Thyroid function test is about 7k. You may need to do a serum calcium test and serum proteins in addition just to be sure of what we are dealing with. |

Babysho: Good Morning, for about a year I've been waking up feeling hot inside my body. All the insides of my ears, armpit, butt and feet are hot.
I've been having shortness of breath 24/7 and I have taken everything from dexa to cipro and asthma medicines and antibiotics and nothing worked.
I've also been having headaches and confusions that makes me unable to concentrate. I can't hold heated conversations I get dizzy. I also experience slurred speech from time to time.
I experience weakness in my limbs and anxiety as well.
Constipation and changes in my bowel movements.
Another symptom I've been experiencing that might indicate that I've been having something far more than a year is that my eyes have been yellow since I was a teenager. The part of the eyes that's white is very yellow in mine. Another thing is when my beard grew in, they are very thin and they fall off just by touching them. @Desanta Have you done any test? You need to do the following test ASAP: 1) Liver function test and serum proteins. 2) Thyroid function test ( Thyroid hormone profile). |

BuildingProject: So they Don scam me be that? I don't understand where this country is heading to. House wey I Don put calculations on how to recover my investment already. 1). Did you inspect the house before paying for it? 2) You should have insisted that all the tenants vacate the house before payment. 3). The former landlord should have introduced you to the tenants and pay them off so that they vacate the house. 4). You were not vigilant enough. 5). At this point you need a good lawyer. |

pragmatistm: Its a long journey my brother. But the blessing of God is sure on us. But the support and coopetation from my wife cannot be quantified. She takes care of what we eat out of her sales. She sells foodstuffs and frozen foods. If I'm not mistaken, she provided 60% of that and does many other things especially for the children. You won't believe she pays the children school fees more than I do. Your wife is truly a blessing to you. She is as the bible says, a virtuous woman. |

pragmatistm: People of nairaland, still thank God with me again. It was June 25, 2016 I posted on this thread the completed roofing works on my house. We kept on working on different parts of the building since then according to available finances. You know as civil servants we rely only on salaries and small allowances. Let me not forget to inform you that we moved into the uncompleted house August 2016. Just this week we finished painting works. See photos.
I can't tell exactly how much has been spent so far but I know we must have spent up to N7m or N8m including the fencing and gate. But in all we give glory to Jehovah who made the journey so far possible. Congratulations. Nice job. |

emmanuelewumi: Landlords now have a clause in their agreements with tenants.
For 3 bedroom apartment, maximum of 8 occupants.
For 2 bedroom apartment, maximum of 5 occupants.
For 1 bedroom apartment, maximum of 3 occupants.
This is to allow effective management of the wear and tear of the property
A man has about 20 units of 1 bedroom apartment at Jibowu and Yaba axis. He doesn't give his house to married couples, married tenants are expected to move out. The maximum occupants in his apartments are 2 This is something I can use. |

It is very wrong to conclude that anyone who deals in bitcoin is a criminal. I mine bitcoin and trade bitcoin the same way you trade forex and stocks. There are so many ways to go about your bitcoin business despite the CBN ban and the smart guys have long prepared for it. Banning Bitcoin will only weed out the small players and not the guys that actually use it for crime. Anyway, I wish CBN the best of luck. Just to test the effects of the ban I withdrew some money this afternoon from my Luno account and I got my money in less than 3 minutes. |

I bought six of the one below and just throw it around the house because it is so versatile. It charges via USB, it has internal Storage on MicroSD Card, can record to Cloud, has a magnetic base that can stick to any metal (one is on my Gate you wont even know there is a Camera there (the size is very small), Works both in daytime and uses infra red at night, can zoom, l can view it on my Phone through an App and best of all, l can watch it from ANYWHERE l am in the World. Each costs less than #6,000, depending on the exchange rate, l buy with my own Pay Pal Account though. What more can someone ask for? ---Smiles --
Bigger Ones like this are used to first impress and scare intruders, so they dont even bother to come around. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1080P-HD-Network-Cam-Wireless-WIFI-IP-Camera-CCTV-In-Outdoor-Security-IR-Night/273984701377?hash=item3fcac2c3c1:g:DqUAAOSwLotdZzgq

Excuzeme: Its really Sad. I should not drag this issue but to be honest, there is no excuse to justify his not chipping-in an opinion, as a Professional in the field.
All you need to do is issue a Caveat at the end of your review to say something like: my review is based on Price in my locality, which may not be the same in yours. Finito.
IMO, it is a selfish behaviour to just refuse and it negates the spirit of brotherliness here. So many people review quotes here, not minding their locality or any other excuse, afteral it is not a Bibeli. We sabi ourselves. Anyway, the matter is closed, pardon my bringing it up, l post based on the last post l read. I fully agree with you. |

ojesymsym: What do you think is CBN's endgame in all of this? It is now clear to even the blind that a lot of Nigerians with free income will rather now still put it in the real sector of the economy.
I was having a chat with a friend of mine the other day and he was asking why the very rich Nigerians do not invest in startups, most start up grants in Nigeria come from angel investors abroad, why? I have a small company that gives loan. If you know the trouble my marketers go through to get the loans back!! We even gave our debtors 3 months of grace because of the lockdown, but it is still one story or another. We had to seal up some shops with the aid of police men. Some are even prepared to go borrow elsewhere to clear their loans so that they can apply for a bigger loan. Can you imagine, taking me for a fool. So my dear, it's not all about money. It's about trust and conviction. And in Nigeria trust is a rare breed. |

They blocked it and still held mine.this is just plain wickedness. Send a mail to their head quarters and copy CBN. You will get you money with 2 working days. The guy is trading with your money. |

We plan to expand into several chains and state, but it must be strictly for economic and not emotional reasons. I'm very much interested in the numbers any business can generate legitimately. |

Lazyyouth4u: Guessing this was in a prime location as Valuation of the property would have been the key factor. Good job and hope the hospital is still doing well in the current economy. The property was worth over a 100 million Naira and we got it at a discount because the original owner is late and his children who lived abroad where not ready to come settle in Nigeria. The hospital is doing very well with rebranding and employment of young consultants as partners with shares iin the hospital. |

My friends and I bought a 50 bed hospital just by paying 20% while the bank paid the remaining 80% after going through our proposal on how to pay back the loan in 5 years. The loan was paid back in 4 years. I The building served as collateral and the bank held the papers until the loan was cleared. |
