Canal minds may not get this but tithers enjoy flow of ideas and special grace to actualize same. The fact that a non-tither prosper doesn't mean tithing is void practice. True prosperity is reflected in the spirit and not in physical so it may be hard to understand tithing.

Jesus Christ said when you help the helpless, you are helping Him directly. When you give the less privileged you are giving to Jesus directly.

I have never paid tithe in 10 years and let me be sincere to you, I have been moving from strength to strength.

If tithe is an important requirement for God's blessings, my boss Jesus would have said so without mincing words.

Some pastors will never preach on the need to help the helpless.
Majority of the fools shouting tithe have never as much as bought a piece of cloth for their aged parents.

I will never tithe because my pastor uses it to enrich himself.

Please tell me one blessing that tithers receive which none tithers will never receive.

It is amazing seeing Christians arguing on a matter and yet to reach a consensus. It wouldn't have been a major concern to me if it is among Church members, but the fact that even Christian leaders are divided on whether is biblical or not brought this question.

When we say something is biblical, what are we saying. And when others are saying it is not, what do they mean?

Even though some people are anti Christ and using the tithe issue to attack the Church and see it as an avenue to say something evil to men of God.
In the other vein, some Christians are truly seeking for knowledge.
Not that they are not interested in paying tithe again but just want to know the truth and the revelation behind it.
Yes, they have all the right to know.
Everything in Christendom works by faith and FAITH is birth on the platform of revelation.
Christianity is about truth - revelational Knowledge of the Word of God. Jesus said, you shall know the truth and the truth will set you free. Nobody should be bamboozled to do anything if we are to get result. Anything we believe or do because we are told to do so without we having revelational Knowledge of it might not even work for us.

Two different opinions, from the same BIBLE, and the two sides claiming right. So, I ask WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO SAY SOMETHING IS BIBLICAL?
Is it because it appears in the Bible?
Is it because it was recorded more than once?
Is it because Jesus talked about it?
Is it because the Apostles talked and practised it?

Let me start with the words of Jesus in Matthew 12:31
31 And so I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.

Now I ask, is it biblical to say that there are unforgivable sins?

Also, Paul Apostle talk about covering of the head in worship in 1Corinthians 11:6

6 If a woman does not cover her head, she should have her hair cut off; and if it is a disgrace for a woman to have her hair cut or shaved off, she should cover her head.

So, is it biblical to worship without hair covered?

NOTE: This is not about tithe.
It is not about covering of head or not.

IT IS ABOUT UNDERSTANDING THE WORD - BIBLICAL.
I BELIEVE ONCE WE UNDERSTAND WHAT THE WORD BIBLICAL REALLY MEAN, WE CAN REST ASSURE OF THE DEEP TRUTH OF THE WORD OF GOD and PUT HOLD ON ISSUES OF CONCERN IN THE CHRISTENDOM INSTEAD OF WE OPENING OUR YAWNS TO UNBELIEVERS.


Mature Christians please!

The Word of God is true and one and He upholdeth all things by the Word of His power.

It is not to critics the word of God but knowing what it means when we say something is biblical.

In this life, lots of sincere Christians are stagnant in life; some are wallowing in abject poverty while others are going round in circle going nowhere for years. The major reason for this is the result of what Psalms 82:5 gave which says, “They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course”

In other words, ignorance is the bane of many sincere Christians because they reject knowledge and therefore are proudly walking in ignorance that made them walk in darkness.

Because they are walking in darkness, the bible said that the foundations of the earth are out of course. Also in Hosea 4:6, GOD lamented “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge:

One area of our life that God needs to do a permanent damage to our ignorance as a Christian is the area of tithing. When it comes to the issues of tithing, so many Christians wallow in ignorance as a result of allowing the devil to rub them with adequate knowledge of this great mystery of the kingdom.

Jesus speaking on Mark 4:11 said,” And he said unto them, unto you, it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables”:

Christians who have adequate knowledge of this mystery go beyond to pay more than 10% and they don’t see tithe as expenses but as a covenant obligation which it is while those that lack the understanding see it as expenses be paid out from limited resources.

There is no element of corruption in postgraduate admission 98% are based on merit. They can delay u but they can't deny u. If CBT results are available, it will take them time to add the grade for class of degree and to upload the relevant professional certifications. Later UNILAG will be boasting of being the school of first choice o. Ordinary result of an exam that was taken over two months ago they have refused to release. smh.....Even those tutorial centres speculating the period the result will be released are tired already. I sincerely don't know the reason for the delay cos these things should not take the whole time in the world.
