Arafat1:What's with APC miscreants, bigotry and always trying to soil the name of the people from your side? |
And we're back to the speculators table. Another day, another blame game. It is expected that the cosmetic approach cannot be sustained, so you can keep the bullshit for the birds. From consumption to production remains the watchword if any 'real' progress is to be recorded in the value of the naira. I understand you may not like the taste of that mantra due to the source, but it is what it is. |
11 days after mocking His Excellency, Peter Obi's efforts in installing borehole in communities, popular APC Chieftain and former Presidential Aide owns up to the shocking reality of water scarcity in the North. It is clear that these people have been blind to the basic plight of their people until it took the person of Peter Obi to drag their attention to it. I hope at this point, he takes up the challenge laid down by our amiable leader and does something about it instead of just whining. He is, after all, a person of influence. https://x.com/BashirAhmaad/status/1777632247941669281 https://x.com/BashirAhmaad/status/1781705341756985380

Please don't reverse it. Rather, focus on improving the power supply with the increased rates. Solar energy/Power solutions is now a comfortable alternative for those on Band A. |
seunmsg:You're an APC supporter so I can excuse you if you believe all of these about an LP Presidential Candidate even when the said N250m has no business with him in the end. It's a question of rival political propaganda But to also believe APC National Chairman looted and stole and have no issues whatsoever with it makes me pity those who will come under your tutelage, having to grow up under such moral decadence.😷🤢

You mean to say no mainstream media carried this news, but blogs? So far, all the sources are blogs. Do better. |
Swweeet! Congratulations to LEVERKUSEN |
JuanDeDios:Air Peace is not in danger since they've not even been in operation for a month. What they have on their books now, is at most, a projection. They won't have made enough capital to furnish their quarterly operation costs, unlike others who have all of these data present. The allegation is on the other side of the table and for the light to beam on Air Peace, the low pricing must past the test, which is actually a great thing for us. |
This should be easy to prove? Cost of operation for such flights plus possible profit margin, then less the average revenue to see if it's sustenable pricing in the long run. Either ways, it will still carry a tinge of protecting national interests. |
thesicilian:Says a supporter of APC after the Lagos debacle. We saw people attacked and abused in all manner for 'looking like Igbo' during the election. I leave your imagination to tell you what would have happened if they allowed the real result to stand. Stop projecting. A miscreant claimed APC supporters are endangered species in the South East. The dimwit forgot APC controls the most states in the same region before coming online to spill such blatant lies. I have no pity for the late Igbo hater. His timeline is filled with bigotry and hate against the Igbo race. It had always been like that when an evil person dies since the beginning of time. Their evil outlives them and they are mocked at their death.

rinzaugustine:Simple. This is a challenge worth taking up and I look forward to seeing how the quality of life will be systematically lifted in the next one year as more and more people take on the great course. |
I'm not a fan of waste. All of these could fit into one post instead of three posts saying the same thing on a single thread. Aren't the thoughts of one and the same person? I understand some high ranking Legislators are not happy the boreholes were built in their own communities, and for peanuts too, compared to the billions they budgeted for it. However, I fail to see how this space booking on Nairaland helps their cause 🤔 StOla: StOla: StOla: |
The Obidient Movement under the aegies of the Coalition for Peter Obi (CPO) - umbrella body for all support groups has declared "Operation One Borehole Project per Community" challenge in support of their Principal His Excellency Peter Obi Arising from an online meeting yesterday, the umbrella body took the decision to encourage all Obidients to key into this challenge as a follow-up to PO's laudable humanitarian outreach in the north during the just concluded month of Ramadan. The former National Coordinator of CPO, Hon Pamson Dagyat was first to set the ball rolling by donating a borehole to his community wherein he called on other well-meaning Obidients and support groups to also take up the challenge We look forward to seeing beautiful pictures and images of borehole projects in the coming weeks. https://twitter.com/Coalitionforpo/status/1778835947016028664?t=utDtriILvsDe_4NsDhRiXQ&s=19

She must be very happy. That's why we need sensible threads on Nairaland. Obinoscopy created a thread on this last year, to enlighten people and gather Nairalanders experience on the possibility of travelling back to Nigeria with expired passports https://www.nairaland.com/7922092/traveling-nigeria-expired-nigerian-passport Felabrity:Ignorance. You can access UK as a UK national with an expired passport (in some instances, even without a passport). Even the US allowed entry for US nationals on expired passports until recently in 2022. |
Richtaiwo:So, in nutshell, you are not interested in helping your people. Noted😎 |
yommen:Here is what you said about Igbos yommen:Is what I said fake? If not, are you the Igbo man you speak about? Because you're doing the exact same thing. |
The blue vehicle in the picture belongs to Tanzania though, not Lagos. Let's not get carried away by the blue colour. |
maasoap:It's scary at this point. When I went to secondary school, skills were important, yeah, but you could learn that watching your parents. After school, the emphasis is on passing JAMB and gaining admission. Students easily write GCE/JAMB in SS2 to gain experience ahead of SS3 WAEC. Now, Too many kids are learning skills while in secondary school. Too many kids are learning skills after secondary school. They want to be able to support themselves in school. They don't even take GCE/JAMB easily because their parents think it's expensive. Damn. |
It's a weird thing when seemingly sensible people denigrate '9-to-5' jobs and it's rewards just because of wealth. Remember the awesome farming skills of some abokis are running to waste in IDP camps all over the nation while a random '9-to-5'-er graduated in-between jobs in that same period and probably emigrated to greener pastures abroad? Think, for a moment, if all 200 million Nigerians are farmers. What then? Some people probably never thought that far. But then, common sense is not common. Nobody has it all. Not the entrepreneur and not the 9-to-5-er |
Sighs. I'm concerned about how it will be for the next generation, which my kids will be part of. Not myself anymore. |
Easybuy saw a friend pay a cost of #88,000 for Tecno Canon 12 Pro worth about #60,000 over 3 months. Worse part is, the phone was stolen from him before the payment was completed. But he had no choice but to complete the payment all the same. |
Shared by @PureMIND_ on social media platfor, X. Dear @EKEDPThe X user went further to inquire about devices that monitor up and down time, with a view of getting accurate timestamps for the power supply in their locality.

Tranquillity360:Wahala no too much laidis?? 🤣🤣 |
abc115:So the market woman protesting weak sales is not being productive? Well, you are an APC fanatic. Not much is expected.
|
Bankowner:And you think the food he has been receiving over the past decade has made any difference?🤣🤣 Maybe you should review the topics of the person you are trolling o. |
An analysis by X user, Kalu Aja, showed that the Federal Government budgeted to spend US $100m (N133 billion) on Consultancy alone. This revelation is coming at the back of where a recent electricity tariff increase will see customers on Band A pay ₦225 kilowatts per hour, up from the current ₦66. https://x.com/FinPlanKaluAja1/status/1775500307226931505?s=20
