Hi doc. What could be the cause of foamy urine.
I've foamy urine sometimes early in the morning and during the day I don't experience it.
Sometimes my urine output is small compare to the amount of water I took over 24hrs and sometimes it's more.

I've done urinalysis and kidney function test almost 3 years ago when the symptoms started and it all came normal

Do a 24 hours urine collection for protein estimation and GFR
Also do do a serum E/U/Cr.
If they are also normal you are good. Otherwise you will need to see a Nephrologist.

I'm happy you are not dealing with infertility.
These are my recommendations:
1) Wellman original, 1 tablet daily.
2) Zinc tablets 50mg twice a day with food.
3) Vitamin C tablets 1000mg daily ( As a single tablet or in divided doses).
4) Vitamin D tablets 1000 IU daily.
5) CoQ10 tablet 100mg daily.
Use the above for a minimum of 3 months you will definitely feel better.

You need to see an endocrinologist. You will need to answer some questions and some measurements of your body will be taken. Thereafter, some investigations and treatment can be carried out.

Do you mean Hypergonadotropic hypogonadism?

Hypergonadotropic hypogonadism is defined by lowered Testosterone levels (although serum Testosterone concentrations might be above the lower limit of the normal range) and significantly elevated levels of LH and FSH.

Your results show marginally deranged Prolactin and FSH, which should not cause hypogonadism. A lot of other things including stress ( physical, emotional, spiritual or poor health), and life style can give this kind of result.

For a while now i have been having this continuous feverish symptoms. Like every month i must battle with malaria. Sometimes it affects me so much i loose weight. I have done STD tests and nothing. Even urinalysis. The last time i did a blood test for protein level, doctor said it was okay. For over two years now, my Fasting sugar has been 98.

I don't know if its this thyroid thing. It's really affecting my mood. Yes i was experiencing slurred speech and my hands do shake sometimes. Keeping balance is a challenge sometimes and when i feel feverish it is worse.

Please what tests do i go for because these doctors don't even know what to tell me

Do a Thyroid function test.
