Shimia:
My doctor dismissed my claims and told me to lose weight by eating less. He's the one that gave me birth control pills. I also feel I need more than that for Pcos treatment.
I took Prednisolone last for treatment of Bell's Palsy about nine years ago.
I have not done any Cortisol test. I just had this hunch. Also, my BP is mostly stable 120/80 anytime I check but I hardly check my sugar levels.
After reading the article on Cushing, I felt it ticked most of issues I have had,now and in the past.
I have always been bigger for my age at each point and now I weigh over 200 pounds.
I know e not just food. Sometimes when I fast, I get puffier and rounder as if I retained water. So I even avoid fasting.

Do you suggest any General Hospital in particular? How can I reach you beyond this platform?
Where do you live? So that I can recommend a government hospital with an endocrinologist for you.

Thanks for your reply doc.
My periods are no more regular and I am TTC and I also have hair and acne on my chin. I was diagnosed with Pcos and only giving birth control pills.
I have ringing in my ears too
The Bell Palsy was nine years ago though the Prednisolone helped me. You wouldn't know I had Bell Palsy. Only indication is that when I eat sometimes, tears flow involuntarily from my right eye.
I would advice you see your doctor and arrange to be seen by an endocrinologist . Alternatively, see an endocrinologist your self preferably in a teaching hospital.
1) The diagnosis of Cushing's needs to be confirmed.
2) Other causes of Cushing, need to be excluded.
3) TTC has physical, emotional and endocrine components.
4) The PCOS need to be addressed beyond the birth control pills.
5) You need to be co- managed by a gynaecologist and an endocrinologist.
6) When was the last time you took Prednisolone? What's you Serum cortisol and plasma ACTH levels? What's your blood sugar level, and your blood pressure?

Hi Doc,

Thanks for this thread. I have had Bell's Palsy in the past and I had to use Prednisolone. Then I started gaining weight and recently put on 16kg within a year. I stumbled on an article about Cushing syndrome and disease. The symptoms are similar to some challenges I have like rapid weight gain, moon face, buffalo hump. Please what do I do next?
How long have you been on Prednisolone and what dose are you on?
What else are you taking for the Bell's Palsy?

O/P means Output...

so, it means that your output load (load on the inverter during inverting) is 7.8% of the inverter capacity.
Thanks.
Please is there a maximum load or safe load I should not go beyond?
Sorry for all the questions. Just want to be sure of what I am doing.
Satellite TV Technology / Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by Desanta(m): 12:50pm On May 05, 2019
Please,
When my inverter shows o/p load = 07.8%,
What does this mean?

If we assume a 6 hour of useful sunshine in location we'd have for each 300w panel the following

300w x 6hours = 1800wh or 1.8kwh.

For the 8 PVs we'd get 1.8kwh x 8 = 14.4kwh/day

But you know it's impossible to have the 300w production constantly which is gotten under standard test conditions not with the fluctuating sun, non standard temperature, problem with tilt angle, shadows, sun's angle of hit to the PV, age of PV, etc. So if you go with like 40% of that you may probably get something like 5.76Kwh daily more or less.

Experts are welcomed to weigh in grin
Thanks.
Any idea on how I can increase it to 8 kwh. That's my average daily phcn consumption.

4 batteries (200 amps. each).
8 solar panels (300 Watts. each)
5.5 kva inverter with 48volts.

Thank you.

Though with FBN MMF, I did everything online. Scanned all necessary documents to them.
I did the same thing too with stanbic.
I have never paid any of their bank a visit and there is no restrictions on my account.

Hood day too sir...

battery voltage, 39.9 Hz...

Battery voltage is measured in Volts (V).
So check and confirm again.

if your inverter has a display, check for the reading that has "V" . if it's a 48V system, you'll see something within the range of 42-57V

NB: Mains voltage and inverter output voltage also are measured in Volts... but at 150-230V range
This is the display at night.

Satellite TV Technology / Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by Desanta(m): 10:43am On May 02, 2019
Hood day all.
I want to know how to calculate the amount of wattage or energy left in my battery from the inverter especially at night when the charge controller is off.
I see things like battery voltage is 39.9 Hz on the inverter and I don't understand.
Thanks.

I'm about to convert £90,000 to invest in TB, as much as the interest in TB is tempting, i prefer my hard currency anyday, anytime.

The value of my raw cash could slighly go up or crash by 50% value if these idiots that occupy CBN make a wrong move again.

EuroBonds isn't in the plate as i hold currency in GBP not USD.

Euro Bond is sold in USD and not Euro.

Happy Easter my fellow investors. You guys should understand that banks don't compete with rates in treasury bills, the primary aim of every bank is to have their bidding rate scale through. And the differences between bank rates are not even above 1%. Banks always loose more money than their customers if their bidding rate should fail.
Please educate me. How do they lose money when their bid fails?

Is yours similar?

Are you sure it's not Bond they bought for you?

You can withdraw all now and later credit your account in future. I experimented with it before I decided to leave my money with them.

I went to First Bank today to make inquiry about TBil (Primary Market to be precised) and the person in charge told me to fill the form for it and the money in my account will be deducted immediately but it can only start counting from next week Wednesday being 17/04/2019 when the TBil will be available.

My question is, is this how TBil works?
I thought it can only be deducted on that said Wednesday?
Is the guy really truthful or is he trying to use the money for business first or what?
Please can someone address this issue for me because i am confuse. Didn't fill the form though.

That is how FBN opetates.
That is why i wait till friday before going to the bank to apply.

Please I really need advice from you guys here. My sister went and fixed 1.5m with eco today. When I ask her of document for the transaction, she says no document was given to her, that the actual person that was supposed to handle the job wasn't around and she was asked to come back next week.
I'm just surprise. If the actual person wasn't on sit to start and finish the job, while could someone else collect the cash and ask her to come back next week without giving her any evidence of transaction?
I'm just being curious because our system is so porous and full of dubious personel.
My understanding is that money should have been paid into an account, whether yours with the bank or that of the bank. You don't give cash to anyone in the bank, you pay to the cashier and get a teller.

Modified.
If the cash was already in her account, then you have nothing to worry about.

I must confess that united capitam appears to be doing extremely well. You will need to have 2.1m to get 700 naira from stanbic.
If their redemption process is easy, i won't mind opening an account with them.

Ok I only spread about 2.5m across the three funds, 1.8m on united capital, Axa 250k and Investment one 200k plus too. I have my reasons for putting much in United capital.
I decided to move around 2.5m from my matured tbill to Mmf so as to diversify a bit.
On the question, united capital use to post average between 730 and 750naira daily. Axa between 80 and 100naira daily, same with investment one.

I opened 3 mmf accounts recently; United capital, Axa mansard and Investment one. To me United capital is the best so far of the three, followed closely by Axa mansard. Im still thinking seriously about Investment one. I so much love United capital though, their customer service, ease of funding account and daily interest. I also plan to open with FBN and Stanbic soon

You are a strong man ooh to be able to manage all these accounts. I find it difficult to check my single account every other day.
