Whether engine is hot or cold, once the AC is switched on, both fans will start blowing

When engine is cold and has not reached optimum temperature no fan is supposed to start blowing

When engine has passed the optimum temperature and is. Moving towards +5degree or more one fan starts blowing

When one fan cannot keep the temperature closer to the optimum and the coolant temperature is getting to boiling point, the second fan switches on to assist, this happens mostly when car has run for hours in heavy traffic.

The fan can stop rolling and Temperature Guage reduce from the optimum point when one is doing highway driving ie doing around 100km held for 10minutes, the natural breeze created from these steady high speed will cause heat transfer from the system to the environment causing heat loss so the radiator is getting cooled naturally.

Now engine is only supposed to smoke from exhaust, if the smoke is colorless/transparent and stops when engine is getting hot, it's actually steaming not smoking it's a sign the engine is in good condition (it may just steam for 5 minutes or less) steaming Is also noticed frequently when it's raining or whether is extremely low (harmattan, snow)

Any other smoke color, black, blue, Ash, sooth etc then your engine is faulty visit your nearest technician for a diagnosis of the issue

If the smoke is from the bonnet area, then fluid is getting to hot metals (exhaust manifold) a technician will have to check to know if it's engine oil, atf etc, if it's coming from the radiator and looks like steam, then your cooling system is OPEN mode instead of closed loop. That's are disaster waiting to happen.

Vehicle must have overheated in the past and the thermistor (wire you connected) disconnected to ensure the fans run steady. For a car that old it is not uncommon to find a defective thermistor. New technology employs the use of Coolant temp sensors that send information to engine ecu that trigger fan operation. Verify thermistor is functional, ensure radiator is ok.

To test thermistor, plug that wire back, watch temp guage, if the fan comes up before the temp crosses the half mark then thermistor is working. If it does not come up and temp crosses the half mark, it is defective.

If temp crosses the halfmark and fans come on and stay on for more than 60secs, car might be overheating.

The Federal government of Nigeria said it has formed a new security outfit to protect investment in agricultural sector including cattle.

Vice President Osinbajo made this known while speaking at a 3-day national conference on the transformation of the livestock industry holding at the International Conference Centre in Abuja.

The vice-president, who was represented by Audu Ogbeh, minister of agriculture and rural development, said the security outfit is called Agro Rangers.

Ogbeh said the 3,000 armed Agro Rangers were trained by the ministry of interior to curb the menace of cattle rustling and to protect agricultural investments.

“We have heard how many of you have lost money, 300 cows, 200 cows in one night to cattle rustling, we have now put together a new security group called the Agro Rangers,” he said.

“If you start a ranch or you have a big agricultural project we post them to you at no cost to you to protect your investment.”

The minister also said the federal government will provide insurance cover for investments made in the livestock sector.

Mr Ogbeh also said Nigeria has about 19 million cows and will support private players to get into the agriculture sector.

Recently, Buhari's administration has once again shown its disdain and hatred for the IGBO race by declaring an operation code named operation python dance 11 in the south east.

This, if anything, has removed all doubt that Buhari's administration hates the igbos more than any other administration in Nigeria.

At the begining of his administration, PmB made an infamous statement on life television that stunned the whole world. He clearly classified the south east as 5% , having obtained 5% of his votes from the region. He further foreclosed any form of benefit accruing to the igbos from his administration. From political appointments to citing of developmental projects, the south east has been left behind by design by this administration.

PmB's administration has declared operation python dance in the east to further kill peaceful protesters and instil fear in the people of the region.

The real pythons are in sambisa forest killing and maiming innocent and defenceless citizens of Nigeria.

@ jahrule, that one or two companies admitted Bsc applied accounting from OBU, to me, does not amount to recognition. There many companies that have rejected that in the past and even presently. To tell the truth, no Nigerian university will accept that for further studies. What would your transcript read-three courses, a project and you are awarded a Bsc! Go to the relevant govt. Ministry and check the status of Bsc applied accounting from OBU through ACCA. Please note that even OBU does note run Bsc applied accounting as a regular or part-time program. So what does that tell you? Ask your friends to apply for Msc in any university of their choice in nigeria using the degree, lets see the outcome.
