I don't think you're "missing" anything if you're already in as i would have already entered the trade if i was actually trading. However, i would have managed my lot size by going half in.

H4 and H1 have already given a LL but not a LH which on D1 would be a failed swing (i.e M pattern ). The failed swing on D1 is what I'm expecting during early week trading next week. The price I'm looking at is 165.500

This expectation is not guaranteed anyway but it is part of my learning process

Okay boss mi let me also add my view to GbpJpy...from the first picture below the jpy index is currently on a supply zone ...now I'm expecting jpy to show some weakness in that zone for price to drop..meaning if i should look at GbpJpy for instance,I'm looking for a short term buy opportunity since the jpy is expected to sell off ...image 2 is the chart of GJ and price is also at a demand zone correlating with the third line bounce on the trendline and the weak jpy..so I'm looking forward to see reversal patterns in m15 in that demand zone so I can buy it upto 167.00....thier liquidity resting above 166.00

From your question is this whole scenario playing out within 24hrs that's same day ? .. because I only feel it will count if that running profit if $500 is carried over to the next day before falling back to $10,000

Hope we are rocking the market folks, pls someone with experience on MFF should help out, I have never witnessed Retry or Extension during evaluation account, my first account I passed it with no hassle, currently I have another evaluation account running which will expire tomorrow, currently I'm on 5.6% up. I don't know if I'm eligible for an extension or should I gamble the market to Know if I can hit the 8% profit tag. Lest I forget I don't risk more than 1% on the account .

I guess you will be eligible for an extension of you have upto 6%.... Why don't try risking 1.5% to see if you can meet up since you have nothing to loose ....Better still do well to read the rules on extension

I notice something about Fridays' weekly retracement, it seems to be occurring during NY session. I'm still studying it though.

Gold Friday weekly retracement happens about this period.

I saw my setup and entries to buy but I didn't trade it because I wouldn't. But in my mind I bought at my entry and got my tp bagged.

This is what my mentor refers to as tape reading. Doing this regularly trains your brain and eyes to see how market moves.

I'm not really good with explanations but what I understand is you must not have a daily drawdown of 5% Ur equity or balance (whichever is higher)

Just the same way we plot graphs in school, This chart consist of 2 axis... one for time and the other for price. Time is constant and used to index the chart and is given, so also the price of the instrument. one candle at a time, based on the TF you choose to look at, the chart is paused and a candle is created. in essence, we are pausing time long enough to create a candle and the step one period of time over and create another candle. So the length of pause is the TF being used. The candle are created by larger transactions which are created by ticks and not pips. This ticks are indication of price movement and not a unit of measurement. The tick is the DNA of the candle... I don gas out boss. ma hibernate.

Gold buy, I am looking at the bearish pressure, but the only reason I took a buy is because of the H4 trendline + the support there. Let's see how it goes.

We all have our struggles.

Just 2 days ago, I got stopped out with 152 pips loss trading oil.

How about that?

Just today I got stopped out with 39 pips loss trading gold and the painful thing is that it went later to my intended direction.

In fact, since January this year I've been really struggling with my trades yet I've been training someone forex passionately for free of course.

Interestingly he's catching up while I struggle with my trades. Although he's not aware

Don't be wowed at all. I'm a neophyte in this business, I may be good at putting down my trade ideas but it doesn't make me an expert.

Trust me anytime my trade idea hit the rocks I'll share here as well. I'm still working on my consistency in profits.

I will be open and honest with my trades here at all times.

I'm here to learn and contribute my tiny bits and I hope I'll benefit from both ways.

I know I'm in the right place.
