Unilag frown at pgd from other school, she was shocked. she then said ok let her use her HND, as she has one. I told her no way. she later said but UI allows such.

I told her i know, but that is Unilag for you. so you st know your eligibility status.
Thee are powerful combos you could do if only you have the right info.

For example Combos for Economics graduate are listed below. if you dont have this info you might never know you could do these courses as an Economics graduate. having proper info to these things is very important.

Yes lots of time. If you want God to bless you for tithe and offering it must be willingly with a pure heart. Lot of things some people find difficult to get u find it easy. Your salary becomes sufficient and more to spend without your own understanding. You just keep wondering how you had so much to spend by the time you take account at the end of the month

One thing is important attend the right church to pay your tithe. I believe so much in paying tithe. It works for us in our family. Anything we are in need we just turn to God in prayer we remind him of our faithfulness in paying our tithe. believe me God has been faithful. In a miraculous way we never even expect. engine will suck up air that is not filtered.

Air fuel mixture would be in the wrong proportion (14.7:1). So there the ecu would use the wrong information to inject fuel into the combustion chamber there fore leading to high fuel consumption
