Well I think its an issue with trust, I had a transaction with @delgroveng also at the bank today and it went well.I was also wary because it was quiet a distance but i sent someone to the branch for me. I am sure @Ymodulus would have met the guy I sent.I credited him first and he credited me immediately, also paid the transfer fee. That is my experience.

Victoria street is tarred, the road opposite Victoria street was also tarred but has damaged to some length. its a lie that the streets around jimoh bustop is not tarred..

The inners road off JImoh Street is not tarred, the major street cant remember the name(1st turning on JImoh is almost destroyed), the 2nd Turning was just fixed and that was recently after then the road that leads to Go ye is almost destroyed unless they have fixed it. Roads inside akinwowo etc etc off Eko INternational School is rubbish( Sobo), Bester (OH Lord Dont go there).

That road belongs to the local govt, so my advice is for you not to vote in the current chairman.. if possible his party at the local level.

Any unperforming civil servant (politician) must be voted out at all levels.

The Current Chairman is a new man oh, for the past 20years they have not done it, and that area belongs to APC, so are you saying We should not vote in Apc shocked

it is good to note that citizens in lagos now expect their streets to be tarred.this is one of the reasons to keep voting in progressives.a few years ago,who would have been talking about ogunbiyi street not been tarred?but in a case where other state governors keep bragging about inter city or main roads, the lagos state governor made his second term about innercity roads and he has kept to that.i visited many areas in akowonjo recently and i could noticde the difference from miccom to bakery to baale to vulcanizer to even jimoh.streets are now been tarred.we have to admit that it cant all be done within 4years,but ambode has pledged to continue from where fashola stopped.which is why i'd rather vote the continuity that will certainly tar my street very soon than vote a new experiment because my street hasnt been tarred.

Mr man!!! I do not agree with your above statements, Ogunbiyi street has been contracted out 5TIMES IN 20YEARS ( The records are at the Local Government) and it has never been done. I am not talking about APC & PDP, I am screaming accountability, we should all ask for that in any prevailing government, that is the only way they will buckle up. I am just so sad that it took us 4years for all the youths in Akowonjo to do this. YOu keep refering to Jimoh, that road is always patched off whenever election is round the corner, that was what they did last 4years.

Babe, You got it. Ogunbiyi street is messed up. During the dry season, dust disturbs us, during the rainy season, we cant go out. Where is yoyr Folk's street. I even thought it was only Ogunbiyi that they recently poured Red sand. I guess they want to use that to win our votes, but i doubt if that will work. Everyone is Bitter, very bitter.

My folks stay off ogunbiyi street, they are not yet bitter jare. in 2011 as a broke ass returned graduate we all decided to vote for a change of government but the youths collected cash and refused to vote. APC guys came a day before and promised to fix ogunbiyi, four years after the road is still the same.

There is no needing politicing this issue or fighting over it. The Truth it that, we have been neglected in that Area. Even Five minutes of heavy rain causes so much blockage. I stay In Jimoh and i know what i am saying. Truth however is that people in that vicinity are not helping matters. When i leave home for work very early, you will see people form the other side of Jimoh, bring out their bin and waste and dump on at Jimoh bus stop expecting LAWMA to come for it. Whenever i see these pople, i feel like slapping or punching them. Government should please come to our aid there. Every area inside Jomoh is tarred but my street is not. Government says because majority of people in my street there are PDP people, that is why they will not tar my street. So what am i paying tax for? Recently, my street was mere graded with Red Sand which has even done more damage when it rains. I am thinking of temporarily relocating during the raining season because we see hell when it rains. Government, please come to our aid.

@ topefisayo is that Ogunbiyi Street only JImoh is Tarred all the way done even my Folk's street is not tarred at all we had to pour Red Sand on it recently.

Jimoh here na wa o this one no b government fault na people build Shops and houses for close to canal, drainage dey there well well infact dem just reconstruct the road. On entering into Jimoh road by Egbeda/ Akowonjo u see shops built at the edge of the road making it difficult for two cars to pass at once. So make any PD-Pigs no blame Fashola.

Mr Man Please be objective, the yeye road was patched last year and it was because of the election, they do this every four years. The shops you are refering to is not obstructing the drainage. Which canal is on JImoh Street we are youths and we need to think and write objectively. 2 cars can also pass on the road except cars are packed on it, are you a learner angry. We are not blaming the Government, this is accountability and until we start doing this for any government in charge we will be making great mistakes. THis thread has been long over due.

You can imagine! Yet government is always blamed.

Mtscheeew!

