I will suggest that people continue to put pressure on Seun to do the right thing, it will be unfair on Oam4j for us to expect so much from him considering he probably has a normal day job and is not being paid for his duties here.

Where we have two tribal biased mod, it is the duty of the one which seemed objective to check the powers of the others (and the others are free to do the same). I understand that their roles are not vertical to one another but horizontal but it does not stop them being accountable to one another. Oam4j knowing that the dynamics is unbalanced should take more care in protecting the interest of the members. He has shown that he is not willing or capable to do so, so he must go.

I am well aware that this injustice stemmed solely from Seun's decision and we all know that but you will not argue that some believed that oam4j being a forthright (or at least so did some of us think), non partisan and a member with integrity would provide the relief from Seun's autocratic decision. Alas! We were wrong. Instead, what we were left with was oam4j receding into the shadows and the members left at the mercy of those jackals who otherwise would like to be referred to as moderators.

Italiano1: I am extremely tribal too and I am not holding fort for Oam4j but to compare him to sexkillz is a bit extreme. Sexkillz is a special case, he is constantly on a revenge mission- he certainly does not have the qualities to be a Mod in the Politics section- I have never seen any post by him except on this thread.

In this case, we must throw the baby away with the bath water. oam4j hasn't done much to check the excesses of these guys in order to create balance and harmony so why keep him?

Watch out, if he sees that he can't pin any offence on you, he unleashes his alternate ids to goad you into saying something untoward to have a reason to issue the ban or when he realises that you've sussed his tactic out he would continue to taunt you in the hope that you will reply and he can then have a reason to say you derailed the thread and then ban you. First, he would hide all your comments and the other party's in order to cover his back when other sensible mods (and I don't mean afam or 0am4j) come to check the hidden post log. Also, by hiding the posts it will appear to the other mods that the offender had been given room to stop perpetrating the offence and that eventual ban was warranted.
