What I am however interested in is the current status of those 300 vehicles. In whose possession are they now and what are they currently being used for? Were these vehicles contracted on a lease or were they outright purchases?

That Lagos is not at war is because we have our interests to protect and would not have evil wishers who have been pining for the demise of the western region since the civil war ravaged their lands to have their way.