In this case yes the government is to be blamed, that drainage has not been fixed in 20years, I spent over 2decades in that area, My folks live down the road and it has not been done. The road(JImoh) Was done last year because of the election, the inner roads have not been done, my street has been awarded (5times) in 20years and yet the community are the ones who have been doing this. Please let us be objective, this is really bad and I am finally happy that someone was able to take pictures. Alimosho gathers mostly the largest voters, and yet they are ignored during the years.

I have lived in Akowonjo for over 20years, my parents still live there, 2 streets from Jimoh and it has always been bad, in as much as I voted APC in the last time they have not done anything to fix the gutters. People are screaming that the gutters are littered with dirt. The gutters from JImoh down the road is bad, they need to fix them, the only time anything is done on JImoh is when election is around the corner. This picture is just the tip of the iceberg of what they face there, people's properties etc.

Most landlords had to raise their compounds, most of the roads within akowonjo is bad, my street has never been tarred, my Dad went to the LOcal government to check if the street was given out to any contractors, they awarded the contracts 5times( and it has never been done). Yet Alimosho axis commands the biggest voters for APC, I really do not know why we keep Voting in APC in that axis when we are continually ignored.

Surely this says it all. Why would a woman, married for 15yrs, with 2 kids, and no proof of infidelity by the Husband, would want to cheat over something that happened 13 yrs ago, but more importantly, be willing to lose her marriage over it?. It seems she has an admirer lying to her somewhere.

It also points to a woman bored after 15yrs of marriage. Her current relationship lacks any excitement, and she feels there has to be more to life than this. The incident 13yrs ago is simply a reason she found when she tried to justify and explain how she felt.

She has admitted she gets admiring glances - these make her feel wanted. She has admitted it will not be too hard to cheat, and she has admitted she is not bothered about losing the relationship if he finds out. Sounds like a 15yr itch to me.

Those mollycoddling the OP and blaming the Husband need to get a brain. She did not have to marry him. She could have walked away. He cheated, said he was sorry, she agreed, said she forgave him, and they moved on - or so he thought. 15 yrs and 2 kids later, she suddenly found out that she is still "bitter" and talking about it her has been "therapeutic". Absolute bollocks! I predict she will still cheat on her husband in the future, if she does not find out the root cause of way she is feeling the way she does.

The OP cannot imagine this is all life has to offer her. She need some excitement and fun, and the thought of a dangerous liaison is attractive. She also feels unappreciated at the moment.

I think it's pathetic how we're all coddling someone who's been nursing a grudge for 13 years, perhaps unfairly. he cheated on her before marriage, as long as she's got no evidence that he's cheating on her again, why would the thought of 'getting back at him' be in her mind?

The person who's clearly the villain of this piece is the OP. In front of the altar you took a pledge to remain faithful to your husband, and to love him unconditionally until you die. Yet here you are, mentally ready to break that pledge on a whim - and you expect us to feel sorry for you?!

IF you catch him cheating, it's a different story. until then. . .

For the love of Mike, did you dimwits even bother to read the original post before jumping to conclusions?
The bitterness is strong in these ones.
I agree that she took a vow but i know where she is coming from, m not going to be sexist to say if u were a woman u will understand, i dont know how she survived 13yrs mine did not even survive a year, the images, the memories. Not withstanding, she has come this far, she should move on. I have learnt not to also blame the other woman, in my case she was also been lied to but it was her choice to believe. The most funniest thing is they are together and of cos the lies are that the other woman is to blame.

I have had a similar experience,  I met a girl online over 2 yrs ago and we became friends. She has visited my house two times in the past and in those occasions i didnt suspect any bad behavoiur. she just graduated from one of the universities in the south east and is waiting for NYSC. Just last week she called me dat she would want to visit me in PH. I told her to come and she spent about 3 days in my house. On the day she was to go back, i gave her #4,000 for her transport, she stays at ABA. She collected this money without any complain. Because i go out from the house early to meet up for work, i told her where to drop the keys to the house when she is going. Meanwhile, i didnt let her know i was going out with the spare keys.

When i came back home, i didnt find d key where i asked her to drop it.  I had to open the door with the spare key only to discover that my home theater is no longer there, my travellin bag which she used to carry the home theater, phone and disigners perfume. I put a call tru to her and she confirmed taking them, i asked her why and she said she wanted to teach me a lesson.

I was really very angry. Many things came to my mind, but im happy now i have come over all that. She is on facebook. I wounder how many guys she must have looted. So guys learn from my mistake for i have also learnt my lessons

hmmmm men!!!!!!! 3 wholeeee dayzzz, and u are complainin kmtttttt
